This review is for the new car wash. What happened??? This place used to have an amazing TOUCHLESS carwash. After their remodel they are touchless no more. Now they have one of those awful machines that slaps your car around with mop brushes. You are just asking for cosmetic damages with those machines. Also you are locked into a track so you don't even get a good dry at the end as it shoots you out. Not to mention the new track system is so unnecessarily complicated that they had to hire a person just to stand there and help guide you in. I won't be returning. read more

This place is ok but the restroom is always kept dirty. The service is ok and the employees are sort of nice. Most of the time this place is full during noon and the prices are a bit high but then again, it's GAS. Inline that it has plenty of pumps and that makes filling up much faster. The refreshment station is good and stocked up and comes in pretty handy when you haven't eaten or had a drink. read more

I wanted to like the car wash. Did the middle $8 wash. It looked really new and gentle. I guess it was so gentle because it hardly touched the dirt! My car wasn't even that dirty. Did not clean it, and didn't dry well either. I'll stick with the drive thru close to my house (another Shell station) that works much better. read more

Car wash at your own risk. Filled up my tank and purchased a car wash. Following the car wash, I noticed that the brushless car wash, stripped off the paint from the hood of my car. My car is not old, and had zero damages prior to entering the wash. The owner of the gas station didn't care at all. Stated they're not responsible. When asked for his insurance information, he simply said no. Don't fall victim. read more

I would give zero stars for this Shell station if that were possible. I have been a long-time customer, for several years, but they refused to give any grace period to their absurd 30 day time limit for use of a carwash purchase. I even proposed paying to upgrade to the top wash option so I'd get some benefit for the money paid already. So rather than extending 4 days to allow me to have me a car wash that I paid eight dollars for, they would rather just lose a customer. I own a business, I do not keep peoples money for things that I have not provided them. Cashier claimed that he is not the owner, and even if I were to believe him, the owner just simply is not available to discuss the issue. Hope they really enjoy that $8 because I'm never spending another dime at that station. Take your hard earned money somewhere else, this station's owner doesn't deserve your business and doesn't care about customer loyalty. read more

Car wash damaged the paint on my car. Told the owner and he said it was a problem with my car's paint, even though we've used this type of car wash numerous times. I now see that this has happened to other people, obviously a problem with his car wash. Stay away this man has no ethics and does not deserve your business. read more

Needs smog check and will definitely be back. Great pricing, very friendly and fast! They also fixed a dragging plastic panel under my car that they noticed needed to be zip-tied just because for no charge. Definitely coming back in the future. read more

We bought the second level car wash and it did not remove the fresh soft tree sap. We went into the mini-mart to talk to them and he accused me of driving around and then coming back. When I explained that I had just come through the car wash he told me to talk to the car wash attendant. The car wash attendant looked at the car and told me it was rust. When I showed him that it rubbed off with a little effort he said that I had to take to a hand wash place and maybe they could do it. Did they give me a refund???? No:(:( read more

I stopped by this car wash last Saturday and thought their prices seemed pretty fair and wanted to try it out. The guy working at the car wash guided me into the track for the car wash and was rude when I had difficulty. It sounds like a lot of other people had the same problem. When I looked at my bill I noticed instead of the wash I paid I was overcharged so I'm going back to ask them why. Also, I don't notice if the wash damaged part of my car. The blower also didn't completely dry my car. There's another car wash near my house that I go to and don't experience these problems. read more

Crooks..!! It took me a while to write this posted. I had taken my car into the mechanic shop to get some work done. Aside from clearly having my glove box, center consul, and trunk gone through with paper and documents being being stuffed into the other spot from where I originally had it, to having all of my charger and wires unplugged. There excuse was that there where looking for my wheel locked that supposedly was never found and is also missing. I wonder how there got the job done with out it!?! I had a $1,400 Burberry watch clearly stolen from my center consul. "My fault for leaving valuables in there in the first place"... 5 minutes after leaving the mechanic shop, I notice my watch missing. I quickly turned around to confront them. There where 3 individuals who touch my vehicle, so it was hard to point the finger who did what. As soon as I complained about it, telling them my watch is missing, one of the individual got aggressive getting into my face. His co-workers and to hold him back to come down. The manager offered more to come back and watch 6 hours of footage, as if I had time to come back to view. "SMH" I told him, that the footage is not going to show the inside of my vehicle and that was the blinds spot. He still push on it. I told him to sent me the video so I can look at it on my own time. He refused and said come another time. As they say it's my word versus theirs. They where trying to pin it back on me. Sad to say, but you can't trust anyone these days. For what ever reason you decided to take your care in, check your items and take out all valuables.. And for you guys in the mechanic shop who ever stolen my watch...!! Shame on you. Finally a brushless carwash in the area! They give a 20 cent discount on gas with purchase of any of their car washes. I purchased the $10 one and it did a great job on my car. Reading a previous review made me laugh because I've never heard of water stripping paint off any one's car. All I can say is that I don't like going to car washes with brushes because they leave swirl marks and this place will become my new car wash of choice. read more

