I handed my keys to a team member, left my car, and walked into the office to pay. Inside, there's a nice small seating area with a variety of snacks and drinks available. Everything--including the wash--was very affordable. They also have a small patio area with decorative waterfalls, which was a pleasant surprise. Since I felt ignored and it seemed like there was no interest in taking my order or even addressing me, I simply turned around and left. Good customer service starts with basic manners and making customers feel welcome. The contrast between employees chatting and laughing with each other while completely overlooking a customer was disappointing. The car wash itself seems great, but first impressions matter. Management may want to address customer service at the front counter because employees can make or break a business.
