The work included a full wash, clay bar treatment, decontamination, a meticulous two-step paint correction, and the installation of a ceramic coating. His attention to detail and commitment to perfection were second to none. Ian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what he promised. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the level of craftsmanship and care he provides. The results are simply breathtaking. The paint now has an incredible depth and gloss, and when the Shelby sits in the sunshine, it absolutely comes alive. I honestly don't think this car has ever looked this good. The finish is mirror-like, the color has tremendous richness, and the ceramic coating gives me confidence that it will stay protected for years to come. TLDR; while my car looked great on the surface, there were scratches that were unpolished on my…read morehood, debris and dust that were left uncleared / vacuumed from under the floor mats and in various parts of the interior, and 45 minutes of me standing and pointing out dirt and spots that should have been cleaned to begin with have tainted my experience. It has taken me about a month to gather my thoughts on my experience with Logan's Auto Detailing. I initially reached out to Logan because I desired to get my car detailed after selling my previous car and paying for my new car, sold to me by family. Not only did I want to do something nice for myself, I wanted to do something nice for my family. Logan's shop had 5 star reviews across most platforms, and therefore, I was tantalized by what seemed to be a quality independent business. I reached out to Logan in early July (last month) after doing extensive research on his business and comparable competitors in the area. I scheduled an appointment to get a comprehensive interior/exterior detail, and he personally reached out to me shortly after I booked the appointment for the detail. He thought I had booked for Tuesday the 7th, when I had actually booked for Thursday the 9th. Nevertheless, dropoff went smooth. Initially I was told the car would take 6 hours, and I expected this, as this is advertised on the company's social media (home of the six hour detail). However, 6 hours later had come, and I was told the car would likely be ready by 8 PM. 8 PM came and I had gone with my father to pick up the car. I initially noticed some flaws that were not quite right, but I made the mistake of not pointing these out, as I was exhausted after a long work day and just wanted my car back after 11 hours. The next morning... that's when I had a detailed look on the scratches left on the hood from unpolished removal of tree sap, the debris and specks of dust and dirt left throughout the interior, and the leaves and twigs left in certain crevices of the exterior door hinges. I complained to Logan about these mistakes, to which he was kind enough to offer a partial refund OR a free cleanup of all the spots I pointed out, as well as a polish of the hood scratches. I took him up on this offer and wanted to give him a chance to make things right. I dropped the car off that following Sunday after he cleared time for me. The car took 2 hours (I needed my car back urgently for an important gathering), and despite the hood scratches being polished to my request, I spent another 45 minutes after arriving to Logan's home pointing out spots that needed to be cleaned in the interior. Logan was friendly and communicative throughout this whole process, but for $400, with all due respect, friendly and communicative behavior does not substitute for a lack of attention to detail. Especially for 14 combined hours of work.

It's entirely hand wash meaning less chance of damage compared to other drive-thru washes, and it's a steal at $9.99. However, their operations aren't great. You pay after the fact, which can be a bit confusing for first-timers. Meaning you need to get out of the car after the tunnel and bring a slip to the attendant inside while they wipe down your car. Not a dealbreaker, just an annoyance. What IS frustrating though is their lack of professionalism. I understand there can be a language barrier, but the staff kept trying to tell me to put my car in neutral. I kept telling them it was, but we went back and forth for a bit. Then, when I went inside to pay during my last visit, the attendant flagged me down when my car was dry and he started to walk the opposite direction. Despite him going the other way, I tried to thank him, to which he responded loudly and angrily "What? No tip?" as he continued walking away from me, not even giving me a chance. Mind you, the wash, as far as I'm aware, does not offer tip by credit card, and I don't carry cash on me. Also, this was entirely the express option, not the hand wash, no detailing added. It just felt kind of shady overall. So, will I be back? Maybe for an express wash here and there. But these guys could use some training in customer service.

My car was pretty dirty so I stopped by for a wash, interior/exterior Armor All and a hand wax. The…read morebill was $100. They were FAST. Really fast. But the job they did was... just OK. They missed a lot of spots. There was some sticky, goopy stuff on the interior of my driver side window. The hood didn't look like they put any elbow grease into the hand wax - still quite dull and lacked shine. The floor boards weren't completely clean. The interior of the back door was actually pretty flthy upon inspection when I got home. When I'm spending $100 and I tipped each of the two guys who did my car for me $30 each, I expect a little pride in the work. It just wasn't up to par. So while they get points for speed, they could really use a bit more pride in their work. And to top it off, when I showed up, the guy was a little unfriendly -- seemed like the owner or manager. No "hello" or "how are you" - just "what would you like?" And I repeated twice - "Hello, how are you today?" just to get the guy to look me in the eye and be human. I prefer friendly service (call me old fashioned) and a complete, great job - even if it's not as fast as this was. So, yeah, much improvement needed. I'll go elsewhere next time.