I recently came across this Shell gas station. I was looking for a place to get a car wash in the area. When I walked into the mini market I was welcomed by a friendly cashier. He recommended that I purchase gas with my car wash because I would receive a 20 cent discount! While my car wasn't spotless, the deal I got was great. I filled up my car 20 cents cheaper than most gas stations around while getting what I initially came there for. They can definitely expect my business in the near future! read more

A drive thru car wash is for convenience. My experience was nothing but that. The wash stopped during mid wash. I asked for a refund but the employee said only the owner can reverse a credit card charge and to come back tomorrow. The owner gave me the biggest run around to get my money back. He could have just given me $8 cash or a free wash but common sense didn't kick in apparently. I eventually got my money back... No apologies or anything. Never going back to this place for gas, car wash etc. Lastly, judging by how the car wash looked (even though it's touchless) it probably would have done a horrible wash. read more

Went in while pumping gas to use the restroom. One worker was occupied speaking to what appeared to be a long time friend, and the other worker was behind the register busy with customers. I decided to wait by the register to ask the cashier for the restroom key politely, about 5 minutes later they ask me what I wanted and some bum with a duffle bag comes in demanding the same. They then gave him the key first, and told him to give me the key after. He wasn't even a customer. I fill my gas up there every 3 days with premium fuel, but if you're Arabic you get priority. read more

I went to try out their new "touch free" wash. I'm giving 5 stars, and I will be going back next time I need a quick exterior-only touch free wash (btw, they have vacuums available for you to use for free). Sometimes I just don't have 30-45 minutes to kill or don't need a full-service car wash. However, I can't say my experience was without incident: There is a long bar with sprayers that lowers from above, and this bar has a black cable loop which hangs down in the center. The sprayers seem very powerful, and they get very close as they maneuver over your car (I have an 8" antenna on my Mini and the sprayer bar hit my antenna, so next time I'm taking it off). During my wash something touched the back of my car; I heard it. Fearing the bar was in contact with my car I drove out mid-cycle. I talked to the manager and while I don't care for his style (he kept telling me "don't worry, it can't touch your car" when clearly I was worried and felt it had already touched my car), he helpfully showed me the video replay of the wash from front and back angles. Because of the angles the videos were inconclusive; you couldn't really tell if anything touched, but man, good video with instant replay! The manager was willing to monitor it as I tried again for a full cycle, and second time thru I did not hear the contact and the wash went well. The manager is very trusting in the technology ("don't worry, don't worry"), and that black loop cable is apparently a sensor to help it avoid damaging contact. So maybe the cable is what I heard contacting the back of my car, it did its job keeping the sprayers away, and there is no scratch or damage. The full-wash was good, though I still had a couple spots of bird droppings left (they were pretty bad. I don't fault the wash, that's why touch free just isn't good enough sometimes). I recommend it, and will be back. read more

Service was terrible, the guy on night shift was sound asleep, almost falling over on his chair. I had to wake him up to ask for service, when I finally woke him up I gave him $35 to fill up, but he only gave me $30 of gas. When I went to the window to ask for the $5, he argued that I only gave him $30 and then went back to sleep. Never going back! read more

The sales clerks all seem very nice and the store is kept clean. However, the tall auto mechanic in the back with the close cropped hair is an a**hole. He had the back area blocked with oil barrels that were on carts with wheels. I asked if he could move them and when he was a bit slow, I thought I'd help him and move it for him since I was already out of my car. Instead of thanking me, he became a major jerk and said that I was only moving them because I was impatient. I told him I did it to help him out and he snapped back that he didn't ask for my help. There is no way I'd take my car to him for repairs and I am already letting my family and friends know not to go. read more
