This gas station isn't the best but it was almost an emergency situation. When we pulled into the lot, the first gas pump station we were going to park at was a no go because someone didn't put the gas pump back so it was on the floor. So we went to pump 7 and I didn't want to take the risk of a card skimmer so I paid with the cashier. You can pay outside so that's what I did. If you have the option to go to another gas station then I would recommend that but if you need gas asap then this place is an option since it's near CSUN as well.

At the time, the pump didn't have any signs stating it was out of order. The attendant was an elder lady who said she couldn't get in touch with her boss for a refund so I should just contact my bank and have them cancel the transaction. Well, my bank canceled it but exactly 1 month later, the owner of this gas station decided to fight my claim and somehow got to kept my money. They are crooked. Psycho yells, WE ARE CLOSSSSEEEEDDDDD! blood curdling, face looked inflammed from the yell. The five of us customers packed up and left to go get gas somewhere else. The sad part is the disrespect to customers. This is not a tolerable behavior to those that literally create your paycheck to be there every other week. You should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. I am definitely never coming here ever again. There is a food for less on woodley and parthenia that I would rather go to. Boycott.

I had cash but the girl behind the register, (I didn't get her name but Hispanic, on the bigger side), was counting cash so I had to wait for her to finish--I had no issue with that, we've all come to a gas station while they were counting cash and had to wait, haven't we? that's normal. I tell her that it's fine and I'll just have to use the air machine while I'm waiting. So I move my car (it's in a position where she can clearly see it from the window) and go over to the air machine. I wait about a minute to see if she turns it on (I thought she was too concentrated on her task and might've forgotten), and it doesn't come on so I walk back to the register, tell her I'm ready to use the air machine, and if she could activate it. She very rudely tells me that I need to make a purchase, like I wasn't just at the window attempting to pay for gas--I don't know why I needed to but I had to explain to her that I was just there trying to purchase gas but she was busy. Air is free for paying customers and I know I haven't paid yet but I did make an attempt and she should have activated the machine--any other gas station would have in this situation and I was going to purchase gas regardless. I was appalled by her rudeness and attitude that I told her that I wasn't going to waste my time waiting for her to finish and then I can then pump gas and then get air, so I just left. I don't care if gas here dips before $1, I wouldn't ever come back.
