Was having lunch today with one of my best friends and we got pho at pho so 1. We decided to get boba tea after and it did not disappoint. The boba was SO fresh and the taste was delicious! The lady was very sweet the service was quick. The ambiance is clean and nice and conveniently connected to pho so 1! Highly recommend and would definitely come back. Free parking in the back too!

When you first enter the shop, you will notice how it's connected to the pho restaurant on the right. I would say it makes sense for how loud it is when you first walk in. Pretty straightforward though for a place that makes smoothies, teas and other drinks. I ordered the mango smoothie (with no boba). I think this drink is good. Tastes exactly how a good mango smoothie would taste like. I have tried the boba and it wasn't too bad. I am not a fan of boba in general. We were given our drinks in maybe 5-10 mins. Had to come here to beat the heat in the valley when it reached like high mid 110s

Nicest lady. Please come support her. The drinks here are delicious. They use real fruit in every smoothie. A real hidden gem.

One of my favorite boba places in town. It's connected to PHO SO 1... and after you eat pho, you definitely need to get some boba... I was skeptical at first but wow it's legit good. It's definitely an OLD SCHOOL boba. Not like the new hip places and shops that are opening up. It's the boba we used to drink from back in the days - the ones you get at the Vietnamese oRR Chinese looations! We always order TARO MILK TEA TARO MILK TEA Frozen iced Their taro milk tea is not liKe any of the other taro milk teas out there. They really use the real taro to bring earthy taste to the milk. We try to get this drink every time we drive by because we literally can't get this same taste of taro milk tea ANYWHERE else! We've tried almost every tAro milk tea... and hands down thhis place has the best

My go-to place for fruit boba smoothies in the Valley! The lady that is usually working behind the counter is super friendly and knows I'm a regular. I've taken my parents here multiple times, and they love it just as much. The best thing about the smoothies here is the fact that they are made from real fruit, not powder. From flavor to sweetness, my drinks have always been delicious every time. I receive a generous amount of perfectly cooked boba every time, too. My top 3 favorite flavors are honeydew, strawberry banana, and pineapple coconut ("pina colada," recommended by the owner). There have been a couple of times when the texture was a bit off (i.e., a little on the watery side), but aside from that, I have had no issues with my drink. Fresh T is located inside Pho So 1 (no division), so you could order boba before or after having a meal next door.

So the first thing I want to know is why is the marker for this location on the wrong side of the street? And then I want to know why I have to walk through a pho restaurant to get to the boba place? And then I want to know why doesn't anybody in this place speak English? Or understand English?! Then I found there's a small alley next to the pho restaurant that I can walk through to get to the back parking lot. Or I could've just went straight to the back parking lot and parked since there's no parking on the street. But for three dollars for a small Boba expectations have to be low so that you can be really impressed. After walking through the grungy Alley I was really impressed. It's smart that they had a menu and the lady Pointing to the items on the menu and saying something I couldn't understand. So I just kept pointing at the menu telling her no, this is what I want. Mostly ice, it was a good boba. The end.

5 stars for having my favorite sugar cane and kumquat drink!! I had it in Vietnam and was overjoyed when I found it here. So refreshing!! Haven't ordered boba here ever since. Also, the two women handling the cash register and making the drinks are very nice. One of them always remembers me and always has a smile on her face.

This is a really small boba spot in reseda. It owned by the owners a of PHO sho 1. The wait time is pretty fast. The same two ladies are always working. The service is pretty good -- they don't speak English that great, but I'm able to communicate with them. They have about 20-25 different boba flavors. They also have some really good fresh fruits juices! This place is always kept super clean and they always mange to make sure you leave satisfied. So, I can say I'm a regular I come here at least 3-4 times a month or sometimes more. Cons: They put too much ice on the Thai tea. If you ask for no ice It's not cold as it should be. :(

Once there were only two parties left, we got in line. When we finally reached the counter, the clerk took a phone order instead of helping us. We were then told to scan a QR code to place our order because they needed to focus on making drinks. After waiting in line, this was frustrating and felt very disorganized. Overall, the customer service was the worst part of the experience. It felt like in-person customers were not a priority at all. This was my first time at this spot, and it left a bad impression. I don't think I will be returning.

Parking was easy to find, they have a lot and there are several surrounding free parking lots. The cafe inside was clean and well designed with several tables - by the time we got out drinks, a table had cleared up and we sat down. We ordered the matcha einspanner and the hojicha einspanner. The matcha was high quality, very rich and strong. The cream added a nice sweetness, but it wasn't overall sweet or bitter either. I love hojicha and always recommend it as an alternative to matcha or coffee at cafes. The hojicha here was chocolatey and smooth, absolutely amazing! Very well balanced and well made drinks - and they are absolutely photogenic as well ;) Highly recommend!

They have a small and limited parking lot behind the coffee shop as well as some street parking open on Reseda and Dearborn. There's a Trader Joe's and Chili's across the street with more parking as well and I have parked behind Dave's Hot Chicken and the Habit and there is always space there. Ambiance: This coffee shop is quaint and feels a little cramped when you finally get inside and through the line. There is a counter top with some chairs as well as one couch and desk where one can study although, I personally never would. It's clean and bright with a minimalistic vibe inside. With it being cramped, you basically just get in, order, and get out. It's rare to find seating inside and it can feel overwhelming just sitting there trying to enjoy your drink with so many people around. Drinks: We've been there multiple times and you can always expect the same- mid, slightly overpriced, oh- getting some post purchase clarity. But it's the type of slightly regretful decision we continue to make every time. We've gotten the matcha einspanner on several occasions, vanilla iced latte, caramel latte, and the most disgusting Americano known to man. Whether you get the dark or light roast Americano, you will not run away from the burnt and bitter flavor. Service: The line moves quickly, they take your order and get you in and out without a long wait. They also offer stamp cards, buy 10 get the 11th free. What a steal! Gimme 10 more! Overall: All this to say, it's oddly grown to be a valley staple, and represents some bordering LA values- overpriced, overhyped, but for some reason addicting in the fact you always seem to go back. I would say 3.5 but it doesn't allow it, so I'm feeling generous today.
