After a short conversation, he offered two detail packages. We scheduled a time and day, and responded via text with an itemized list of recommended package options. He also sent an official appointment confirmation. Ryan was highly communicative via text. When he arrived, he did a comprehensive evaluation of my vehicle and customized a detail package according to my needs/requests. I opted for the Platinum Wash Package with the clay bar add on. He was able to complete my detail service at an Equinox parking structure with no mess! Do you hate driving off from a car wash only to have water dripping from the trunk and splashing around your wheels? I hate that! Say goodbye to water streaks and drips post car wash too, because Ryan's technique requires very little water and is highly eco friendly. I didn't have to drive off with a fresh detail only to absorb dirt and grim from all the dust/pollutants. His method locks and seals the wax, prevent the absorption of moisture and dirt post detail. Genius! It's been a week since my detail and 200 miles later. My car still looks like I had it detailed yesterday! All of a sudden once I mentioned the no show fee someone booked . I totally understand it was my fault but if you're coming back the same day within an hour or so why would I pay a fee? I contacted Rhyan for help after a stinky tofu spill on my car seat left a persistent odor in my car, and he was very responsive and communicative with setting up and appointment and with pricing. The day of the service, he came by and did an amazing and thorough job. I was impressed by the effort he put into trying to clean it as best as he could. Unfortunately given the nature of the stubborn food spill, there was still a bit of odor lingering after the car seat dried out, but Rhyan came out again to do a second round of cleaning the following week (he was compensated, of course) to make sure the job was done well. I'm glad I called Del's and got Rhyan to get my old Subaru Forester detailed. I wasn't convinced it could be improved because it had deeply ingrained wear and tear and grime through out but he spent alot of time and attention on it and it looks really good now. He also fixed up the gummed up old headlight lenses and cleaned and waxed the exterior of the whole vehicle, cleaned the rim and reconditioned the plastic. It's looking way better.
