This location is fine if you are there on one of the days that the vacuums are working. Multiple times over a few months I have gone through the wash only to find out that there are no vacuums. I have not had any problems with the billing. I (would) find the price reasonable if all services were available consistently. read more

Luv Car Wash is hands down one of the most frustrating businesses I've dealt with. Their subscription feels like a complete scam. They will happily charge your card, but the moment you show up, suddenly your membership "isn't paid" or "isn't active." Funny how they have no problem taking your money, though. Trying to fix the issue with staff is a joke. Instead of helping, they act like you're the problem or like they've never seen billing issues before. Zero accountability, zero urgency, and zero customer care. You end up wasting time arguing over something that should be simple. The whole place feels like it's built to lock people into subscriptions while making it difficult to actually use the service you're paying for. If you enjoy being overcharged, dismissed, and inconvenienced, then this is the place for you. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. There are plenty of car washes that don't play games with your money or treat customers like they're disposable. read more

My first time trying out this car wash. It was a really positive experience. I may join the monthly unlimited washes membership that is only a few dollars more than the one time visit. I love that they provide towels and don't seem to have a time limit on vacuuming. Others do. read more

It says that they close at 8PM I came at 7:00PM even. Car in front of me, like 3ft away just went in the tunnel and they're cutting everything down in front of me, I have fleet cars 9 cars as of right now, and they are saying that we are closed and they don't care if I came in time and by maps they have to be open at least one more hour, they just told me that they're not a manager and no questions to them. Quick in and out. The layout is simple and clean. Machines worked without issue and the water pressure was solid. The self-service area made it easy to take my time and not feel rushed. Vacuum stations were available and decently powerful. Staff was around and helpful when needed, but not overbearing. Nothing too fancy going on, but that's kind of the point. For a self-wash setup, it gets the job done right without hassle. If you're looking for efficiency and a place to handle it yourself, this spot delivers. I usually get a good result here but yesterday I went for the top deluxe option that included something called "clay" or "graphite" that was supposed to be like a waxing. I got home and saw there were gray stripes all over my car sort of like tiger stripes and it also wasn't very clean. So I drove back and they ran me through again and still the same. Went through a third time and told them to just do the basic wash to try and clear off the clay/graphite, it was slightly better but still not gone and my windows and hood just didn't look as clean as usual. I hope they get it straightened out, I'll wait awhile then give them another chance. Would like to add that the staff/attendants are VERY nice and helpful. Could be a problem with the system that I hope gets resolved. read more

This location is not as good as Topanga: for one, the vacuums are terrible! For two, it attracts customers who lack manners. Today I drove into a vacuum bay. I noticed that there were floor mats on the ground. When I finished vacuuming, the guy in the next bay got upset with me because I'd driven over his mats. That he'd laid out in my bay. You don't get to use more than one space! At the Topanga location, the rules are posted everywhere: don't take too long, and don't wash your mats! So in the future I'll just use this location for the rinse, no vacuum! read more

This carwash broke my window out back in November, the staff kindly gave me the claims info which I Promptly took care of by calling, and sending photos along with my claim number via voicemail and email. No one has contacted me. We're now in February going on March and my windows still hasn't been paid for. read more

I got a routine wash and my rim came off during the process. I noticed it when I went to the vacuum area and went to the workers at the car wash tunnel to ask where my rim was. They told me to go look for it and I proceeded to go to an area that had 20 rims laying around which was suspicious but thank god I found my rim. During my wash it stopped midway but I didn't think anything of it but it turns out they threw it to the side without notifying me and that's just messed up. Good thing I noticed that my rim was missing after the wash or else I would've had to pay for another one. The most upsetting part about this is the lack of caring from the staff because when I notified them there was no sorry it was just go find your rim. Terrible customer service from an overpriced place. One silver lining from this is I won't have to pay $30 a month from this overpriced membership. read more

I've come to this specific location multiple times either a little after 8:00AM or a little after 7:00PM (well within their supposed operating hours) and the gates were closed. Why am I paying monthly for this? It's very frustrating especially when I'm crunched for time and have to make it to downtown by 10:00AM and I'm mostly back in the Valley by the time this place is closed. Looking at other reviews, it seems as though I'm not the only person that has come across this issue. I'd put in a suggestion to change the operating hours from 10:00AM-6:30PM if you're going to bait and switch your customers like that. Plus side is staff is nice when they are actually open. read more

Tried to do my research before using this place. Made sure they didn't use acid or have a record of scratching up cars... well after a few months of using this place they gouged out several spots of paint on the top of my car just past my windshield. Was not reimbursed and will not be coming back. Also, my friend got her whole side scratched by the Tarzana location on Ventura recently too. Knew this place was too good to be true! Don't use any of these locations! What a great little car wash. I drove into the parking lot while visiting the Post Office. Met with David at the front who was very helpful and really gave me the full breakdown. So much so that I bought the unlimited car wash deal. I couldn't be happier with the results. They use great products and it's the typical sit in your car and go through the wash. Afterwards the have a great setup for you to utilize their towels, glass cleaner, dashboard cleaners and really powerful vacuum cleaners. Every time I leave their I really feel good about my car. The price is very fair in comparison to any and all carwashes like this one and I look forward to my weekly visits. Do your car a favor and give them a whirl. Need help? Dude at the entry gate came out and swiped my credit card for a wash - 6 months later I returned and found out I had been paying for a membership all that time. I called customer service and was told I signed up for the membership- I didn't. I was also told that if I do get a refund, after management reviews the issue, it would only be for 2 months. I'd suggest you not allow the employees swipe your credit card when using the car wash. Oh well, so much for getting my car washed every 6 months, lol! read more
