Arik & Eddie are amazing! I am so lucky to have found them on Yelp. They took such great care of my car and I. They were able to squeeze me in, showed up and was able to detail my car in my primo parking on the street in front of my conplex so I didn't lose my parking spot. They made my car sparkle and didn't try to take my money for the extra exterior wash when it was going to rain on Saturday. Really such a good value to have these 2 magicians show up at your home, bring all their own equipment including water so if you don't have access to a hose, THATS OK, THEY GOT YOU! And detail your car while on work meetings, you can't ask for more. Scheduled through Yelp Communicated via text until arrival I cleared everything out of the car so they could detail properly Did my work meetings, and in an hour they were giving me a tour of what they did! Paid via tap and pay with my card (venmo, seller, cash, cards) and badabing they were off! Will be calling these guys again when I am in need of a good wash and interior detail. My partner told me about LA Mobile Detailing - Arik and Eddie did a great job on her car a couple of years ago. With so many options out there, it's good to go with the business that has a thumbs-up from someone you trust. From the get go, Arik was very accommodating and communicative. They arrived on time and when they did, Arik explained everything that him and his brother were going to do before actually doing anything. The job took about 45 min. Once done, they showed me what they did to the interior and I was really happy with the outcome. This car used to be my older sister's car, who has 2 little kids. There were tons of crumbs, stains, and so much mess pretty much everywhere. I'm glad that Arik and Eddie were able to restore my car and make it feel brand new again. I was so impressed with the whole business. Eric and Eddie, I hope I'm spelling their names right, were respectful, kind and willing to share information with me. Being a woman, I'm not used to this behavior when I try to get something done and I greatly appreciate it. I'm happy to say customer service is not dead! My 2015 Escape looked almost new when they got done with their service. I had damage from an accident that they couldn't buff out and that is understandable. I didn't know where to start with a mobile detailing service. Created a project. And LA Mobile Detailing was the winner for a number of reasons. It started with an actual reply... not a cut and paste reach out with a list of information that added to my confusion. They were honest, even about services others offered explaining why some of those options could damage your car and why they didn't offer them. They worked with me on the price when I explained by vehicle type and need. Others sent a "price is on the website" response and the packages either felt not enough or too much. Their response was timely and explanations were given when I had questions (some it felt like they couldnt be bothered to answer what I was confused about). They were not the cheapest... because some of the cheaper options I was concerned on care of the car and quality of products being used... but they were not the most expensive and as I said, gave me a quote on my needs. When it came time to the day of service, they showed up early. They were done in less than an hour. They buffed out some scratches I thought couldn't come out, not because I asked, but because they took pride in their work. This detail was a birthday gift for my husband and he came home when Arik and his brother were finishing the vehicle. Husband was floored with how good his car looked. We will absolutely have this service back to do this vehicle again, as well as our other car. A+ and not a single complaint. read more

I was too busy to get my car cleaned that the water stains from my sprinkler became too hard to come off. Regular car wash didn't help at all. I called around and most places only take appointments and have you wait for a couple of hours while it's getting cleaned. I went on yelp and that's when I found this company with spectacular reviews. Not only do they come to your house, they're price are also very competitive. I called and Annette was very helpful and scheduled me right away. They were booked 2 weeks out but able to accommodate a much much earlier date. I had originally made an appointment for a week ago, but the sudden rainy weather changed our plans since I do not have covered parking. Called them again to detail my car and my wife's car that hadn't been driven in a year. My car was detailed excellently like always, but my wife's car is the real wonder. It was covered in dust, had paint transfer marks on the side, and spiderwebs (And as Arik discovered, spiders) inside.
