My absolute favorite boba spot in Northridge! The owner is so sweet and the creative drinks are delicious. It's a great atmosphere for studying. Don't miss out on the basil snacks and sauces--they are flavor highlights!

Drinks- Hakkaido milk tea with sea salt cream and Guava green tea. Both drinks are good and taste is as expected. It is my first time here and will come back to try other teas as well. Service- even though they are busy, my drinks come out quick; so thank you for that. Ambiance- this is a cute little boba shop in Northridge area. I saw some customers playing games on TV. Fun boba shop to hang out with friends and have sweet drinks while chatting. I will definitely come back to this and recommend to others to try their bobas.

I was here about a week ago and it was closed! Sign outside said it was closed for remodeling and would be re-opening Jan 2. Came in Jan 2, but really a grand re opening because the place looked very similar. Menu was updated but I prefer pictures instead of words. Biggest update was the All electronic version order yourself kiosk albeit the ordering process was a bit challenging at first we got the hang of it after some help from the friendly staff! Pistachio smoothie here is amazing and now they have the sugar reducing options.

A local favorite in this shopping plaza that one of my friends suggested. A wide variety of drinks to choose from. I ended up going with the peach slushy and added boba. Good flavor and not overly sweet, refreshing! My friend grabbed the Thai tea float it has ice cream in it and she added some boba. Service was great, drinks came out quickly. Inside only seating, a few tables inside.

TLDR: Welcoming staff, great drinks, good time. Light music for working or chitchat, a perfect afterschool meetup or afternoon snack can be had here. - - - - -- Oh, Tea 'n Tea, how I've heard about this place for a while with it bookmarked for over a year and finally decided to finally step foot inside! Parking was easy in this big plaza, and the staff member who works the front is super friendly, welcoming, and informative with all drinks. Despite struggling over three drinks, I settled on their Avocado Snow Bubble with boba, half condensed and no syrup - no sweet tooth, don't come at me! (Usually I'm a 0-25% sugar kinda guy) I have to admit for what it is, it's already pretty sweet at 50%, might have to stick to 25% on follow-up visits. Other than that, the avocado milk blend was chef's kiss - perfection. In addition to bringing back the high school nostalgia of boba + snack vibes at a chill cafe, there's Wi-Fi, board games, and even a Nintendo Switch to play Super Smash Bros. My favorite is their Pokemon battle screen art amongst a variety of other displays. And of course, I have to drop a comment as a 626 Native: This is probably the closest place to "good boba" in this area of town.

this place was fine. i tried the ube latte and it was pretty plain, just tasted like milk with some sugar in it, i couldn't taste any ube flavor :( which was surprising bc it was a vibrant purple color. nice place to study, the staff was very helpful. i would like to go back and try something else !

    |[ c o o l ]| Cool local spot that caters to people who need a study or gaming spot!! They have a good variety of drinks and snacks and parking (my ideal study spot). In fact, I've studied here in the past and loved it -- it's just a bit out of my way but I def recommend it if you need decent boba and somewhere to hangout/chill for a min. |[ I b e e n d r a n k ' n ]| I got the regular boba (sugarfree) and it wasn't bad 3.8/5. It's not overly watered down, the size is just right for me aka not super small while claiming to be 'regular' lol and for that I love them. We also tried the mango yogurt frost and it was really good-- gave me dole whip vibes. Half sweet was enough sweet imo. 4/5. |[ I b e e n s n a c k ' n ]| We tried the fried fish cakes snack and it was interesting and fun to eat 3.5/5. Might try some other snacks here when I come back. |[ l u r v e ]| They got a couple spots and a switch here so you can hash it out on smash bros with strangers! lol overall 3.85 stars rounded up because service was super friendly and helpful. I know I've rated this place before, don't know where that review went. But my partner and I used to frequent this place since we worked in the area. It has indoor seating and a few table games that you can use while you're there. It was a favorite lunch time meet up spot. During the summers, the place is kept cool which also helps. There's plenty of parking. Located across from the fashion center so you can also stop by before or after your shopping. The menu is a little much for me, because there's so many options and not all of them are advertised, some you have to find out about from a marker board near the counter. I've had pretty much everything at this point and everything is good. My go to is the snow bubbles ($7 for a regular size, no add-ons). Boba can be hit or miss depending on the day so I don't always opt for it. You can customize the sweetness levels of your drink if you're not too much of a sweet tooth. The popcorn chicken was also a favorite of ours. *It is also important to know that the prices on the menu are only if you pay cash. If you pay with card, there is a 4% increase in prices.

I've been to many boba places here in the valley and this is hands down the best boba p. My kids love going here because they can play and I can just sit down and enjoy my boba. Very chill place and their drinks are very good with fresh boba.

My first time spot buy. Was shopping at the dollar tree close by. The smell of spicy chicken... I ask the cashier. Where she got it from she said tea n tea. So I had to get some. The drinks size cups or display in front of the register. Regular size is almost like large and large is like extra large... had a watermelon/with Boba. Got the spicy chicken... it was great taste, and they want small pieces like other Boba places. Mile was even a little spicy.. they had a Nintendo switch with smash Bros if you wanted to play in the meantime. They had a game bored corner of the store. The cashier was nice. They had a lot of food. Wanted try spicy chicken and rice... was in rush and had food at home. Most likely come back for that. It nice spot play MTG and any cards games. Get together with friends too. Give it a try.

I loved Okinawa milk tea and Hokkaido milk tea at this store. They are my favorite, as well as popcorn chicken. Friendly staffs.

