I had a very disappointing experience here today that led me to cancel my membership…read more I pulled up to the gate using my membership, but the machine would not open. Since there was a line of cars behind me and I was holding everyone up, I honked to get assistance from an employee. Instead of helping, one of the male employees yelled at me, "CAN'T YOU SEE WE ARE BUSY? YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF." That response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. As a paying member, I was simply asking for help because the gate was not working. A female employee eventually came over to assist me and even she had trouble understanding why the gate wasn't opening since my membership was active. After finally getting through, I went into the office and spoke with Rafael and asked to cancel my membership. At that point I no longer felt comfortable continuing to give my business to a place where a customer asking for help is treated this way. I understand places get busy, but yelling at customers instead of helping them is unacceptable. Customer service matters, especially when the issue was caused by the equipment not working.

It turns out there was a mix up with the tickets and we were given a different wash than the one we had paid for. After speaking with the owner, he was incredibly kind, gracious, and genuinely wanted to make things right. He invited us to come back and try again, and I'm so glad we did. This time, we could not have had a better experience. This car is our kid and dog car, the one that handles school runs, errands, sticky fingers, crumbs, snacks, sand, and basically every questionable life choice that happens in a family car. It had been through the wringer. They cleaned it so well that it honestly looked detailed. And we did not pay for a detail. This was just their gold package, and it was amazing. The before and after is wild. It looked like a completely different car. I am also extremely picky when it comes to car washes. Like, character flaw level picky. I notice every tiny thing. If one area was wiped and another wasn't, if something is uneven, I usually leave every car wash with at least one thing to complain about because something always gets overlooked. This time, I had nothing. I could not be happier with how clean the car was. That says a lot coming from me. Everyone working there was super nice and helpful, the service was fast even on a Sunday afternoon, and the owner could not have been nicer. I really appreciate a business that owns a mistake and goes above and beyond to fix it. We'll definitely be back every other week to keep our kid car looking human again. Could not be happier.

I originally needed someone to help me remove a fragrance oil stain from my car's dashboard and had been messaging several companies. Many of them simply told me it couldn't be done, others asked for pictures and never responded, others simply ignored my question. Jose did everything possible to help me find a solution and as it turned out, the item that removed the stain was a detailing wipe I had in my possession the entire time. He was 100% honest and told me that it was my detailing wipe rather than take full credit. I'll also say that the detail work on my car was amazing. He did exterior and interior work and left my car absolutely spotless, looking brand new for a very reasonable price. I have since recommended his service to friends and strangers. Sent him photos of interior and exterior,like every single nook and details and will give you price estimate, which I appreciate. He also sent reminder the day before appointment. Unfortunately I had procedure done and still recovering, so I ended up having my sister meet with him on the day of appointment. Joseph is very punctual and honest. He also asked permission beforehand, and that, people of the world, only shows that he is someone who values respect, trust and boundaries. The guy there told me that because of "leaves" and "dog hair" it was going to cost $200 which is an outrageous price for what I had asked for and obviously not worth it. So I politely said "no, thank you" and started to go to where I could vacuum the truck myself. He then told me that my car could not go through the regular wash because it had too many leaves (which would've been eliminated by vacuuming). I said to him, "This is very bad business. You're denying me to go through your car wash which I do all the time because I opted not to do your $200 wash? That is very bad business, my friend and I'm going to make sure that people know". So now I have told all of you. If you drive by North Star Car Wash in Granada Hills? Keep driving. And this is a response to the response from their owner: Hi Levon. I take no disrespect at all. In fact I feel that I should thank you. I went home after the above incident and broke out my leaf blower and shop vac. I'm sure that you'll be pleased to know that the leaves and dog hair that you were so concerned about were dealt with in about 3 minutes and I didn't have to pay $200 or even $20 to have it done.
