I have hired Ian for two projects; both times he blew me away with the results! Ian has a great attention to detail, knows exactly how to best fix a problem, works tirelessly and gets the job done. Made my early 2000's BMW 325i wagon look showroom new.. Ian made the car look so good in fact, I am reconsidering my decision to sell it! He is responsive, upfront, cool as hell and his prices are very reasonable for the work he does. read more

5 Stars I couldn't be happier with the incredible work that Auto Detail Services and Ceramic Coating did on my 1968 Shelby GT350. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Ian, the owner, has over 20 years of detailing experience, and that expertise was evident in every step of the process. The work included a full wash, clay bar treatment, decontamination, a meticulous two-step paint correction, and the installation of a ceramic coating. His attention to detail and commitment to perfection were second to none. Ian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what he promised. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the level of craftsmanship and care he provides. The results are simply breathtaking. The paint now has an incredible depth and gloss, and when the Shelby sits in the sunshine, it absolutely comes alive. I honestly don't think this car has ever looked this good. The finish is mirror-like, the color has tremendous richness, and the ceramic coating gives me confidence that it will stay protected for years to come. If you're looking for someone who truly takes pride in their work and treats your vehicle as if it were their own, I highly recommend Auto Detail Services and Ceramic Coating. Ian's professionalism, experience, and passion for detailing are reflected in the outstanding final product. An excellent experience from beginning to end--I wouldn't hesitate to trust him with any of my vehicles again. Highly recommended! read more

Guarantee you won't be disappointed with the results that Ian and Carlos provide. My Jag SUV looks brand new - and it's a 2020! Ian makes it so easy - they will come to your home if you have shade and a hose, or you can go to their place. I went to theirs because I live in a condo with an underground garage. Their place is near the Ventura Blvd/Cahuenga entrance to Universal Studios (not the address on Mary Ellen that's currently on this Yelp page). I dropped my car off at 12:30pm, Carlos gave me a lift home, and Ian texted that they were done about 5:15pm. I love that they take their time; they are so thorough and will take extra time on places you want, like I said my interior door leather needed some TLC. It now looks amazing. You honestly will love the service and results. Ian also provides different treatments, like if you have a lot of dog hair or a funky smell you want gone. There are levels of the detail services, and I got the most expensive (it's been a while) and it was less than almost every other place I looked at. Great Company, great guys, you may stop searching now :) read more

zero response when I reached out last year. I tried recently so I could ready my car for a trip but again had zero response

Ian and his crew are fabulous! I chose his company to detail a 2014 VW Golf Wagon that needed love. All seats had water stains and the paint had a ton of damage from lack of waxing, etc. Our car looks near new! Ian spent hours doing a fantastic job so our daughter's car would look like new as she went to get her driver's license! He is responsive, upfront, and prices are absolutely worth it for the results. Highly recommend Ian and Auto Detailing Services! Thank you! read more

I can't say enough good things about Ian and his auto detailing service. I was getting my car ready to sell, and he truly went above and beyond. Ian and Carlos spent six full hours detailing my car, and the results were unbelievable. This was a 10-year-old car, and when they were done, it honestly looked brand new--better than it ever had before. Every detail was spotless, inside and out. The level of care, time, and pride they put into their work really shows. If you're thinking about selling your car or just want it to look its absolute best, I highly recommend Ian. Professional, hardworking, and worth every penny. read more

Ive used Ian twice now and can enthusiastically recommend him. He is methodical and meticulous, and the end result on both cars was impressive, particularly the car we use primarily to transport our super shedding husky mix. His price is more than fair and he's very good at communicating throughout to let me know how he's progressing. read more

Ian the magician done did it! My car was pretty embarrassingly disgusting when I brought it in, and Ian returned it in practically new condition! Communication was on point. My headlights which could barely be seen at first now look like I purchased a new set. He completed the job in a timely fashion and wanted to make sure he did the best job possible before letting me know it was ready. He even cleaned up things I didn't know could be cleaned! Super duper happy I went with him, and will def be a return customer going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Ian did a great job on my car and was super accommodating. The car hadn't been washed in awhile and it looked like it just came from the dealership after he was done.Definitely coming back! read more

My wife's Mazda CX-5 hadn't been washed, waxed, or cleaned in about 4 years. This included two 3 day roadtrips, camping, and just general LA driving. Ian and Carlos were great. They came to us, found a shady spot, and went right to work. They were kind, courteous, and efficient. They put in the extra effort, working for almost 6 hours on the car. When they were finished, it looked like the car had just rolled off the line; everything looked brand new. Highly recommend and will be going to them with our cars in the future -though hopefully we don't wait as long between cleanings :) read more

Auto Detailing Services is amazing! My Sunday morning was recently ruined when I went down to my car and saw some evil soul had carelessly scraped across the entire side of my hood and trunk on my 7 month car. I was devastated and incredibly stressed because hey, it's LA, you know I'm leasing this thing. Thank goodness for Ian, even on a Sunday, he got on the phone with me and checked out the photos of damage and set an appointment for me quickly. I was hopeful but not particularly optimistic...and well, I think the photos speak for themselves! Andre did a fantastic job and near rendered me speechless when my car was delivered back to me! They performed absolute miracles, most of the scratches are gone or barely visible and my car actually looks more glossy and fabulous than the day I got it. I can't emphasize how happy I am! Every time I walk up to my car, I'm smiling and feeling proud of my ride again. I am not often blown away by a service but Ian and his team were wonderful to deal with. He truly cares about his customers and is clearly a perfectionist with his work. He was kind and accommodating to me during a stressful time and that can be so rare. Absolutely take your car to these guys!!! read more

