Overall, excellent experience! Scheduling the wash was simple, service was performed with quality and on-time, and would use again. There many options to choose from and there is good information within the description of the services, so it is a good idea to read through them. The location could be a little difficult to find but it does have visible signage inside the area. You show up, they identify your appointment and service type, you provide your information and keys, and they give you an estimated time. It's best to grab a ride and go somewhere else since there isn't much to do in the area. I had a wash and interior vacuum and was done in about an hour. No water spots on my car because I do have a black vehicle.And water spots show up very easily.But this time my car looks like I just bought it but even better. I've gotten my other vehicle detailed here before (interior) and they did an incredible job! I took my newer car to get an exterior car wash because it rained recently. They did a pretty good job but I was disappointed to see this black liquid splatter on the sides of my car. Overall, I still would come back but I'd probably need to inspect the car before leaving (which I feel bad about) but I just wanna ensure the car was completely wiped down. read more

I recently had them clean my headlights cause I notice it's been hard for me to see the lights -- not only did they turn the yellow to clear but my Camry looks brand new!!! These are two hard-working guys, one older, the other younger. They do a good job and exactly what the description says on the website. *They charge more for walk-ins... so plan ahead and make an appointment online :) 30 min Monday car wash on website is $30 for a sedan. Tues, Weds, Thurs for $40. The weekends cost more. The bigger the car, the more you'll pay too. I made an appointment and arrived 10 mins early. They finished up with the car they had and then immediately took me. 30 minutes later, my car was shining! Happy with the wash and cleanness and plan to use again! The only negative is that there is only outdoor seating in the dirt and gravel. I don't mind the seating as much as I mind sitting in dirt and then getting in a clean car... oh well. This place is a scam. They charge you a nonrefundable $10/car to reserve a time, but when you arrive, the time you reserve isn't available because they're serving walk ins. And when you ask them what's the purpose of reservations if they can't honor them, they say yes we can "start" cleaning your car at your reserved time, but it'll take 1.5 hours to finish one car since they're washing other cars at the same time. I had back to back appointments 30 minutes apart, which means both were supposed to be finished in an hour, not 3 hours for both. For what they charge, I could've paid for mobile washing at my house without the deception. read more

My car had dried white paint splatter all over the front end which must have been kicked up from the street. The hood, fenders, and side mirrors were covered in paint spots. I didn't know if this could be taken care of without damaging the finish, but King Auto stepped up and did an amazing job. I was surprised how spotless the finish was after the detail. My first time here and I was super excited to get my car cleaned and detailed for the first time. I paid $340 (before taxes) in total for the "Interior Super Clean & Wash (Supreme Wash)" and "Clay & Wax" Service. Was super happy my car was cleaned, BUT I did not think the price matched the service and on top of that my car was damaged. I tried to go back to the location half an hour later realizing this and they were CLOSED. I tried to give them a call, but there is no voicemail message option available. I sent out an email and I am hoping for a response back. But at this point I am FURIOUS that the rubber edge protection on my door on the driver side was removed to the point where it left scratches to have it taken off. The interior was not fully cleaned. I will post some images regarding the spots they missed. The outside Wash had potential and the car is noticeablely cleaner but the wax was not properly wiped or cleaned and there are streaks. On top of the rubber protection of my door was removed. Pictures are posted as well, one with passenger rubber on door and then driver door without it. This is a car wash that's over $300. It definitely did not meet any expectations. I would highly suggest you find somewhere else to go. read more

I was interested in getting a car wash today since I normally wash it myself. The customer service has definitely gone down from before. I stopped coming here because one of the workers yelled at my wife for just dropping me off because the car was "blocking" when I barely got there to drop off my car. Instead of calling me or changing my appointment to the correct option my appointment got canceled. I had to call only for them to tell me to go back on the app and select the correct option. It's inconvenient I don't understand why they couldn't just change it for me instead they wanted to go back and forth with me. read more

Surprise extra charges for walk-ins, not mentioned over the phone. Although, they waived it I still paid $5 over the site price. Windshield exterior not clean, water stains visible. Trunk left sandy. My Honda Pilot was in dire need for attention. The amount of times I've spilled food, liquids, and etc. in my Honda had finally piled up. Long behold, I was searching on Yelp for a interior wash and King Auto Detailing came up. I did my research and compared different prices with different detailing companies in the valley, and King auto detailing gave me a price I couldn't say no to. The price was worth the amount I paid. The attention to detail on the other hand, amazing! All of the blemishes that have accumulated throughout the years? GONE. That funky smell that welcomes me every moment I enter my vehicle? This is a small family owned shop so you need an appointment for a car wash and especially a detail. I was wanting a detail so I called to make an appointment for a quote. I met with Armando who was very helpful and honest about what my card needed. Gave me a very detailed explanation of their work and my options and then what he recommended. Although he had some high end products and services he didn't recommend that I needed to go with the most expensive option which I appreciated. They don't really have set prices so they really need to see your car. I have had my car detailed before at other places and was left with some swirls and just some everyday scratches. Started with just a regular car wash so I could check out their work, waited about an hour and paid $25. Armando gave a me good detail with a discount so decided to schedule an appointment to go his recommendation for the following week. He performed paint correction removed the swirls and put on a ceramic coat. The ceramic coat gives a hydrophobic coat so water just rolls off (beading effect) and also gives a very shiny mirror-like look. Jose and Armando are very friendly and do a great job taking care of your car. Like I said they are a small shop so don't expect to be in and out. They definitely take the time to focus on your car. Unfortunately they don't have a formal waiting room, but that's easy enough to figure out. I've always taken care of my car's exterior by hand washing, hand waxing, and using a clay kit to smooth out rough spots on the paint. Aside from vacuuming and dusting, I had never done interior detailing for 8 years! After driving 1 hour and 15 minutes to get here, I was apprehensive about bringing my 2015 Honda to King Auto Detailing. I thought I would spend money for nothing. Was I wrong! Check out the "before" and "after" photos attached. My seats had stains on them and the armrest was the worst. Now they look like new! Not only did they steam clean everything, but they also wiped down areas I thought I would have to do myself later.
