They used my card info without telling me. They have a skimmer or something on the machines. I only used Apple Pay and they still got my card info. When they charged my card they used their own gas station name to make it see like gas. When I never went to get gas. Also the purchase says it's online when any gas station I got gas from never said that. read more

Valero - The actual time I went there to get gas and it says Apple Pay in store because I actually went and got gas - Gas Stations Near Me - Los Angeles, California

The gas is $.20-.80/gallon MORE EXPENSIVE THAN ALL OF THE SURROUNDING GAS STATIONS. For some reason I've been equating Valero to "cheap" but it's not true. I filled up here 1-2 times a week on my way to work. What was I thinking! Also, I just watched the gas attendant harass a lady here this week. She had a flat and the attendant told her to move from the side area where no one was at to the air/water area. Her tire was visibly torn, so air was not the issue. It just looked like the attendant wanted to make this lady's day worse. I can't get behind bad people and bad business. Go to the Chevron right next to the freeway, it's actually less expensive and the attendants don't bother you. Oh, and never buy a car wash here. It "broke" right after I paid for a wash. read more

So this is my go-to for a quick car wash, back in the days the car wash would only cost $3 and so you would see a line grow, however, prices have changed since then, but that has not stopped me from coming back. It is a drive for me, however, I am very familiar with this gas station and so I just prefer coming back here. I always purchase the $12 car wash it's decent and saves me time and some money while avoiding to take it to those car washes that detail everything. Quality wise, it can be a hit or miss, for the most part, it does a decent job for my jeep. Gas here is also a hit or miss, since it's near by the 405, the prices can be competitive. I hardly pump gas here, if I do, it's because I'm low or too lazy to drive across town to my preferred gas station. I have not experienced any negative vibes here, just be aware of your surroundings since it is in a sketchy area and sometimes homeless people are across the gas station. read more

Hello Valero. Please prioritize completion of the upgrades to your (and my go to) station at Roscoe and Haskell. The touchless drive thru car wash was the best in the valley. Hurry, please. read more

I come to this location to use their express car wash once every 2 weeks. It was 92 degrees today in the valley so I parked my car at one of the empty pump spot right after my wash just to wipe my window because it didn't dry that well. Mind you, there are 4 empty pumps (no cars pumping gas) and he run to me and told me to move my car because I'm blocking the pumps! I wasn't even parked there for more than 5mins! No wonder this gas station is 2stars. This guy is horrible!!! Who ever own this gas station, I think you should retrain your employees better. No sense of customer service! read more

I purchased the $12 carwash yesterday (8.2.25) and after I got home I noticed blue paint spots over my windshield & hood. It messed up my car coat and I had to have a car detailer buff it out. read more

I pulled in here with a flat, off to the side near a far wall, and the employee demanded that I move my car to the air station. I explained I didn't need air because I was waiting for a tow. Besides, driving on the flat would ruin my rim and I needed space for the tow truck to pull up behind me. She adamantly insisted that my car was fine to drive. What kind of person gives someone with a flat a hard time? I used to fill up regularly at this station but will be taking my business elsewhere. Also, paid for a carwash here last week, only to find that the carwash was broken. They told me to come back in two hours. I should have stopped patronizing this place then. read more

I am an uber driver. my tire was low. I asked the employee to turn the air on and he refused. I went and put money in the machine and he refused to help. he called me a nigger and refused to give me his name. as an uber driver in LA I expect better service especially in Los Angeles at this time during the wild fires. I will never be back. he refused to give me a name. read more

One of my tires needed some air. I had told the employee if he could turn on the air pump but he kept insisting that I had to pay 50 cents even tho in California it is against the law to charge for air and water. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS GAS STATION KEEP AWAY ! Go to Chevon across the street they do it for free!!! read more

Very rude employees. First time I have ever been given a hard time asking for air to fill up a flat tire. Employee wouldn't even give his name. If that's how Valero runs their business how can I trust their gas. Going elsewhere from now. read more

