Economic car wash guaranteed! Always a pleasure to have service from this place. All in one place, car wash and vacuum included!

I got my car scratched multiple times and when I mentioned this, the guy argued with me about what my car looked like prior to the wash. I work hard for my things and my car is brand new so unless you want your car to get scratched and not to mention recorded without your permission then go ahead and waste your money here. read more

I pay $20 for the wash here and I'm always really happy with the results. I've been to plenty of car washes that somehow never clean my car properly (my last one literally ignored my passenger door every time ). Maybe it wasn't SUV friendly, who knows but that's definitely not an issue here. My car is all black, so I need a solid wash every now and then, and this place always delivers. I love that they give you air fresheners every visit and a coupon for your next wash, heck yeahhhhhhh The vacuums get the job done, everything moves fast, and I'm usually in and out super quickly. Plus, the girls who ring you up are always so nice, which makes the whole experience even better. One quick tip: definitely pay attention when pulling into the wash. I've seen people not watching the tracks and accidentally drive over them, then have to reverse out, which can be a little dangerous. Use the mirrors, go slow, and let the staff member on the side guide you in and you'll be totally fine I come here at least once a week, and it's easily my go-to car wash. Highly recommend read more

It my first time doing a rate for a place I don't usually complain about anything but this time I'm doing it Becuse I feel is not fair I work hard for my stuff and their my machine scratch my rims The issue what I have is that they scratch my rims with the washing machine they told me to fill it up. I complain. And after that they told me to wait 48 hours. Wich is ok no problem. The problem is when I get the when message say this "Atter a thorough inspection, we can contirm that the damage to your rim could not have occurred at our facility." I told them that I can show the proof of videos the how I was a in the middle of my wash the car start moving like crazy. Is just don't recommend anyone to go and here at all but if you do good for you, personally never going back. read more

UPDATE: After posting my complaint, Wild Wash's so-called "lead investigator," Aramis Hamleti, responded by banning me from all of their locations and threatening me with prosecution under California law if I continued to pursue my claim. Yes -- instead of taking responsibility, they tried to intimidate me with bogus legal threats and scare tactics. Let me be clear: my car was NOT damaged before this wash. Their attendant failed to align my car on the tracks, it stopped mid-wash, and afterward I discovered a chunk of my wheel missing and alignment issues. I have photos, video, a licensed mechanic's report, and even two of their own employees who witnessed and confirmed the incident. This company hides behind "not liable" signs, denies obvious negligence, and then tries to silence customers with threats. That's not just unprofessional -- it's shady and predatory. If you value your vehicle (and your peace of mind), stay far away from Wild Wash Express. I brought my car here and your attendant FAILED to place it on the conveyor tracks properly. Mid-wash my car stopped and the wash damaged my vehicle -- a large chunk of my wheel is missing and my alignment now feels off. I have photos, video, and a written estimate from a licensed mechanic documenting the damage. Your posted "no liability" signs do not excuse employee negligence. I demand reimbursement for the full cost of repairs. If I do not receive a written response from management with insurance information and an offer to cover repairs within 7 business days, I will: * File a claim with my insurer and have them pursue subrogation against your business, * File a formal complaint with the BBB and local consumer protection, * File a small claims action for the full amount of repairs and related costs, and * Share my experience, photos, and documentation with local media and on all review platforms. Do not ignore this -- this damage was caused by your employee, not me. read more

Service was okay I remember 4 years ago this place being cheap and now the just stain my car because they started using different soap.

"Excellent service! I had an issue with the tire shine on my $20 wash, and the team handled it perfectly. They were very nice and gave me a complimentary re-wash to ensure my car looked its best. Highly recommend this location for their professionalism." read more

I hate leaving bad reviews I understand that wild wash express has policies but this sucks. One of my Rims got scratched and got the tire damaged cuz after two days the tire it's flat hate this cus my car it's a 2024 :( This happened at the end of the tunnel. We felt tired moving because the whole car moved at the end of the tunnel. They don't want to be responsible they had told me they have cameras all over to check. And eventually they didn't even tell me what they saw. so people watch out for this. Sadly we have to stop taking our cars there. All my family and friends go there. So yes. Watch out for this. Now I have to fix it on my own new Rim and definitely new tire. read more

Wild Wash Express - Rim scratched and flat tire. Stop going there !!! - Car Wash Near Me - Los Angeles, California

My family and I have been coming here for over 2 years. We love the quality of the wash and their vacuums. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. One time, my car's battery was dead and we asked a worker for assistance. He was very helpful and jumped my car in no time. Probably happens a lot lol. Thanks for everything, guys! read more

Place is overpriced. I started going there when it was $16 for the Super Wash and you used to get a coupon for your next wash and an air freshener. Now they don't give air fresheners for the Super Wash or a coupon and it's $25 now. They only give the coupon and air freshener for the Wild Wash which is $20 and the coupon now is only $2 off. Not to mention the wild Wash doesn't have the power blaster, lava foam, extreme shine, or the dry n shine... make it make sense. read more

Aloha, first time at Wild Wash, the staff was professional and welcoming! My Orenji was super clean! In and out!! Mahalo!!