The team was incredibly accommodating and came to my location to clean the vehicle. Not only were they incredibly friendly, they did an absolutely amazing job making my car look brand new again after a year of traveling with multiple dogs! Honestly, cannot recommend these guys enough to make your car look amazing again. read more

My pitbull and I basically go everywhere together and my model 3 tesla is like a big crate where she feels comfortable and safe. We often eat fast food (she loves chic fil a) and all kinds of snacks in the car and of course there is dog hair, drool, and dirt in every crevice and surface. Carlos did an amazing and extremely thorough job of making my car look brand new! read more

Ian and Carlos did an amazing job! Highly recommend! If you have the space they can come to you or can go to their place as well. The address on yelp is an old address but the new address is in the same area. Ian is super friendly and my 2015 Subaru Forrester looks brand new after they were done with it. Will be using them again in the future. read more

I had recently gone on a long road trip with my two small kids up north, and so I had bugs and dirt all over the outside of my car, and crumbs and shoe prints on the inside. I also had a couple of light surface scratches on the exterior of the car. Auto Detailing promptly sent two guys out to clean up my car. They were accommodating and did an EXCELLENT and thorough job! I would highly recommend this company. read more

Great job on my Audi. Absolutely will be back. Had full detail inside and out and for what they did and the time it took it was great value.

Ian was awesome and definitely will be using them again! My car looks amazing and they were prompt and a great price.

Driving to Burning Man put my car through the ringer - both the outside and inside were caked in alkaline dust and plenty of bugs from the 9+ hr drive to the desert. Adding to that, life got in the way so I had let it sit on my car (see: bake into the paint) for a few weeks before I decided to call in the professionals. The crew at Auto Detailing were super responsive and able to squeeze me in last minute, even when plans changed from "a quick car wash to get off the dust" to "ok yeah probably a whole detailing because my car is straight up disgusting" they were super accommodating. My car is literally spotless, they really pay attention to the little things. I'll definitely be a repeat customer, great service! read more

We bought a new 2021 Toyota and I wanted its first wax to be done right. So I researched and found Ian and his team. Reached out to Ian and he got back to me pronto. We set an appointment but I had to be across L.A. before they would be finished. By the time I got back home, they were done and gone. The car looks AWESOME!! Its sort of a "sparkly black" and I could probably shave my own reflection. Car literally looks wet. The photos don't really do it justice but I posted them anyway. Is Ian the least expensive? Nope. However, his prices are definitely fair and after I saw how the car looked today, I got my moneys worth and then some. I will have them come back at least twice a month to maintain it. I went with the highest package they have for its first wash and wax. It is clear to me that I made a good choice. Absolutely the best I have ever seen in this area. Thanks Ian!! Stay safe and see you in a couple weeks. read more

Wow. What a great service! Ian responded to my request for a quote within minutes and we agreed quickly on the services, price, date/time and location for their mobile detailing. Andre and his coworker showed up as scheduled and worked solid to deliver me a car that looked and smelled darn near brand new. Ian and his crew communicated throughout the process and were friendly, respectful and committed to excellence. I won't ever look anywhere else again for auto detailing and neither should you. read more

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Ian responded to my call via text, in which we continued to make all arrangements for a same day request. He answered every single question and reassured my concerns...all in text! He then sent his crew of two, and both guys were great. Andre was exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was extremely happy with the results of their work. I would recommend them to anyone who wants professionalism, a timely response, and excellent results. read more

Carlos and Andre slayedddd. My car hadn't been washed in months so we opted for the big mama package which cost $249. They got rid of all the sprinkler calcium & more. Worth every penny because our SUV looks honestly better than the day we drove it off the lot last year. Thanks Ian, for being super communicative on text & also kinda funny ;) read more

Fast response, they came to me, reasonable, professional... and most importantly. Now, both my car look amazing. Both of my cars had serious paint issues with contaminants etched into the paint. It's been about six months, and I had to write a second review to say how OUTSTANDING Ian and his crew are. The attention to detail and the work is just exceptional. We did my wife's SUV and my sedan again and my new (for me) vintage motorcycle. Each vehicle looks brand new. And as I mentioned last time, you can probably find guys to do the work for cheaper, but not by much, and I guarantee their work won't come close to what this team does. I found them on Yelp, and I have no reason to give such a glowing recommendation other than that they are just that good. read more

Wow oh wow am I glad I found this place through Yelp! My previous job made it impossible to get glitter out of my car no matter how many times I attempted to clean it. I just transitioned out of there so I thought I'd give the glitter clean up another go. These guys not only cleaned out the glitter entirely, my car is cleaner than it was when I bought it from the dealership! I texted Monday and got an appointment first thing Friday morning. They asked what type of car, the year and condition. My car is in good condition outside of a scrape and dent on the back left of my car from 2 hit and runs in my parking garage. They even managed to buff out the scrape so it's not a tacky white line across the dent! AH! I noticed as I got home they vacuumed a striped design into my trunk carpet, HA! Love it! Reasonably priced, took a fair amount of time, and now I can see 10x better out of my windows. (Probably a lot safer too!) Thank you guys so much! I'll definitely be back! read more

My Mini Cooper had been through Hurricane Ida and then I drove her back from New Orleans to LA, with all kinds of dust on the way. She hadn't had a proper clean for a couple of years before that either. And then she'd been parked on the driveway under an oak tree for a few months - so there was plenty of work to be done. Carlos and Ian were thorough and dedicated and spent literally hours on Min, who now shines like she did when she came from the showroom. I cannot recommend this service more highly! read more
