The gas is $.20-.80/gallon MORE EXPENSIVE THAN ALL OF THE SURROUNDING GAS STATIONS. For some reason I've been equating Valero to "cheap" but it's not true. I filled up here 1-2 times a week on my way to work. What was I thinking! Also, I just watched the gas attendant harass a lady here this week. She had a flat and the attendant told her to move from the side area where no one was at to the air/water area. Her tire was visibly torn, so air was not the issue. It just looked like the attendant wanted to make this lady's day worse. I can't get behind bad people and bad business. Go to the Chevron right next to the freeway, it's actually less expensive and the attendants don't bother you. Oh, and never buy a car wash here. It "broke" right after I paid for a wash. read more

So this is my go-to for a quick car wash, back in the days the car wash would only cost $3 and so you would see a line grow, however, prices have changed since then, but that has not stopped me from coming back. It is a drive for me, however, I am very familiar with this gas station and so I just prefer coming back here. I always purchase the $12 car wash it's decent and saves me time and some money while avoiding to take it to those car washes that detail everything. Quality wise, it can be a hit or miss, for the most part, it does a decent job for my jeep. Gas here is also a hit or miss, since it's near by the 405, the prices can be competitive. I hardly pump gas here, if I do, it's because I'm low or too lazy to drive across town to my preferred gas station. I have not experienced any negative vibes here, just be aware of your surroundings since it is in a sketchy area and sometimes homeless people are across the gas station. read more

I come to this location to use their express car wash once every 2 weeks. It was 92 degrees today in the valley so I parked my car at one of the empty pump spot right after my wash just to wipe my window because it didn't dry that well. Mind you, there are 4 empty pumps (no cars pumping gas) and he run to me and told me to move my car because I'm blocking the pumps! I wasn't even parked there for more than 5mins! No wonder this gas station is 2stars. This guy is horrible!!! Who ever own this gas station, I think you should retrain your employees better. No sense of customer service! read more

I pulled in here with a flat, off to the side near a far wall, and the employee demanded that I move my car to the air station. I explained I didn't need air because I was waiting for a tow. Besides, driving on the flat would ruin my rim and I needed space for the tow truck to pull up behind me. She adamantly insisted that my car was fine to drive. What kind of person gives someone with a flat a hard time? I used to fill up regularly at this station but will be taking my business elsewhere. So here I am at the car wash a car just pulled out of the wash and I'm waiting to go in next. I'm waiting for the green light to go in and these guys in a pickup truck behind me start honking their horn at me to go. So I go but it doesn't start and I'm there for awhile and the guys continue to keep honking. I was feeling pressured by these guys behind me. I couldn't reverse because every time I did the guys would honk I go forward and the guys would honk. So I sat there until one of the workers came over. Well the workers that worked there were just as rude as the guys honking. I will NEVER go back to that Valero again. And will also tell my friends and family not to go there. Decent price for fuel and actual #2 diesel as far as I can tell. Not bio or renewable. $100 per swipe on a debit card is annoying. All other stations upped the limits a long time ago to reflect fuel prices so it doesn't take 3 swipes to get a full tank. Get with it. read more

I used to get gas and a quick wash here all the time, but I'm finally giving up. Out of the last 5 times I have tried to get a wash, 4 of those had problems. The machine wouldn't start, or it would recognize the code, or it would get stuck at a certain cycle. Today it was that the fool in front of me left the wash early before the dry cycle finished. This releases the sensor button and pauses the wash. Having already typed my code in, I was stuck waiting for nobody to finish the previous wash. In the past, I have waited for an attendant to fix the problem, but didn't have the time today. There really should be a second sensor that knows when a car ditches the machine altogether and resets the program. Until then, I'll just have to go elsewhere. read more

Worst car wash ever. Car literally looked worse after being washed. The nozzles were clogged, spinning bits were not spinning, panels missing off of the machine. Half the car didn't get enough suds. The price is discounted, but don't bother, unless you want to have to wash your car again somewhere else. Just a owner too cheap to maintain its equipment scamming customers.
