Tried to schedule a job for 2 cars - Initial appointments were made but then the first appointment was rescheduled due to it being a holiday and Mike says he may not be able to buy all his supplies that day. How a business waits for the day of the job to get supplies, I don't know. But ok, agreed to reschedule it on today a Sunday because "it would work better for him." Appointment was set at 9:30AM. I make a phone call to him at 9:45AM, doesn't pick up. I text him at 9:53AM, no response. Made another phone call at 1026AM and he finally picks up. He explains that he can't do the job because it's "too windy outside." There's barely any wind in my area. I ask him why he couldn't make a phone call before the appointment to let me know that "it's too windy." Then he explains that he just got done getting his car fixed. Like he can't make a quick phone call or text to say he needs to reschedule this appointment? I tell him we'll just cancel this job and he responds "that's fine" and immediately hangs up. So unprofessional. Meanwhile, during the initial inquiry, he brags about it go he's the best in the business and how he uses the "best" supplies "you could sell your car like it's brand new." If you're looking for a professional who is respectful of your time and will be prompt in responding to you and letting you know in a timely manner if there are changes to your arrangement, you're better off looking for someone else. Definitely not worth the $160 full service. He did lower his price for the 2 cars, but still not worth the hassle and unprofessional demeanor. read more
