Arik and team do a killer job. Amazing attention to detail (pun intended) and genuine, down to earth people

Arik & Eddie are amazing! I am so lucky to have found them on Yelp. They took such great care of my car and I. They were able to squeeze me in, showed up and was able to detail my car in my primo parking on the street in front of my conplex so I didn't lose my parking spot. They made my car sparkle and didn't try to take my money for the extra exterior wash when it was going to rain on Saturday. Really such a good value to have these 2 magicians show up at your home, bring all their own equipment including water so if you don't have access to a hose, THATS OK, THEY GOT YOU! And detail your car while on work meetings, you can't ask for more. Scheduled through Yelp Communicated via text until arrival I cleared everything out of the car so they could detail properly Did my work meetings, and in an hour they were giving me a tour of what they did! Paid via tap and pay with my card (venmo, seller, cash, cards) and badabing they were off! Will be calling these guys again when I am in need of a good wash and interior detail. Thanks guys! read more

The Brothers have been detailing our cars monthly for many months now. They asked us if we would like to have a new sealer applied after the wash. They said it has removed swirl marks on cars they've washed. I said Yes, and the results are amazing. These 2 year old cars shine like wet paint-look at the photos! read more

Perfection. Needed mini-detail work on my car and they came out the next day and did an amazing job. Walked me through and around the car after it was done to make sure I was happy with everything, and I very much was! And you don't have to worry about being upsold either. When I told them what I needed at first, he very nicely said I probably could just go to a car wash! That is pretty rare. Super happy with the pricing, and would absolutely use them again. Excellent service. Eric and Eddie were very detailed oriented, personable, professional and flexible. They were able to adjust the type of cleaning I needed on the spot. They were on time and courteous. The interior and headlight restoration was immaculate and they gave me tips to keep the car clean. They were fast and efficient as well. read more

My partner told me about LA Mobile Detailing - Arik and Eddie did a great job on her car a couple of years ago. With so many options out there, it's good to go with the business that has a thumbs-up from someone you trust. From the get go, Arik was very accommodating and communicative. They arrived on time and when they did, Arik explained everything that him and his brother were going to do before actually doing anything. The job took about 45 min. Once done, they showed me what they did to the interior and I was really happy with the outcome. This car used to be my older sister's car, who has 2 little kids. There were tons of crumbs, stains, and so much mess pretty much everywhere. I'm glad that Arik and Eddie were able to restore my car and make it feel brand new again. Their price was standard and fair for the excellent work and customer service they provided. If you want quality, I'd definitely recommend them. I know I'd hire them again in the future. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Arik and Eddie today! I reached out to them just a few minutes before they opened for the day and received a response very quickly after. I requested a same day service for an interior detail + sanitization. They were able to fit me in and schedule me for noon. They came to my place of work and made it super easy. I was stressed about missing work and the stress just melted away. Thank you both for your great work and wonderful customer service. I'll be scheduling again in the future. 10/10 !! read more

I was too busy to get my car cleaned that the water stains from my sprinkler became too hard to come off. Regular car wash didn't help at all. I called around and most places only take appointments and have you wait for a couple of hours while it's getting cleaned. I went on yelp and that's when I found this company with spectacular reviews. Not only do they come to your house, they're price are also very competitive. I called and Annette was very helpful and scheduled me right away. They were booked 2 weeks out but able to accommodate a much much earlier date. Arik and Eddie came to my house on time, very polite and very respectful young men. They did a great job at preserving my car as if it were brand new and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I'll definitely recommend this company and use them from now on. Thank you la mobile detailing! read more

I was so impressed with the whole business. Eric and Eddie, I hope I'm spelling their names right, were respectful, kind and willing to share information with me. Being a woman, I'm not used to this behavior when I try to get something done and I greatly appreciate it. I'm happy to say customer service is not dead! My 2015 Escape looked almost new when they got done with their service. I had damage from an accident that they couldn't buff out and that is understandable. Otherwise I'm totally happy with the job they did and look forward to hiring them again. I had called two other recommended businesses before hiring them. The previous two companies never even returned my calls. Annette made sure I was called back within a half hour and it took a load off of my shoulders. I would recommend LA Mobile to anyone who asks. Sincerely, Jenean read more

Arik and Eddie did a wonderful job on my 2010 Mazda 3! I'd never gotten it detailed before, and they made the process SO easy. I had originally made an appointment for a week ago, but the sudden rainy weather changed our plans since I do not have covered parking. I was very impressed and grateful for Arik's consistent communication with me to reschedule only a week later. My car has 12 years of wear and tear on it (I am very understanding that some things such as the sun damage and oxidation that I have on my roof just cannot be fixed with the detail I asked for) but Arik and Eddie definitely made it look much newer! The service was about 2 hours, and they accept various forms of payment - card, cash, venmo, zelle! Very pleased, I would recommend to a friend to anyone in the area :) read more

My car had been sitting for about a year due to illness. I finally got the mechanical issues addressed, and my next call was to LA Mobile detailing! I asked for a quote which I was given over the phone, and they were able to schedule that week! Arrived early to talk over the job, and they were very professional and courteous. Job took a little over an hour, and the car looks as good as when I bought it! They made sure to explain why they used some of the products they did, and reassured me they were pet safe (my dog watched through the window) The car looks amazing, I will definitely call this company again! read more

