Reached out to Jimmy for a quote and he responded quickly and we set up a time for him to do our two vehicles. Showed up as promised with a "heads up" text that he was on his way. A few hours later we had some nice looking cars that were shining and some nice interiors that were shampooed and looking good! Very professional and a nice guy. Highly recommend Jimmy for your detailing needs. He is now in my contacts for future car washes and detailing. Yay! read more

Wash N Seal Service completed by Jimmy yesterday. Absolutely incredible work. He truly took his time and cleaned the (very dirty) car with care. Car was sparkling after it was done. I have already shared his contact information with multiple people. Definitely give them a try. read more

Jimmy was great. Took his time and just did an amazing job with the carwash. Highly recommend!!!

I don't like to leave 1 star reviews but this one did enough damage to deserve it. Booked a time for Jimmy to come over, scheduled for 11am Monday July 5, and it was even confirmed the day before. That day is my day off, only day I can stay home and have the car washed, but more importantly the car I needed washed was due for return the very next morning. Literally no other time for me to get the car washed before having to turn it in, and I made arrangements to be home for him. A couple hours before he was to arrive he texts me saying he's "unavailable to work today". No reason, nothing. I ask if there's any time the entire day he can come... he leaves me on "read" with no reply for hours. Not cool. Talk about unprofessional. I imagine he got too hammered the night before (July 4), woke up and decided it was easier not to work or even reply back. Problem is a lot of car washes are closed today because of the holiday so wasn't easy finding a place to take it to, and I had no other choice but to spend my day to take care of this since the car needs to be turned in tomorrow morning. Unreliable, would not recommend. read more

I believe in less is more when it comes to praising or acknowledging a job well done as the work and results speak for themselves, and this certainly applies with Jimmy at Autoville Mobile Detailing. I couldn't be happier with the results and believe me I've experienced many "detailers" whom turned out to be very mediocre. Jimmy showed up on time, he got to my house before I did, lol. He came prepared and just did the work...no fuss and more importantly....no water marks or shampoo residue anywhere! His van has everything required to do so the task. Outstanding work ethic and his attention to detail shows. I highly recommend Jimmy and will continue to use him in the future. read more

Great service from Jimmy! showed up on time, spent as much time inside as outside cleaning all 4 of our cars. Reg wash. And pricing was very fair for regular car wash! highly recommend. read more

Jimmy is the one you're looking for! He was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and was communicative all the way to showing up at the agreed time. He was very courteous and pleasant to talk to and got straight to work. I only got the basic wash, but after he was done, my car looked far from basic. It looked like it came straight out of the manufacturing plant! Jimmy is a consummate professional and he'll be the one I go back to each time I need a car wash!! read more

I really appreciated the thorough, and detailed clean to my car. It was incredibly fast for what I was expecting, affordable and again very detailed. I'm very happy with the over all service, including the professionalism in responding to the appointment! Thank you! I will definitely recommend and see my car is detailed here again in the future. read more

Autoville Mobile Detailing - Auto Detailing Near Me

Autoville is hands down the best mobile car washing service in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Jimmy and his partner are always honest, knowledgeable, professional, and very detail oriented. I also love the fact that they use soap and water! I am very particular with who washes my cars and they definitely exceed my expectations every time! For being a mobile service, there prices are super competitive. Whether you want a just a wash, a mini detail or a full detail, they will give you their honest opinion on the best solution for your car's needs. Autoville has always been accommodating when it comes to being flexible with appointments and they always shows up on time. They are typically booked a couple day to a week in advanced, which means they are washing a good amount of cars weekly. Since I live in a apartment with a parking structure, I love that they have a brand new vehicle that clears the structure to drive to roof top to wash my cars. I typically let them know what I want done for my two cars and come back once they text that they are done. There attention to detail is off the charts and will make sure that you are satisfied before they head out. I love that my rims are always spotless with my tires shining bright after they wash it. They also use deionized water, which leaves no water marks. On top of that, they are really efficient with time. They are quick, but very thorough with washes! I have had multiple washes now and they never disappoint! They make my 2018 BMW M550i and my 2014 BMW 435i look brand new every single time. I highly recommend them to everyone, as they have earned my business for life! read more

