The expiration policy appears to be a new implementation. In the past, my washes never expired, and there was no clear warning from staff about this change. You have to notice it yourself. They have no problem bolding the total or the codes, but the expiration date just blends in with all the other writing on the receipt for you to not notice. I lost two washes due to expiration, which I accept responsibility for. However, I do NOT accept losing a wash because the code didn't work BEFORE it expired. When I brought it to the attention of the employee, there was no effort made to help or make it right. Selling prepaid services that customers can't redeem is a SCAM. At the end of the day, it's the principle. I've recommended this touchless car wash to many people over the years, but never again. Lost a long-time customer.

So I went across the street and was denied and then came here, to the Mobil. I explained I had a senior in bed of a restroom. The cashier was so friendly and kind. He came out and unlocked the restroom for her. He held the door for us while I helped her out of the car. And smiled. He was patient with her slow steps. He saved the day! And on top of it all, the bathrooms were clean! The lot was swept and stocked. I didn't go in the store, but I know what gas station I'll choose next time I need gas in the area. Thank you again! I tell her that it's fine and I'll just have to use the air machine while I'm waiting. So I move my car (it's in a position where she can clearly see it from the window) and go over to the air machine. I wait about a minute to see if she turns it on (I thought she was too concentrated on her task and might've forgotten), and it doesn't come on so I walk back to the register, tell her I'm ready to use the air machine, and if she could activate it. She very rudely tells me that I need to make a purchase, like I wasn't just at the window attempting to pay for gas--I don't know why I needed to but I had to explain to her that I was just there trying to purchase gas but she was busy. Air is free for paying customers and I know I haven't paid yet but I did make an attempt and she should have activated the machine--any other gas station would have in this situation and I was going to purchase gas regardless. There is rarely ever stuff in the aisles and they have their hot food going. The exterior is well kept and always have paper towels and window cleaners. My only gripe is that with the area not being so good their mini-mart isn't open late at night or in the early mornings. You have to go to the window instead.

When purchasing gas, customers are prompted to add a car wash. After paying, the pumps frequently fail to print the receipt containing the redemption code. Customers are then forced to PAY AGAIN or forfeit the service they already purchased. THIS HAS HAPPENED NUMEROUS TIMES. Employees have been explicitly asked on MULTIPLE SEPARATE OCCASIONS to replace the receipt paper, yet the problem continues. Nearly every visit, the pumps seem to be out of paper. Management has repeatedly been made aware of this issue and has failed to correct it. When I approached the cashier, rather than verifying the transaction, providing a receipt, or offering a refund, my concerns were dismissed. I was essentially told the transaction never happened. The car wash itself is another problem. The soap dispensers frequently malfunction, dispense insufficient soap, or fail to dispense soap altogether. The water pressure is also inadequate, leaving customers paying for a service that isn't even functioning properly. With so many recurring issues and repeated complaints being ignored, it becomes increasingly difficult to believe this is simply accidental. FIVE MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY PURCHASED MONTHLY CAR WASH MEMBERSHIPS HERE. THIS BUSINESS HAS NOW LOST ALL FIVE CUSTOMERS. Imagine losing five recurring paying customers over something as simple as replacing receipt paper, maintaining equipment, and treating customers with basic respect. These are easily preventable problems, yet management seems completely indifferent. The repeated billing issues, lack of maintenance, and refusal to address complaints raise legitimate concerns about potentially deceptive business practices. How many other customers have paid twice or walked away without receiving services they purchased? And the irony? There's a MUCH BETTER car wash approximately half a mile south on Sepulveda Boulevard, with superior equipment, excellent customer service, and a significantly better experience. My family will be taking our business there instead. I am formally reporting these repeated incidents to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and requesting an investigation into the station's billing practices and recurring equipment failures. FIVE LOYAL MONTHLY CUSTOMERS LOST OVER RECEIPT PAPER, POOR MAINTENANCE, AND A COMPLETE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY. Whether this is intentional or gross negligence, it is unacceptable. The price is the same as Costco but I believe Costco gas is way better. When my dad was putting in gas, I went inside the food mart to get a bag of chips. Be aware that this place charge a fee if you don't spend the minimum limit so that's not ideal. I got a small bag of chips and it also came out to like a appetizer price at a restrauant. The worker was friendly and we didn't have any issues getting gas here.
