It's entirely hand wash meaning less chance of damage compared to other drive-thru washes, and it's a steal at $9.99. However, their operations aren't great. You pay after the fact, which can be a bit confusing for first-timers. Meaning you need to get out of the car after the tunnel and bring a slip to the attendant inside while they wipe down your car. Not a dealbreaker, just an annoyance. What IS frustrating though is their lack of professionalism. I understand there can be a language barrier, but the staff kept trying to tell me to put my car in neutral. I kept telling them it was, but we went back and forth for a bit. Then, when I went inside to pay during my last visit, the attendant flagged me down when my car was dry and he started to walk the opposite direction. Despite him going the other way, I tried to thank him, to which he responded loudly and angrily "What? No tip?" as he continued walking away from me, not even giving me a chance. Mind you, the wash, as far as I'm aware, does not offer tip by credit card, and I don't carry cash on me. Also, this was entirely the express option, not the hand wash, no detailing added. It just felt kind of shady overall. So, will I be back? Maybe for an express wash here and there. But these guys could use some training in customer service.

They missed a lot of spots. There was some sticky, goopy stuff on the interior of my driver side window. The hood didn't look like they put any elbow grease into the hand wax - still quite dull and lacked shine. The floor boards weren't completely clean. The interior of the back door was actually pretty flthy upon inspection when I got home. When I'm spending $100 and I tipped each of the two guys who did my car for me $30 each, I expect a little pride in the work. It just wasn't up to par. So while they get points for speed, they could really use a bit more pride in their work. And to top it off, when I showed up, the guy was a little unfriendly -- seemed like the owner or manager. No "hello" or "how are you" - just "what would you like?" And I repeated twice - "Hello, how are you today?" just to get the guy to look me in the eye and be human. I prefer friendly service (call me old fashioned) and a complete, great job - even if it's not as fast as this was. So, yeah, much improvement needed. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Then upon drying, i took the mat to show him the design and sanded corners and he said it will go away with use - i dont believe it! It's hard to believe this business cause the goal post keeps moving. No amount of brushing the mat is making the pattern go away. The more concerning thing is that the owner completely disowned his business when i called him, he gave me a run around and then hung up on me. His employee made him call me back and he talked to me like he did me a favor by cleaning the mat?!!! His tone was offensive and rude and he obviously didnt take accountability of whatever happened to the mat. I would have liked the business to replace the mat THEY damaged or reimburse me for it. Ana, at the register took my ticket and honored the coupon. The total was $26.00 minus the coupon. So it came down to $23.00. It wasn't detailed. They didn't even give it an actual wipe down. Almost 4 hours later I called and they said it had been done for awhile. When I tried to address the entire situation with the manager (or owner, wasn't clear which) I was aggressively told that the workers did a great job and nothing would be done to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, every time he's guided me into the wash, it's been a poor experience. He often isn't paying full attention while directing vehicles. I've noticed him many times looking away while signaling me to move forward. As someone who's very comfortable lining my own car up, I can tell the guidance has been off. On multiple occasions, my tire has hit the guide rail harder than it should, which is frustrating and concerning. On the other hand, Daniel does an outstanding job. He's attentive, gives clear directions, and consistently guides vehicles smoothly into the wash. The difference between the two employees is night and day. Victor could definitely learn from Daniel's approach. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

The place is easy to find, good thing it wasn't busy when I pulled in.
