I don't like to leave 1 star reviews but this one did enough damage to deserve it. Booked a time for Jimmy to come over, scheduled for 11am Monday July 5, and it was even confirmed the day before. That day is my day off, only day I can stay home and have the car washed, but more importantly the car I needed washed was due for return the very next morning. Literally no other time for me to get the car washed before having to turn it in, and I made arrangements to be home for him. A couple hours before he was to arrive he texts me saying he's "unavailable to work today". No reason, nothing. I ask if there's any time the entire day he can come... he leaves me on "read" with no reply for hours. Not cool. Talk about unprofessional. I imagine he got too hammered the night before (July 4), woke up and decided it was easier not to work or even reply back. Problem is a lot of car washes are closed today because of the holiday so wasn't easy finding a place to take it to, and I had no other choice but to spend my day to take care of this since the car needs to be turned in tomorrow morning. Zero professionalism and I wouldn't trust these fake reviews. We set an appointment and he canceled on me day before saying the baby sitter canceled. I asked him what day would work better for him and he gave me a specific day/time. 2 hours before our appointment, he texted me asking if I could meet him an hour early. I responded that I was working and I could not but I'd be there for our appointment. He did not respond. I leave work and he's nowhere to be found. I call/text him only to find out he's blocked my number. He didn't even have the decency to let me know and caused me to miss over an hour of work for no reason. My brother told me later today that he's used this guy before and that he was terrible.