So here I am at the car wash a car just pulled out of the wash and I'm waiting to go in next. I'm waiting for the green light to go in and these guys in a pickup truck behind me start honking their horn at me to go. So I go but it doesn't start and I'm there for awhile and the guys continue to keep honking. I was feeling pressured by these guys behind me. I couldn't reverse because every time I did the guys would honk I go forward and the guys would honk. So I sat there until one of the workers came over. Well the workers that worked there were just as rude as the guys honking. I will NEVER go back to that Valero again. And will also tell my friends and family not to go there. I pulled out of the car wash and pulled over to the side because after all that I was a little upset. The worker came over and said I couldn't park where I was parked. I told him I just needed a few minutes to compose myself and then I would leave. He was very rude to and said no you can not park here. I was clearly out of the way. Do not go here! Rude staff work here! read more

Decent price for fuel and actual #2 diesel as far as I can tell. Not bio or renewable. $100 per swipe on a debit card is annoying. All other stations upped the limits a long time ago to reflect fuel prices so it doesn't take 3 swipes to get a full tank. Get with it. read more

I go to this gas station whenever I can even though it is not near where I live. They have low priced gas which isn't overly crowded like other low priced gas stations. There is always a pump available! The reason why I come to this one is there AMAZING $3.00 Car washes, even for the ULTIMATE! ALL of their car washes are just $3.00!! There is no debit fee, always a pump, cheap gas, cheap (decent) car washes, friendly clerks at the window if you need them! read more

I never come here for the gas quite honestly, I come here cause I have a very affordable and cheap car wash for only three dollars I come here every single time my car is covered with mud or just extremely dirty is the best bang for your buck in the area can't beat ! read more

Valero - Cheap car wash good value - Gas Stations Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Just plain rude bad costumer service. They should change their name to pay and leave. That's the treatment you get even if you buy a car wash ticket like I did, I was going to dry and vacuum my car after washing but the attendant told me I had to leave because I was blocking other cars. Other cars were blocking with people talking on the phone. THANKS Valero I won't be coming back to this gas station, and so is my mom....and my friend. You won't be getting my $ read more

The gas is better than ARCO and very convenient, as it always has a $3.00 Car Wash available. Stop in and try.

I used to get gas and a quick wash here all the time, but I'm finally giving up. Out of the last 5 times I have tried to get a wash, 4 of those had problems. The machine wouldn't start, or it would recognize the code, or it would get stuck at a certain cycle. Today it was that the fool in front of me left the wash early before the dry cycle finished. This releases the sensor button and pauses the wash. Having already typed my code in, I was stuck waiting for nobody to finish the previous wash. In the past, I have waited for an attendant to fix the problem, but didn't have the time today. There really should be a second sensor that knows when a car ditches the machine altogether and resets the program. Until then, I'll just have to go elsewhere. read more

They offer car wash with a coupon. The problem is that the car coming out of the car wash dirty. I mean they only did 35% of what an average car wash would. I rather pay more, and get my car washed the way it should be. The gas satiation? It is a weird one. The person who worked here last Wednesday was here, but it was the same as if he wouldn't. He was very unhelpful. read more

Worst gas station ever !!!! I used all my cash for gas and noticed one of my tires was very low on air so i asked for air and they refused ??? I really didn't have any change and couldn't they wouldn't help me out. I got even more mad when I got home and was told it was against the law to refuse AiR and WATER to customers. Worst car wash ever. Car literally looked worse after being washed. The nozzles were clogged, spinning bits were not spinning, panels missing off of the machine. Half the car didn't get enough suds. The price is discounted, but don't bother, unless you want to have to wash your car again somewhere else. Just a owner too cheap to maintain its equipment scamming customers. The people that work here are EXTREMELY RUDE!! I had charges on my credit card from a company but it did not list the Valero name.