Excellence! I contacted LA Mobile Detailing, and the customer service was exceptional; they arrived punctually the following day. My vehicle required an extensive cleaning both inside and out, and they made it look as if it had just come from the dealership. I will certainly reach out again for a car wash. I didn't know where to start with a mobile detailing service. Created a project. And LA Mobile Detailing was the winner for a number of reasons. It started with an actual reply... not a cut and paste reach out with a list of information that added to my confusion. They were honest, even about services others offered explaining why some of those options could damage your car and why they didn't offer them. They worked with me on the price when I explained by vehicle type and need. Others sent a "price is on the website" response and the packages either felt not enough or too much. Their response was timely and explanations were given when I had questions (some it felt like they couldnt be bothered to answer what I was confused about). They were not the cheapest... because some of the cheaper options I was concerned on care of the car and quality of products being used... but they were not the most expensive and as I said, gave me a quote on my needs. When it came time to the day of service, they showed up early. They were done in less than an hour. They buffed out some scratches I thought couldn't come out, not because I asked, but because they took pride in their work. This detail was a birthday gift for my husband and he came home when Arik and his brother were finishing the vehicle. Husband was floored with how good his car looked. We will absolutely have this service back to do this vehicle again, as well as our other car. A+ and not a single complaint. read more

Wow. Just wow. My 9-year-old Beetle looks like it did when it was brand-spanking-new and I drove it off the lot in 2014. Between birds and the punishing SF Valley sun, it was a scary mess. LA Mobile Detailing is the way to go!! They make it easy! I called yesterday to get an appointment for a full detail, expecting to hear that the next available day is sometime next week. Nope! 8am the following day was offered which worked out perfectly for me and made me so much more excited to not drive in a dirty car any longer than I had to. They showed up 15 minutes early to go over everything and they were clear, friendly, and honest. Headlights, rims, years of built on marks that any other car wash fails to remove - they worked their magic on it all and my car looks and feels brand new. From start to finish, communication was crystal clear and any questions I had were answered either before my appointment or during. read more

Called them again to detail my car and my wife's car that hadn't been driven in a year. My car was detailed excellently like always, but my wife's car is the real wonder. It was covered in dust, had paint transfer marks on the side, and spiderwebs (And as Arik discovered, spiders) inside. It looks brand new now, the paint transfer was completely removed, and spiders evicted. Work aside, they're very communicative and transparent, 10/10. read more

I'll be honest, I was a bit sceptic getting full detail car wash on my Honda Civic si 2017 since it did look good and it wasn't that dirty, but I was hoping may be with full detail wash I could get a better look. I read throw all this positive reviews and oh men they were right. After cleaning my car looked like they switched my car with a newer model. It was amazing! Price was defiantly worth it. Guys were quick , fun to talk to and I really loved that they asked if I have any particular requests. Also helped me quite a bit with a few tips on how to maintain my vehicle. If you want to get that "new" car look don't even hesitate message them now and get an appointment 11/10 service! P. S. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures before the car wash, but you can clearly see the shine on the picture that I attached. read more

What an amazing experience! Arik and Eddie did incredible work on our MDX (full detail) and 320i (mini detail). They both look brand new! Incredible! They arrived exactly on time, even chatted up our lawn team to make sure they were done -- blowers and trimmers would have messed up their work, for sure. They asked me if I had any specific concerns or areas to concentrate on, and then walked me through the process -- what they'll do (and what they can't do). And then they got right to work. 2 hours later... bliss! If you love your cars, you'll love their service. Couldn't be happier! Thank you, LA Mobile Detailing! read more

My older car hasn't been detailed in 11+ years, and it's been through kids and a dog. As our primary car for 14 years, it was looking and smelling rough. My husband uses the bumper to kiss walls and other cars. When these guys arrived, they explained every step of the process really clearly. Seriously, the 2 nicest guys ever! And holy moly, they made old paint transfer and scratches disappear!! All the nasty stains on the carpet were gone. My car even smelled nice. My car looks almost new! Amazing job and great price. Arik and Eddie did a phenomenal job on my F-150. Two weekends of back to back off roading adventures + a 110lb German Shepherd that likes jumping up on my truck had left DOZENS of scratches all along the side. Arik assessed the scratches and told me what results I would be able to realistically expect before proceeding. I agreed and the truck came out amazing. Scratches 90% gone from the clay bar and wax and buff. Paint is smoother then the day it was painted. Very happy with results and will definitely be using his services again as well as recommending to others. read more

Arik and his brother exceeded all expectations! This is the first time I've used an "at home mobile wash" service, so I was skeptical. Arik was on time and told me straightforward that the wash I booked was probably more than what I actually needed. He was honest right off the bat, which is not something you can expect these days. The wash took about an hour, and afterwards, Arik gave a lot of helpful advice on some car-related questions I had, including reliable referrals for new tires/etc. I HIGHLY recommend! read more
