Tea 'N Tea is a spot I went to often back in college. The location now has two kiosks for ordering. There wasn't photos available for every item on the menu quite yet. It does take cards, including American Express. I ended up getting the Strawberry Milk Tea with boba. It was something I got often in the past and still tasted consistent. Store still has a moderate amount of seating and a Nintendo switch in the corner with folks playing Super Smash often. Located in a large plaza with shared parking; fills up depending on time of day. Went at around 3:00 pm on the weekend and the plaza was packed. The store was moderately busy. Glad to see the shop still thriving! A pretty yummy local spot to grab some boba. I enjoyed coming here a lot with friends from college during my undergrad days. Recently came back here and was pretty surprised to see two kiosks to order from now!!! I love that there's new drinks out too with the Ube latte especially. I also recommend grabbing hot foods with your drinks order too!!! I got the Lychee slushee. You can also order a fresh batch of hot foods such as popcorn chicken or squid skewers. It's seasoned well and nice enough to eat for quick bites. The staff here are nice and efficient. They call out your names for your order and you pick up the drinks on the left side of the counter. There's a VERY yummy and tasty sauce that you can pour out for to-go!!! Such a must. I remember being able to play some games on the Nintendo Switch, especially Super Smash Bros!!! My husband and I stopped in one afternoon for boba. We got the blended taro and the blended Vietnamese coffee. They were both solid drinks - especially the Vietnamese coffee! I really enjoyed the viet coffee as it had a good coffee taste and was not overly sweet, bitter or burnt tasting. I didn't interact much with staff as you order from kiosks. The store is like your typical boba shop- a few chairs and tables but nothing special about the decor. It looks like they have rice plates on the menu but I didn't try any of those. read more

This was place to be back in 2017, during college and post college! My favorite was popcorn chicken and I decided to stop by today! There were plenty of tables and only 2-3 groups waiting for their orders. I just ordered 2 popcorn chickens snacks and it unfortunately took around 40 minutes which is kinda crazy. I work in food service and I usually do try to be more understanding but considering that there was so much tables open and minimal online orders, I'm pretty disappointed to come back to this. I really hope there some improvement in this because this was one of my favorite spots. 3 other groups also waiting for food also had waited around 30-40 minutes as well :( read more

My boyfriend really loves this spot for boba, and he took me here to give it a try! It did not disappoint at all! We came sort of late in the evening and it was not busy at all! I was here about a week ago and it was closed! Sign outside said it was closed for remodeling and would be re-opening Jan 2. Came in Jan 2, but really a grand re opening because the place looked very similar. Menu was updated but I prefer pictures instead of words. Biggest update was the All electronic version order yourself kiosk albeit the ordering process was a bit challenging at first we got the hang of it after some help from the friendly staff! I have been coming to Tea since 2021 and I have loved it up until the new management Tea N Tea this year, had unfortunately gone down over all. My experience every time I come, I am waiting for my order for 15-20 min when the shop is not busy. To avoid this I recently started ordering online and still come in and the order is not ready. My final straw was today I came in with an online pick up order. I stood at the register waiting for awhile waiting for the worker to notice me. Additionally they hadn't even started making my drink while I ordered 20 min prior to arriving. When the drink finally arrived, the worker handed us the order at the table, without checking if we paid or not. (I didn't pay online, I ordered for pickup then to be paid in store). If I didn't remind the worker, I would've had 4 free drinks. Tea N Tea was never this way before. This is a pattern I am now experiencing where the new workers here have no sense or urgency when it comes to drink making. Yes I understand if it is busy but the handful of times I've come in there is only one table occupied. As someone who's worked in food service before for 4 years, management makes the business good and maybe this is the reason for my constant negative experiences. Parking was easy in this big plaza, and the staff member who works the front is super friendly, welcoming, and informative with all drinks. Despite struggling over three drinks, I settled on their Avocado Snow Bubble with boba, half condensed and no syrup - no sweet tooth, don't come at me! (Usually I'm a 0-25% sugar kinda guy) I have to admit for what it is, it's already pretty sweet at 50%, might have to stick to 25% on follow-up visits. Other than that, the avocado milk blend was chef's kiss - perfection. In addition to bringing back the high school nostalgia of boba + snack vibes at a chill cafe, there's Wi-Fi, board games, and even a Nintendo Switch to play Super Smash Bros. My favorite is their Pokemon battle screen art amongst a variety of other displays. I know I've rated this place before, don't know where that review went. But my partner and I used to frequent this place since we worked in the area. It has indoor seating and a few table games that you can use while you're there. It was a favorite lunch time meet up spot. During the summers, the place is kept cool which also helps. There's plenty of parking. Located across from the fashion center so you can also stop by before or after your shopping. The menu is a little much for me, because there's so many options and not all of them are advertised, some you have to find out about from a marker board near the counter. I've had pretty much everything at this point and everything is good. My go to is the snow bubbles ($7 for a regular size, no add-ons). Boba can be hit or miss depending on the day so I don't always opt for it. You can customize the sweetness levels of your drink if you're not too much of a sweet tooth. The popcorn chicken was also a favorite of ours. *It is also important to know that the prices on the menu are only if you pay cash. If you pay with card, there is a 4% increase in prices. read more

Been coming here for 8 years. Sam the original owner recently sold it and the atmosphere went with him. The place feels cold and more corporate. They replaced the front cashier with order touch pads and there is no greeting when you come in and no person to person feel anymore, more of a make your order and get out feel. The drinks size cups or display in front of the register. Regular size is almost like large and large is like extra large... had a watermelon/with Boba. Got the spicy chicken... it was great taste, and they want small pieces like other Boba places. Mile was even a little spicy.. they had a Nintendo switch with smash Bros if you wanted to play in the meantime. They had a game bored corner of the store. The cashier was nice. This was my favorite find in our trip. We stopped because I wanted Vietnamese coffee. We also ordered a yogurt slushy drink that was so yummy and unlike anything I've had before. Their fried fish balls and fried chicken are the BEST! So flavorful. I used to order their Okinawa milk tea and it was my favorite but today I decided to try their Hokkaido milk tea, it was good but not as great as the Okinawa milk tea lol. Love this place! It's probably one of my favorite places to go because it's always a nice vibe and good energy! The boba is always good and so is the service (consistency is very important to me). I have my go-tos like the watermelon slush, spicy mango, taro, and of course the classic milk tea... but sometimes I want to try something new and ask for recommendations, the staff always has great recommendations.. the most memorable rec was the peach, lemon slush (so good)! I've also had quite a few snacks... like the sesame balls and popcorn chicken, both really good and flavorful. Although I haven't taken the time to sit down and play the games, I love that it's a thing and I love seeing other patrons hanging out, playing video and board games, and having a good time. The owner changed and now the drinks and food have gone downhill. We used to come here all the time to grab popcorn chicken and some drinks. The almond milk tea was a family favorite as well as the brown sugar. Now the almond milk tea is no longer available and their drinks are so watered down. The self ordering kiosk can be such a pain and it takes twice as long to order since people have issues with it. The popcorn chicken used to be juicy and seasoned properly. Now it's bland and hard. Wish the owner kept his store since the new one doesn't seem to care about quality. read more

Consistently great rose milk tea!! A lot of other places are so hit and miss with the level of syrup they put in or milk to tea ratio, but tea n tea always I can count on for it to be good.
