I only had $5 which was all th money id had all day, I used to come buy black n milds and fill up my gas tank here often because its the cheapest in the neighborhood, and I came there only planning to buy a black n mild. I live almost a mile away but they are the only place that sells the 99c ones, and my boyfriend had been asking me to get him some nicotine all day. I filled up two drinks, which were the correct size for the deal, and go to the counter. I asked for a black mild, and he ID me, asked him if he remembered me and he said no, and I didn't my my phone and wallet with me at the time. When he hands me my change, it's something under $1, .78 cents! He had just told me the drinks would be $1 before I had gone to fill them up! I told him to give me the correct change or give me a refund, he tells me to take one sip of the drink and I can't have it after that, and he'll give the refund. I said fine give me the refund. Then he claimed he can't do a refund. There was 4 men behind me in line. A few of them offered to pay for it, I said that's not the issue, he just lied and said it was $1 and now is charging me $2.30! I don't have any other money until the 10th. So one of the guys hands me $3, the Indian man started throwing a tantrum screaming at me that he does remember me "causing problems before" when the problem was them. I had come there before and my boyfriend would pay for gas and I would go in a use the restroom, and they would roll their eyes and wouldn't open the bathroom saying I had to buy something, until I told them repeatedly he just bought gas. Every time I went in they would make a big deal about opening the restroom for me and would make me wait, when they would just hand the key to everyone else. One they did hand me the key, and when I was coming out my boyfriend came in as I was going out and he needed to use the restroom. I handed him the key and they started yelling say they wouldn't let him use the bathroom, even though I had just gave money for him to pump gas when I first walked in. When the Indian man "remembered me" I asked again if I could have the black n mild, and he started calling the police and yelling at me to get out. I would love if a manager could reach out to me, this was absolutely inappropriate behavior from a man in his 40s. Now he's complaining about me and put a picture of me up on the wall, saying I can't come in. He lied, slandered me in front of others, then said he's calling the police when I already had said it was fine I couldn't get the black n mild. If he's the owner, which I highly doubt, I don't understand why they have so little money they need my $3 which was all I have. If he isn't, why was he so angry that wouldn't let him have my $3 when it doesn't matter to him and his paycheck?

As soon as I connected it to my grill, propane began leaking even with the valve in the OFF position. Since this was a clear safety issue, I returned to the station within 45 minutes. Instead of taking the concern seriously, the attendant immediately told me they would not exchange the tank because "you already paid and got a tank." She repeatedly said the tanks come from a third party and are tested, as if that meant a defective tank was impossible. She also told me to come back the next day to speak with the manager, even after I explained I had to work and couldn't keep making trips over a faulty product. What frustrated me most was her dismissive, careless attitude. When I asked her to call the manager, she described me as "getting a little aggressive," when in reality I was simply frustrated that a potentially dangerous gas leak wasn't being taken seriously. Eventually, they agreed to exchange the tank, but not before questioning whether I knew how to use a propane tank. I've been using propane tanks my entire life, and as it turned out, the replacement tank worked perfectly with no leaks. That confirmed the original tank was indeed defective. I'm glad the issue was ultimately resolved, but it should never have taken that much effort to exchange a leaking propane tank. Customer safety should always come first, and I hope this station provides better training on how to handle situations involving defective propane tanks.

They will not try to overcharge you or tell you that your car needs some kind of extra work which it doesn't they will only be up front and honest with you. This is the best mechanics in the area and I recommend them for small things like oil changes all the way to big jobs like swapping an engine out they will not try to take advantage of you.

They were not busy when I came so I was able to pull to a gas pump right away. The makeover seem to add more pump station now. It was simple and easy process for me with no issues. I like going to Costco gas station because you don't have to deal with anyone trying to sell you stuff or asking for money. I mostly go to the Simi Valley location since it's across the street from my work or the Pacoima location since it's near my house.

Whether pumping gas at a pump or running inside to pay the wait is always quick if any wait at all. The car wash is kinda in need for some updates or maintenance. You can now buy perhaps the cheapest corporate brand gas more securely with credit. I paid cash to save more. The convenience store is big and clean, service is friendly. If you need to make left onto Nordhoff after, the adjacent street has a light. My only complaint is the squeegees had no water, bad timing because my windshields really need cleaning.
