Consistently the least expensive gas around. I think it's 24 hrs but I know they're open before 6 am when I arrive. Seems l8e good quality, but my car is new so I probably wouldn't notice a difference. Add the Ralph's discount and there's no one that can touch this price. The main reason I shop there. I locked my rental car keys while pumping gas and he was so kind and helpful. He was also very honest. I tried to give him a tip and he refused it saying he wasn't allowed to. I really hope that his boss sees this and they give him a shout out. In today's world where people are just not nice anymore it was such a relief to have such a kind young man assist me in a time of need. The gas station location is so tiny & what added to the inconvenience is the exit & entrance signs that nobody follows or even see. You'll always get easily blocked/trapped from both directions since nobody pays attention to those signs. Those who sees & follow always gets bullied bcoz either you're blocked or you're blocking the other's way. I do not recommend this gas station. I am now forever avoiding this place!!! read more

I was charged TWICE for gas on Saturday...I saw it on my statement today on Tuesday. One charge says $21 which is how much I spent and the other said $29. I have a Hyundai. It literally takes $35 to fill up my tank and they charged me for $50. I tried calling(the # found on google) this morning and someone picked up, didn't say hello, they sounded irritated and I asked them if this was the Ralph's Gas station in Sun Valley and they said no. I then personally went up to the gas station and spoke to ROBERT who told me I couldn't get my money back, there was nothing he could do and to contact my bank. Everytime I come up there, there's a young person on the register and I have nothing against young people trying to get money, BUT AT LEAST BE PROFESSIONAL!!!! Today at 7:36 PM I went to the Ralph's gas station located on Webb Ave and Roscoe Blvd and it was pump number five with my daughter and she went to pay for the gas inside and when she came back she was in tears because she told me that the employee Mauricio B. asked her to type in the phone number and to put in an ID or something like that and Since she didn't ever put in an ID she asked him if he had to put in the ID he responded by yelling "no press one of the buttons and then write your number." Now I don't care if he had some issues going on but he's the cashier and he shouldn't be screaming at customers especially at a child and besides he's in customer service and if he can't take the heat then why does he work there. Just because she didn't hear him clearly wasn't for him to yell at her. I go here frequently on the way to or from work. Great prices, which are even lower if you use Ralphs Rewards points. Minor pet peeve: receipt printers at the pump always seem to be out of paper. Three times in a row, I've had to go inside to get a receipt from the attendant. Not a big deal but when you're in a hurry it can be frustrating. The layout of the station makes it hard to figure out just where to form a line for the pumps. If it's very busy, you'll have to wait a bit. read more
