I came here on Easter Sunday (today). And let me just say, the customer service provided by Adrian and Sophia was amazingly beyond exceptional!!!! These days, I'm scared about coming to food places only because I have A LOT of dietary restrictions. And because of that, I need to ask employees the ingredients that go into various foods and drinks. This typically makes feel really bad, and the employees need to do extra work than needed because of what I'm dealing with. BUT Sophia, and Adrian did not mind that at all. They were able to answer all of my questions, and helped me out so much!!!! :D I was able to find something that I can have, and I was super happy as a result of that. We decided to catch a movie but I don't drink soda and wasn't in the mood for water so I decided to grab a drink from Sharetea to take in the theatre. Once we stepped in the place it was extremely clean and empty. They have a kiosk where you can put in your own order or they have people behind the counter willing to take your order. I opted for the person because it was my first time and I had a few questions. They were extremely friendly and offered a punch card for a free drink after I believe 10 visits. We went with a Classic Boba Milk Tea and the Peach Kiwi Tea with Honey Jelly. Both were very good and not too sweet because they give you the option of adding your sweetness level. (We always choose 50% because I can't have my kids jumping off the walls lol). Prices are fair and the service was great so we will be back. There is plenty of seating inside if you'd like to enjoy your drink there and parking isn't an issue since it is located by the movie theater, a bunch of restaurants and the back of the Northridge mall. **Lastly, here's a little tip but keep it between us. It been a while since my wife wanted to come to ShareTea. We stopped by here last night since we were at the Northridge mall. They change the way they operate now because to place your drink, you do it on the kiosk at the counter. I believe if you still have trouble then maybe you can place it with a worker but my wife didn't have any issues. When we came on a Tuesday night, there was only one person working. They also change their cup so at first my wife was confused because the cup is pink and she got a Jasmine Milk Tea. Visited Share Tea when I went to the Northridge Mall. 1st time the guy was a bit rude when I asked him if I could order directly through the counter and not the kiosk since the kiosk didn't have No Ice option and when I told him if he could make and exception he bluntly said no! While he just took some other regular orders with a smile before me. So I got Wintermelon Milk Tea with less ice but was still a lot of ice which makes it water down pretty quickly when u get 25-30% sweet. Next day I was there again and this time there was a lady who greeted me with a smile and asked if I had any questions. I told her my no ice request, also said I am ok if my glass is not full to the top. So I order the same Wintermelon Milk Tea with a note on kiosk in the end and voila I get a good glass of Wintermelon Milk Tea with no ice. I appreciate the nice lady. And thanked her for my drink. My nephews and I stopped by last Saturday night after dinner at a nearby restaurant cause they had to have boba ... teenagers .... It was busy busy but the service was fast and friendly. They all got drinks but not me. All I had to do was take a sip of my sons drink to realize I made the right choice lol These drinks are soooooooooo sweet. Whyyyyy.... If the owner can't afford to buy 80¢ worth of bananas at the grocery store to put into people's drinks, you don't deserve to be in business. ShareTea is hands down my favorite boba spot in the Valley -- honestly, even outside the Valley too! I could come here 9,592 times a week and still never get tired of it. On my sugar kick these days. I've never been to a Sharetea before but I keep on seeing them... at malls. Sharetea is my favorite boba shop and I particularly love this location because it's one of the few stores to actually have the coffee creama still available. Like all other sharetea stores, they have an extensive menu and they also have stamp card. I opted for the taro ice blend and substituted mini pearls and removed the pudding. I also highly recommend their mango passionfruit tea and their tea creamas. It's a small store but there seems to be public wifi as there were two students studying with their laptops. Don't forget some drinks offer ice cream included, which I am a fam of. But if you're lactose, definitely stay away from. They offer different sizes of pearls aka boba, regular or mini. When you order on the app, or through yelp you can see all the add-ons you can select from, not only just pearl/boba. Seating: tons of seating inside, and tons of seating outside as well. So you shoild be fine if you need to grab a seat while enjoying your drink. You can order your drinks in person, but I definitely recommend ordering ahead of time through the yelp app, so when you get there, your drinks are ready for pick up. Peach Kiwi Tea for the win! This was my first time trying this and it has Aiyu jelly which I had never had before. This fun shop has milk teas, lemonade, and non alcoholic mojitos. I am in love with places like this that have a little bit of everything. I got my drink at 50% sweetness. Most people do about 30%, so plan accordingly. One of my fav boba drinks in the valley! I love their okinawa pearl milk tea (which tastes creamy and consists of black tea, brown sugar, and pearl boba) and their fresh milk family (which is non-caffeinated, tastes delightful and consists of milk, jelly, pudding, and pearl boba). The matcha w/ fresh milk and handmade taro w/ fresh milk are also really good. The drinks have been made consistently, taste fresh, and clean. You can adjust the level of ice and sweetness to your preference. I normally get less ice and 80% (less) sweetness which is perfect. The pearl bobas are sweet and chewy and the red bean and herb jelly are wonderful add-ons. We've ordered through Grubhub and they've always been on time as quoted. read more
