Nancy wouldn't sell a 43 year old beer with their own card and valid physical ID. She was happily helping others and charging them except us. She was extremely rude, inconsiderate and was discriminating us. She was constantly rolling her eyes and giving attitude. Finally after 30 minutes, she ended up charging us and validating the ID. She wasted our time and did it on purpose. I never had issues at this Ralph's ever but Nancy makes this place horrible with her attitude. I will warn everyone about her behavior, she is discriminating!

The area isn't the best. Some sketchy characters hanging around in the parking lot. The store was busy inside, but that is to be expected on thanksgiving day. I wanted to pickup a veggie tray and a fruit tray to bring to the future in laws thanksgiving lunch in LA. We stopped here because it was close to our destination. We were in and out in a decent amount of time. The self checkout was pretty quick.

    On sale now!

Getting groceries, my local go to, today they didn't have many meat cut selections in the choice that I like, I will be coming back later in the week anyways

This spinach looks old!!! I did NOT add this to my sandwich

I've been coming to this Ralph's for 8 years now because it's so close to home. The cashiers are nice and friendly, but this review is for the deli department. They need some major cleaning to be done and higher upkeep standards, especially with the food. I took a picture of the spinach they had in the deli department. It looks old! I'm surprised the lady even asked if I wanted to add that to my sandwich. It was wilted and like it was starting to go bad. The cilantro next to it was also looking old, like it had just been sitting there, and the banana peppers next to that also looked dated! For the ingredients she did put in, I made sure they were fresh. The counter area where they make the sandwiches didn't look like it gets cleaned or wiped down on a regular basis and there was trash and scraps of food all over the floor on their side of the counter. It did not look clean or presentable at all. This will be the first and last time I order a sandwich from here. Do better, Ralph's. Please.

I know that it has been hard for everyone to try to find what we now consider "gold" if its toilet paper, disinfectant wipes, antibacterial hand soap and ofcourse rubbing alcohol!

I was expecting prices to be more expensive than usual, but I was very surprised and delighted to see that it wasn't. My goal was to get some French butter as I saw they have a huge selection of it. I found so many other items like 3 freezer full of items like pain au chocolaté and croissants made in France. All you have to do is bake it at home. They also have frozen baguettes. I got frozen pastries and I also got some French butter and their selection is massive with different flavors. I typically get this butter at the grove but this place has sooo many varieties. I also picked up Italian flour (to make pizza dough) and canned pizza sauce that they recommended. I picked up some Patata Torres chips as well. Will definitely be back to explore the store more. Definitely worth the visit if you're into cooking and like gourmet foods.

The produce and fruit prices here is unbeatable. They always have variety of things on sale specially their top sellers. Let's say cucumbers cost over $2.50 a pound in other markets and here it's almost always 99c a pound. Today I was surprised to see a 10 lbs bag of potatoes for $1.29 now that's crazy. Even though I don't buy non organic potatoes it's a great price for people that do. Apples 79c peaches 1.29 a pound which I stocked up on to freeze once they are ripe. I got bags of cherries for $1.29 a pound. Sweet and juicy cherries. I especially love the bulk section of dried fruits and nuts here. I always buy the dried fruits that are imported from Armenia such as sour plum, peach, apricots, pears and more. Love it They carry a wide selection of imported rice, legumes, pastas, olives etc.... Two isles of bread from pita to lavash to tortillas to ciabatta and more. The deli is amazing but I'm not crazy about the meat department. Customer service is average for a supermarket and finding parking here is always challenging. Overall a great place to shop for food specially for large families that want to save a bit of money.

It's a Friday…read moreafternoon and we weren't sure if Wat Thai temple had their food court open, so before running an errand at the Costco Business Center, we decided to stop by. Vendors were in their stalls preparing for the Saturday-Sunday event, but they weren't selling today. So bummed! We looked across the street and saw the sign for Pratunum. Unassuming, so I checked Yelp and asked hubby if we could stop by and see what they had since I've never been to a Thai market and wanted a seasoning packet to make Pad Krapow at home. So glad we stopped in! We received the friendliest greeting from (did he say his name was Tom?) and he couldn't have been more helpful! He didn't have the exact thing I wanted but told me where in East Hollywood I could find it.. and walked me to an aisle to show me alternatives. We had a lovely visit, talked about restaurants, he was telling me how hard it is to find Holy Basil for sale in the SFV but said it's easy to grow and gave me a snipping! I'm pretty excited to start a plant. The store is immaculate. The shelves are neat, and it's well lit. Their prices are so fair, too! I will most definitely return to visit again!

They probably only carry a handful of things or perhaps they were sold out of a lot of things for the holidays, not sure! There was maybe 1 worker up front and a few shoppers who seemed like regulars since they were chatting in Thai with the worker. This spot is located across the Thai Temple and has a very small parking lot. The lot also has a one way in, one way out and some of the spots are marked for certain businesses, especially the market! We picked up a few instant noodles that we still have yet to try but also grabbed some bottled refrigerated drinks. Basically everything here is Thai which was really cool since we rarely see and products from there! Can't wait to try the noodles, the coconut drink we tried was very good but also very much on the sweeter side, but worth trying! IG: @ammysalamii

I picked up a few items tonight, and one item missed the mark. * The Bad -- Hard Rice: The pickled pear baked salmon onigiri had a tough, dry texture. * Food : The package label showed the rice ball was already three days old. * High Price: It cost nearly $7 for stale food that I could not finish. Their prices are high. Head to the Valley's Japanese grocery store like Mitsuwa in Northridge for sushi or a Korean grocery store like Greenland Market in Van Nuys for prepared food made the same day at lower prices. The Good: * The spam musubi was made the same day and tasted fresh. * The butter mochi was delicious. Final Thoughts: I expected fresh food made that morning. Selling three-day-old rice balls at this price is unacceptable. I will not return because they sell items past their prime. I would not buy their sushi based on my experience as it might be old as well.