I've been a loyal monthly member to this car wash since 2017 Today i came to wash my car to find out my card expired but i did not have my wallet on me. I understand rules are rules but versus just letting me come back tomorrow, after the employee (who was just doing their job) spoke to the owner or manager, they told me I needed to exit the car wash or pay. Such a disappointment to for my loyalty to this place to come to and end like this. My partner and I have been loyal monthly members which is why I expected at least to not be treated like complete strangers. read more

Very convenient car wash I have a monthly plan and I can wash my car every day if I feel like it, strong vacuums as well

Very good service here. Friendly staff and good prices. Been coming here for years! Line can be long at times.

I took my car to get scratched and half way wash . How is it possible that I pay 8 $ for a halfway wash and I have to pay 14$ and up to get a full wash . Not coming back poor quality very insensitive to guest I give start cause if not it would not let me post it read more

The car wash was fast and efficient with free vacuum. Everything is as expected with very good value!

Unprofessional to the core. My car painting chipped at multiple places and they don't take any responsibility saying that any damage they are not responsible. These morons speaking like goons and threatening after damaging my care. My sincere advise never take your car to this place filled with unprofessional, rogue management. If i had seen online reviews , never taken my car to this place. At least others don't make mistake. read more

I usually go often to this carwash but from now on i will never go there, I decided go there to only vacuum my car because it was gonna rain tomorrow so I only wanted to use the vacuum rude lady walked up telling me it costs 8$ to use the vacuum lol what a joke don't recommend it there's many other perfect car washes that lets you use the vacuum for 2$ or free read more

This place is great and I love coming here for the car washes, however the prices have gotten so high! I think the new prices are between $18-14!!! Personally I've been coming here for a long time, and I feel that the $18 is the only one that properly cleans the tires but for that price point, I might have to go somewhere else However if you're okay paying the prices, know that the staff is kind and attentive The area is always clean, the vacuums work great and they have vending machines and an area to clean your car rags Also they have stamp cards where after your 4th wash, you get a free wash! read more

I came here today to get my car washed after a road trip and my car was covered in bugs. Before I entered the wash the attendant, his name was Adolfo or something like that, scrubbed my front bumper and hood, taking the extra time to get all the bugs and dirt off before my car went in. I even tried to tip him and he wouldn't accept it! He said he was just happy to help! This place is so great and what customer service!! I bought a book of washes and can't wait to come back! read more

They need to be on top of more stuff they have no type of loyalty towards their customers And staff does not know what they are doing on the simplest things as tape a wiper blade read more

Tiko! Next time, don't be so arrogant and actually understand what your customer is saying. This can improve your business!! :) Yes, it is possible I could've had a scratch on my hood prior to the wash. But my biggest complaint is that I had recently bought the car and had no existing damage to the rim! I find it hard to believe that you can see "scratches" i had before entering the car wash. Like I said there's no need for me to lie but you calling my review "baseless" is unprofessional. Obviously i'm not asking for you to fix my rim but be mindful about your customers reviews. Show your employees how to properly direct a customer when putting their tire on the conveyor belt in order for rims not to get scratched! Have a great day. read more

People who helped were nice and straight to the point. The car wash itself was a little below average, left a lot of dirty spots but it's okay when your car is just filthy and you want it a little cleaner. If you're super picky then this place might not be for you. read more

I come here quite often for each of my cars. It's usually a perfect wash when I pay for the most expensive option, but recently the Wheel cleaning feature made my wheels even dirtier. I only noticed this because my wheels were already clean before the wash. Perhaps the wheel cleaning device itself needs some cleaning, or maybe it was the wheel drying device that was dirty. I recommend bringing a towel to wipe down leftover dirt while it's still wet. read more

So after posting this review the owner messaged me privately, which actually I think is a good thing, it shows he cares about his business and customers. I want to clarify I made a wrong assumption that I had this terrible engagement with is not the owner/boss like I assumed. So instead I will describe this individual as someone who circulated through the different stations. I saw this man dressed in black hoodie, black joggers with no mask. Who knows who he was. Honestly if it wasn't for this mystery individual I would have left a better review and experience. There was a very long line when I went. They make you close any gaps between cars while waiting in line. The cashier lady was nice The owner / boss I am assuming is not wearing a mask and yells at you for holding up the line. I just got my car recently and it was my first car wash with this car let alone going through drive thru. I didn't realize my car was still on hold mode and won't go and be stuck at the entrance. Honestly forgot about it as the dude is yelling at me. That was my bad but 1 it's my first time I am already wary as it is with the lady making us wait bumper to bumper like no joke! I saw some customers don't even acknowledge her and she got annoyed honestly a few inches isn't going to make a difference 2 I don't do well when someone is yelling at me 3 I didn't have the breaks on yet he kept saying stop pressing the breaks! 4 I really didn't hold up the line that long, the car in front of me was just like 12 feet away. There was still like some bird poop on my car but ehh what do you expect for $6.00. You should bring a rag to wipe down any excess water or bird poop left. I wanted to have a good experience and come back for more but lack of customer service and the long lines like in n out kind of long read more

I've been going here since their grand opening. Just like any other express car wash and you do the rest. I go to this one specifically because it cleans my tires well more than others.