This place has been around for years, and they continually expand their menu with more food and light snack options. I usually enjoy their watermelon slushy, which you can customize by adjusting the sugar and ice levels--just ask the staff! Their popcorn chicken is simply excellent. They also offer delivery through Uber Eats, and we typically order from Encino, which is within their delivery range. Parking is quite ample, especially since there are other fantastic venues nearby.

I tried Bobo the Boba for the first time and was neither surprised or disappointed by what I got. I ordered on the kiosk, trying to download the app for the 30% off your first drink offer, but the service in the plaza is quite spotty, so I couldn't. I ordered the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with boba and crystal boba. The oolong flavor was pretty mild, and I recall seeing one of the baristas putting the shaker bottle in the microwave, which was a bit odd. The boba didn't have too much brown sugar flavor but was nice and chewy. The crystal boba was pretty standard. Overall, not bad but would probably choose somewhere else next time.

The shop is nice and spacious with lots of seating and chairs but I got my food to go because I had so many things to do today. I chose the basil pesto panini, tater tots, and I also got the Tropical Waterfall without any Boba additions. For the tropical waterfall it's so delicious!!!! I could have added the Boba or even gotten custard squares with it but personally I loved it just the way it was. When the weather gets even hotter this might be my go to drink because it's so delicious and refreshing. My basil pesto panini was perfect, from the beautiful browned lines on the bread to the perfect taste on the inside. I got a side of the basil pesto sauce which made a good dipper! For the tater tots you have an option of spice level which I didn't fully understand until I got mine. I love spice so I got mine spicy. I learned it's the seasoning. I personally did not like the seasoning and it wasnt spicy until I finished chewing and swallowing and the seasoning felt powdery to me. Despite this I brushed off as much of the seasoning as possible and the tater tots themselves were perfectly hot and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I'll definitely be back for more!

Visited: 4/1/26 & 4/26/26…read more DRINKS Dalgona Matcha Viet Coffee ($6.25) - 7/10 This drink was enjoyable overall, but the matcha didn't taste very high quality. It leaned more on the milky side rather than having that deeper, slightly earthy matcha flavor you'd expect. It still had a nice sweetness and was easy to drink, but if you're someone who really appreciates strong, authentic matcha, this might fall a bit short. Viet Coffee with Sea Salt Foam ($6.25) - 7.5/10 My sister ordered this at 50% sweetness, which ended up being a great choice since 100% would likely be overpowering. The sea salt foam added a nice creamy contrast that balanced the drink well. However, it didn't quite capture the rich taste of traditional Vietnamese coffee and instead tasted more like a sweeter, standard iced coffee. Still good, just not very authentic in flavor. The Nutty Latte ($6.75) - 4/10 This one wasn't for me at all. The texture was extremely thick and chunky, making it difficult and honestly unpleasant to drink. It felt like drinking straight peanut butter mixed with milk, and the chunks would sometimes get stuck in my throat. It also didn't resemble a latte in either texture or taste. Iced Rose Latte with Cheese Foam and Honey Boba ($6.25 + $0.85 + $0.85) - 7.5/10 If you enjoy floral drinks, especially rose, you'll likely enjoy this one. The rose flavor is definitely present without being too overpowering, and the cheese foam adds a slight savory contrast that keeps it interesting. The honey boba adds a bit of extra sweetness and texture. Overall, it's a solid drink, just nothing particularly standout compared to other rose lattes. FOOD Mozzarella Cheese Sticks ($5.25) - 6/10 These come with your choice of sauce, and I went with ranch. They're very standard mozzarella sticks, nothing particularly memorable or unique. The cheese wasn't as melty as I would've liked, and the breading was noticeably thick, which made them feel a bit heavy. They're fine if you're craving something fried, but not something I'd go out of my way to get again. Okonomi French Fries ($5.25) - 7/10 The sauce is definitely the highlight here! It has a slightly sweet flavor that makes the fries more enjoyable and adds something different. Unfortunately, the fries themselves were a bit underwhelming. They tasted slightly stale, lacked seasoning, and weren't as crispy as they should have been. Chicken Wings ($7.75) - 8.5/10 This was surprisingly the best item! The chicken was fresh, hot, and had a really satisfying crunch. While they weren't heavily seasoned on their own, the texture and freshness made up for it, and the ranch dipping sauce helped add more flavor. Definitely a solid choice if you want something savory alongside your drink. How to Order: Ordering is done through a touchpad system, which makes the process quick and easy, especially when it's busy. They also have a very wide variety of drinks on the menu, so there's something for pretty much everyone, whether you like coffee, tea, or more unique specialty drinks. Seating: This is a great place to study or hang out for longer periods of time. There's plenty of indoor seating along with accessible outlets, which makes it convenient if you need to get work done. However, it can get very loud and hectic during the week since a lot of students come here, sometimes to the point where it feels chaotic with people talking loudly or even yelling. Weekends are generally a bit calmer, but the music is still played fairly loud, so it may not be ideal if you're sensitive to noise unless you bring noise-canceling headphones. I didn't mind it at all and could work normally. Atmosphere: One big plus is that they're open late until midnight, which makes it a really convenient late-night spot whether you're studying or just want somewhere to relax. The shop itself has a modern, casual vibe, and the high traffic gives it a lively atmosphere, though that can be a downside depending on what you're looking for. Parking: It's located in a plaza, so parking is relatively easy and accessible. Restroom: The restroom requires a code to access and is relatively clean, which is always appreciated.
