    IMPORTANT!! If you care about your vehicle, I would think TWICE about using this Carwash location. EXPERIENCE: Worst ever OPERATOR: Corbin Shell Car Wash, Corbin Car Wash Express, APRO distribution LLC. EVENT: This carwash damaged my roof factory molding. It ripped it out. After completing the carwash, the attended found it on the floor inside the carwash and told me they are not responsible. To clarify if your property was damaged in the car wash, they are responsible. The front attendant is clueless and I had to go to the mini-mart to obtain a point of contact for their ownership. I called their ownership and left several messages. I was told he was going to be at the gas station/mini-mart on Monday morning. This was lie. On Monday, I spoke to the cashier/clerk to contact their owner as I was at the minimart per their staff's request and not waste my time. Within a few minutes, I was able to reach the ownership side, MR. POUJA. I spoke to Mr. POUJA on the phone after several attempts to reach him. While being inside his mini-mart, I explained to him what happened. He acknowledged the situation and took ownership of the event and provided a recommendation for moving forward with the small repair (ALL LIES). I tried calling him again to move forward with the repairs and he has not returned my calls, text messages, or voice messages. Do not trust this ownership. They appear to be crooks and not worthy of a business transaction. He acknowledged fault and he has not kept his agreement. IMPORTAN DETAIL- do not use the rear mechanic for their recommendations for body-repair, as they are limited simple minded mechanics and it would be a conflict of interest as they know the ownership. THINK TWICE, the carwash appears to be updated inside but its performance is rough and as my results have it, it damaged my roof trim on my vehicle. If you care about your car, THINK TWICE. MR. POUJA on the ownership side appears to say anything and does a bad representation of how an ownership/operator should function under SHELL. I have also contacted Shell Corporations as they also should hold their operators accountable to uphold quality and service on their franchisee establishment.

    I come here almost every day to get my protein bar and a gallon of water before work the last few weeks when the older latina lady works she closes 30+ minutes early and I'm sick of it because I go out of convenience and closing 30 minutes earlier really isn't convenient. I understand we all have lives and we wanna get out of are jobs on time but if you can't do your job and close up on time maybe you shouldn't be working here all I know is if I see her I'm leaving I refuse to give her my money if she doesn't want to accept it during business hours

    I have been coming to this gas station location for a long time now. Especially now that it's a Shell location, this and the Burbank and White Oak locations are the ones I frequent. I never thought I'd be leaving a negative review for a gas station. I mean you're in you're out. The way it should be. Today I had the worst experience I have ever had at any type of business, let alone ANY gas station. I pulled in punched in my rewards alt ID, and put in my debit card, locked my car and I usually never go inside, but I needed to use the restroom. Simple right? Wrong!!!! I went inside, the attendants that usually are there have told me where the key is, so I just grabbed it and the attendant that was there today, said "Hey!" I said "what?" He said "bathroom is for customers only." I told him "???? What? I am a customer! I'm getting gas for my car outside it's gonna be like $60+" to which he responded "sorry there's a sign outside." I said "yo are you serious?" He said "yes only for customers" I insulted his intelligence to say the least. Now, owner, whoever you are. I think I deserve an explanation for this type of treatment. I mean I was in house shoes and basketball shorts and a hoodie. Is the restroom only meant for customers who walk in with a suit and tie? Or someone who doesn't look Hispanic? I'm not sure if this was a racial bias for the attendant or what exactly was going through his head tonight. It just doesn't make any sense for him to not allow me to use the restroom. Granted, I live less than a quarter of a mile from here, and preferred to use my own restroom, but what's going on here? You can check the time stamps on your CCTV or cameras of whatever you have! I will attach a photo of my receipt and of the attendant and of the signs outside. Nowhere does it say that the restroom is for paying customers only, it merely states "No Public Restrooms" so maybe there should be a sign outside that says you must buy a Twinkie or a pack of DingDongs to use our restroom. But isn't spending 60 dollars on gas enough to allow the use of the lavatory I don't need your restroom, Shell, but come on don't try to insult my intelligence by telling me the restroom is for customers WHEN I AM A CUSTOMER!!!!! This attendant must be reprimanded and spoken to! This message should be brought up to his attention and I demand to know the deeper meaning of why he believed I was not worthy of this godly toilet. It can't be that it's for customers only, when I paid for gas even before coming in contact with this person. Like I said if it's a racially biased thing that's a whole other conversation we can have. Or if I need to wear a suit and tie for him to feel comfortable around me I will leave my job, wearing a suit and tie, and speak to him. Owner, I have seen you respond to comments before. I live in the area and I would love the opportunity to speak to you via in person, phone, or email. Thank you.

    SCRATCHED THE WHOLE ENTIRE DRIVERS SIDE because the guy "directed" me wrong in the car wash and pointed to a sign that said not there fault. Now I have a scratched up car

    One thing that is totally unacceptable is that they charge the same thing for debit cards as they do for credit it is completely ridiculous they are trying very hard to Hawk to their Car Wash so they make that the cheapest way to get a discount on gas but I had a $0.20 discount because of my Ralph's card and this place is really confusing they have all kinds of things posted about the prices and it's kind of misleading I thought I was getting a discount from $3.69 but no that's only if you use cash or their shell card if you use debit or credit they charge you $3.77 which way does the decline in gas prices right now is a travesty maybe the people inside their little mini mart or nice I don't really know but I have to have gas to make a living and the rip-off prices here are disgusting

    Car wash is a joke paid for supreme no tire polish last rotating brushes dont work no rain x vaccums are weak the place is a mess

The staff informed me that my medication was not ready and wouldn't be ready until 2:30 or 2:45. After the pharmacist break. Cool. I'll come back in an hour I guess no problem. That was on me for coming right over after the e.r. Went home came back at 2:45 gave them until 2:50 just incase. walked in to my surprise the gates of the pharmacy were closed. Gave them until 3 am just incase. Come 3 am still nothing. Asked staff if the pharmacy was closed. She informed me they would open back up at 4 am. Now why wasn't I informed of this when I was told medication wouldn't be ready until 2:45, after the pharmacist break. Common curtesy to let someone know "hey we're actually closed from X to X" But neither the staff that was helping or pharmacist bothered to mention "we're closed at x time" Update: returned at 9:45 am. Only to be told it was still not ready and would take another 15 min. Good luck if you are coming from the hospital past 2 am. And if you're not from the area. I get that they are overwhelmed with orders but also let people know if you'll be closed.

I am also frustrated because I wasn't able to get my medication. He refused to call and it was frustrating. Now, I'm trying to transfer my prescription from CVS to an independent pharmacy. The new pharmacy called them and CVS didn't transfer it over. I went IN PERSON to CVS to ask them to transfer it over and of course, they said someone else has to call THEM. It is so idiotic. The lady I spoke to said, "It's not a good day for us as our system is backed up and I can't guarantee anything". like lady what ?? I need my medication transferred over so I can not deal with this BS (excuse my language) anymore. I have never had an easy experience with CVS, so if you can, AVOID THIS (or any CVS for that matter) PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
