When I used my card, it charged me $20 (max charge) even though I did not use all of the allotted time. Since then I use cash each time. I purchase $8-12 worth of time, and it works fine. It's self serve so unfortunately you can not expect any employees to help you out. The actual car washing equipment works well. it cleans the car effectively, and it's relatively efficient if you know how to use it. The cleaning cycle on the machine is pretty straightforward. I like how you can cycle through the various automatic washing tools. I always make sure to bring my own towels and window spray for the finishing touches. There are a lot of negative reviews which are valid complaints. It's not perfect but at the end of the day this carwash gets the job done and I would still recommend it if you prefer to hand wash your vehicle.

It turns out there was a mix up with the tickets and we were given a different wash than the one we had paid for. This car is our kid and dog car, the one that handles school runs, errands, sticky fingers, crumbs, snacks, sand, and basically every questionable life choice that happens in a family car. The before and after is wild. It looked like a completely different car. I am also extremely picky when it comes to car washes. Like, character flaw level picky. I notice every tiny thing. If one area was wiped and another wasn't, if something is uneven, I usually leave every car wash with at least one thing to complain about because something always gets overlooked. Many of them simply told me it couldn't be done, others asked for pictures and never responded, others simply ignored my question. Joseph is very easy to talk to, will inform you about everything included in the service. Sent him photos of interior and exterior,like every single nook and details and will give you price estimate, which I appreciate. He also sent reminder the day before appointment. Unfortunately I had procedure done and still recovering, so I ended up having my sister meet with him on the day of appointment. Joseph is very punctual and honest. He also asked permission beforehand, and that, people of the world, only shows that he is someone who values respect, trust and boundaries.
