The machines have always worked except for recently and when you tell the people working the registers they insist that it's working and don't do anything to make it right and just make you feel dumb Second time I come here after the fact & they still haven't fixed the issue & keep saying it works when clearly it doesn't since cars keep leaving with soap still on their car Horrible & super rude customer service. Had a bad experience with the drive-thru Car Wash immediately. I noticed the car in front of us had soap, debris and pink liquid in the rear window and trunk I still took my chances as expected the machine didn't wash or scrub my vehicle I told the employee he reply with you was in the wrong position plus u bought the cheap one ,you have to buy the. $16.00 one as a courtesy he turned on the wash so I can drive thru again and the same thing happened I got soap and water but no scrub I told the. There is a staff member here that always tries to bypass the fuel rewards redemption on the terminal and then tries to play it off like it applies after starting to pump fuel. First time is one thing. But a second time is just an insult. White beard not matching his dark grey hair no name tag. All the other staff I've ever dealt with at this location are generally more professional and communicate better. There is specifically one guy that doesn't let anyone use the car wash at night. This particular worker says the car wash doesn't work. It's definitely working so the worker is full of it. What a load of crap. The car wash definitely works he is just too lazy to clean it when his shift is over. What a jerk. read more

Reading some of the 1 star reviews is quite amusing. Some people call this Shell station's pricing misleading when the sign literally says "with wash" beside each of the prices, and this is far from a new practice of advertising the lowest price possible with the conditions. Another comment complained about a car wash not being honored after it expired. Girl, that's not the stations fault, that's yours; I bet you get mad when the grocery store doesn't accept expired coupons. Anyways, this Shell is what you'd expect price-wise given the good quality of gas and heavily trafficked location. The inside is clean with good variety for snacks and beverages. The staff is comprised of your average, run of the mill gas station workers--dead on the inside, a listless gaze failing to hide the tortured soul behind their eyes--exactly what I seek when purchasing my high fructose corn syrup filled beverage and diabetic coma inducing snacks. I would rate 4/5 but I figured 5/5 would help average out those people who rate 1/5 due to their own entitlement. read more

Car broke down and needed a tow and he was aggressive with me telling me I couldn't park in a certain spot. When your car is broken down you don't have much of a choice. Do not by a car wash from this business unless you plan to use it immediately. They expire in two weeks. And they will not credit you if you don't get to use it before the expiration date. The cashier was also quite rude about it. read more

Specifically evenings or late night do not pay with cash they will try to scam you I don't recall his name probably miah some Indian guy tried stealing 20 from me claiming I only gave him 30 dollars and I handed him a 50. As I start to call the police he tries to bargain with me and brings it up to 40 I just wanted leave so I got robbed 10 dollars worth of gas. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would... I go here to pump gas because it's literally around the corner from me but the workers are always perverts. They don't respect you. They always say steal my money. I pumped $30.11 and I checked my bank out and it said i pumped $68.57 I even have my receipt saying I pumped that much. These people are scammers. Don't go here. read more

Worst gas station by far! Due to them not having any gas other than 91 octane, I was charged almost $200 for a tank of gas and a carwash. I hope that gas was filtered through gold! Been coming here years. It used to be GREAT. You get the sense the owner takes advantage of the out-of-business gas station across the street that still shows 3.95 for gas. He seems to hover at 3.94 when other stations have 3.80-3.88, knowing people will compare with the station across the street. Of course he'll raise the prices when needed, but then what are you going to do? Pull into the out-of-business station and fuel up? He will go under 3.85 when other stations are lower. After all, who wants to look 20 cents more expensive than the competition!?!? Smart business man? or trying to cut corners and get more cash? or both? I report you decide. read more

My favorite gas station, too bad it's far from me! They have one of the best iced coffees I have ever had (I mix the french vanilla and the mocha). Their drive-through car wash is also really good and gets the job done. You can get a car wash/gas combo which makes it a little cheaper. read more

Its always busy at this location. Its hard to get out of this location whether you are getting onto Roscoe or Cold Water Canyon. Nevertheless, the customer servce is always good and fast and the car wash works great. John the cashier is the nicest guys and always friendly. read more
