I declined and asked him to do the service I booked. I think he ended up spending maybe 15 or 20 minutes washing the exterior, then charged me $125, which is apparently the price for a truck (I just have a small SUV). I don't really understand the retention economics (or lack thereof) here? Why make $125 once when you could make that amount every month, or multiple times per month, from repeat customers by literally doing what you advertise? FWIW, the exterior wash was good, and it was a same day booking (and they were very responsive, arrived on time, etc).

In our messaging, services, pricing and more importantly vehicle care recommendations were thoroughly delineated. It was a done deal until I read, "A driveway is required." Vehicle is housed in a community security garage. Detailing on a security gate apron would definitely compromise the safety of the Endless Summer team, make ingress/egress difficult for neighbors. I messaged Owner Cycioli back and now here, "I am deeply disappointed our driveway situation does not meet your criteria. I am incredibly impressed with your mission statement, backstory, integrity, professionalism and ALL your five-star Yelp reviews. Thank you!" Detailing my car here was a game changer for my family, and I'm forever grateful that such a…read morebusiness exists with earnest, hard working people who seem to really love and care about what they do. I neglected my car for so long, especially after my baby was born. Dog hair, dog stains, etc. It was terrible. Yes, lack of time to take on such a massive cleaning was an issue. But an even bigger issue was that there really was no car detailing company who could really truly get rid of all the dog hair in the carpets/seats. They would charge me hundreds of dollars, just to tell me they did the best they could with their vacuums, and that no vacuum can really get rid of all this dog hair. So I just held the project off. But 2 years later, our family really needed this car, as my son was getting older and needed to go to daycare, both parents had to go back to work, and we couldn't do all of this smoothly with only one working car. So I did my research and found Endless Summer Mobile Detailing, to revive my neglected second car. They were so accommodating with my schedule, and so communicative with where to meet up. The way they talked about the tools that they used to clean my car, the way they worked together as a family, it was all so beautiful to watch. It's really rare to find a business like this. I wish I had "before" photos to show the satisfying before/after photo, but here are the after photos. Not a single dog hair left behind. Not even in the cracks or in between the seats. The car is good as new and it is very much used by my family daily now. Thank you! Endless Summer Detailing will always be one of the reasons my family was able to take new roads, embrace new adventures, and make lasting memories together.

While he can be pricey, trust me ik, he will drive out to wherever you are & give you the best possible experience. It makes the cost worth every cent. I had a situation where some greasy Arab food spilled on my orange leather seat. I was freaking out & calling/researching a bunch of places. I am lucky that I decided on going with Andres. To admit, I paid $480 which is absolutely crazy for a car detail, but i got a special package to fully steam & deep clean my interior & a number of other things. Andres & his buddy, Giovanni, spent FIVE HOURS working on my car. I almost felt bad for how much they worked on cleaning it. ~THE RESULT: My car was glossy/waxy for the next two weeks before it started getting dirty again. Without me saying anything, people at my job & school were complimenting my car wash & someone even asked me to send them LAVI's business page. My seats were not only clean of oil, the orange on the inside was like 3 shades brighter. I would have NEVER realized how dirty they were, considering i get frequent hand-washes on my interior. Andres did something to my leather that brighten up the color & removed a thick layer of dirt that was sitting on the surface. My wheels looked stunning. Obviously, the car is pretty gorgeous to begin with but somehow it got more beautiful. I will definitely go with LAVI again if i have an incident w my car again. Also, I am highly considering getting my car a PPF wrap done by them too. I can tell that they have the dedication & passion to do a good job. These are people you can seriously trust.