Jimmy is fantastic to communicate with and his workmanship is impeccable. I have had two appointments with his company and it can't be understated how beneficial it is to have someone meet you at your home or office to clean your car. His crew has all the needed water and electricity in their mobile vehicle so you can meet them almost anywhere in the valley. I appreciated how Jimmy handles problems. We once had a miscommunication about an appointment due to a lost text and he made a strong effort to work through the problem rather than casting blame. Jimmy is very honest about which of his services will be of tangible benefit to your car. I originally scheduled for a wash+wax, but when Jimmy saw the car he said that the existing coat on the vehicle was in such good condition that wax wouldn't have much effect. He suggested that I get just the wash and save some money. The entry price of $30 is very competitive vs the conveyor car washes in the area. Autoville has exceeded my expectations on each occasion! read more

I have been lucky to frequent this business for months now. And each time I call, the work is done expertly. Jimmy is a very friendly guy and always professional. When he's done, I feel he took a Q-tip to my dashboard and paid attention to all the little spaces between the seats and around the hatchback. I don't have the fanciest car; but my friends always comment about how clean I keep it. As a dog owner, that's saying something. It tells me that Jimmy is doing such a great job that the allergens are low and there's no hair inside the cabin. I highly recommend Autoville. And don't forget to tip! It's worth it to not have to leave your house while getting a car wash that doesn't scratch the paint. Those mechanical car washes are ruining your vehicle's exterior! Wash by hand is the best option! What a great find: Autoville Mobile Detailing! read more

Holy cow, Autoville rocks. Had two cars washed, waxed and vacuumed. Not only was Jimmy prompt with his messaging by keeping me up to date with his arrival time, but when he performed his work, I can honestly say that my car didn't even look this good when I bought it! The quality of his work far exceeds any other mobile detailer I've worked with in the Los Angeles area. 5/5, definitely a repeat customer here read more

Jimmy did an excellent job! Car looks great both inside and out. Will definitely call Jimmy again to wash my other cars.

I honestly just searched on Yelp for auto detailing and wash Companies that offered mobile services and came across Autoville and gave it a try. I had Jimmy meet up with me and best friend to get our Bentleys fully washed and detailed along with Clay and Wax Services. I have to say his service was phenomenal. Quality of work was amazing, the amount of time it took him to finish both cars was almost hard to believe, and his prices for the service were unbeatable. Without a doubt me and my best friend are going to be regular customers from now on with him. Furthermore, I will be sure to refer him to all my other friends and associates with high end cars who need a convenient but also legit detail and wash service. Thanks again Jimmy! Talk to you soon brother. :) read more

Zero professionalism and I wouldn't trust these fake reviews. We set an appointment and he canceled on me day before saying the baby sitter canceled. I asked him what day would work better for him and he gave me a specific day/time. 2 hours before our appointment, he texted me asking if I could meet him an hour early. I responded that I was working and I could not but I'd be there for our appointment. He did not respond. I leave work and he's nowhere to be found. I call/text him only to find out he's blocked my number. He didn't even have the decency to let me know and caused me to miss over an hour of work for no reason. My brother told me later today that he's used this guy before and that he was terrible. His "detailing" involved scratching his car and denying it as well as leaving the windows and interior completely dirty. Avoid this business at all cost. read more

Autoville Mobile Detailing - Nice. - Auto Detailing Near Me

I had a legit hand wash guy that I used to go to a year back that lost his location twice and had to close up shop. Since that time, I had to resort to the larger "hand wash" car wash places, and they always under delivered and overlooked a lot of small details, like all of those little nooks and crannies where dust and other things collect over time in the inside of the car. That, and it always took at least 45 minutes to an hour or more of sitting around and waiting because of the shit storm of people, including myself, who only have time to get their car washed on the weekends. I searched Yelp recently for a possible option and am so happy that I discovered Autoville here and that I gave them a try. From start to finish, my experience with Jimmy and Freddy was a professional and pleasant one. I sent them an email and we coordinated the appointment via text the next morning; I was able to get things done around the house while they worked on the car, and by the time they were done I was able to pay via credit card and get on with my day in my beautifully clean car. They did a thorough job and brought back the attention to detail I was missing in my car washes. They're worth every dollar spent and then some. I look forward to calling them again for future washes/detail work and I've already told my friends about them. They're a godsend for those with little time to spare. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! read more
