The Indian man who works here at night is rude and a con man. I came in and asked if I had to have the app to get the drinks for $1 from the fountain, he said it's okay I can do it without it because I didn't have my phone. I reread the advertisement 4 times to make sure I had the right drink size. I only had $5 which was all th money id had all day, I used to come buy black n milds and fill up my gas tank here often because its the cheapest in the neighborhood, and I came there only planning to buy a black n mild. I live almost a mile away but they are the only place that sells the 99c ones, and my boyfriend had been asking me to get him some nicotine all day. I filled up two drinks, which were the correct size for the deal, and go to the counter. I asked for a black mild, and he ID me, asked him if he remembered me and he said no, and I didn't my my phone and wallet with me at the time. When he hands me my change, it's something under $1, .78 cents! He had just told me the drinks would be $1 before I had gone to fill them up! I told him to give me the correct change or give me a refund, he tells me to take one sip of the drink and I can't have it after that, and he'll give the refund. I said fine give me the refund. Then he claimed he can't do a refund. There was 4 men behind me in line. A few of them offered to pay for it, I said that's not the issue, he just lied and said it was $1 and now is charging me $2.30! I don't have any other money until the 10th. So one of the guys hands me $3, the Indian man started throwing a tantrum screaming at me that he does remember me "causing problems before" when the problem was them. I had come there before and my boyfriend would pay for gas and I would go in a use the restroom, and they would roll their eyes and wouldn't open the bathroom saying I had to buy something, until I told them repeatedly he just bought gas. Every time I went in they would make a big deal about opening the restroom for me and would make me wait, when they would just hand the key to everyone else. One they did hand me the key, and when I was coming out my boyfriend came in as I was going out and he needed to use the restroom. I handed him the key and they started yelling say they wouldn't let him use the bathroom, even though I had just gave money for him to pump gas when I first walked in. When the Indian man "remembered me" I asked again if I could have the black n mild, and he started calling the police and yelling at me to get out. I would love if a manager could reach out to me, this was absolutely inappropriate behavior from a man in his 40s. Now he's complaining about me and put a picture of me up on the wall, saying I can't come in. He lied, slandered me in front of others, then said he's calling the police when I already had said it was fine I couldn't get the black n mild. If he's the owner, which I highly doubt, I don't understand why they have so little money they need my $3 which was all I have. If he isn't, why was he so angry that wouldn't let him have my $3 when it doesn't matter to him and his paycheck? read more

My aunt went to the car wash and she accidentally went quickly through it instead of slowly going through, it was a mistake. She could not back up due to the guy behind us not backing up. We had no choice but to drive through and try to come back around, we knew the code would be invalid so My aunt asked me to go in and see if they could give another code, the dimwitted employee in there .. Ana was rude right off the bat acting like an illiterate that can't understand when someone is trying to tell her what happened. I was polite with her and she was disrespectful. A place with proper customer service would have looked at the car, saw it was dry and gave another code. This weirdo didn't want to hear anything, she was standing there shaking her head and no matter how many times I explained she did not even try to use her small brain to understand what the situation was. So I gave up and my aunt came in to explain the situation and get another code..her money for the car wash went to waste. She stood there for 5 min trying to reason with this lady to no avail - only to hear that "I don't know what you ppl did, but our car wash is working fine" we never said the car wash wasn't working - try to learn English and UNDERSTAND what happened like we were trying to explain to your slow ass. 5 stars for the morning car wash, gas, and staff. I always make sure I come here early in the morning because the afternoon gees busy and there are long wait times. I mostly come here for the car wash because it's fast and efficient. The prices are $7, $9, or $11 depending on which one you get. I usually get the middle one which includes a wax glaze. They always have great deal on drinks and baked good as well and a good place to buy lottery tickets. I like that you can do everything all at once. read more

I stopped by this Arco gas station to try out their touchless car wash. I got some oversprayed from someone sprinkler or when they were watering so I wanted to get that cleaned up before it left water spots. This gas station is pretty small and the car wash itself is pretty small too. I didn't trust paying at the machine so I went inside the Arco to pay. I got the basic wash because my car already ceramic coated and I just wanted a simple wash. I usually go to another touchless car wash on Sherman Way and Sepulveda because you buy 3 washes and get 3 free so the deal is better. I also think their system is a little faster even though this location seem to be using the same technology. The difference with this location is that the blower moves on its own for you and do a backward/forward pass. It doesn't completely dry your car but I like that concept instead of you driving through the dryer yourself. Keep in mind that if you have thick mud, bug guts, bird dropping and etc then it won't completely remove that because you'll need a hand wash for that. The pump station also look very outdated so I don't ever see myself getting has here. read more

I've been to a lot of drive through car washes & this one is pretty cool. I chose the fanciest option ($11). It sprayed underneath the car as I slowly drove in. There are no brushes but it did a good job of cleaning my dirty car. I don't like car washes without dryers. This one has a good dryer (I don't see any spots on my windows!) & it, uniquely, drys while you keep your car in park (so you don't have to worry about how fast or slow to go thru the dryer). read more

I would give a zero star if there was one. one of the worst place to get the car washed. I'm a fan of touchfree car washes. I thought this is better than the two others I used in the valley, but NO. When i used the facility in August (the works wash) , i noticed that the double presoak pass didnt work properly. It only did a single pass. I raised the concern with the staff. I again used the facility 3 weeks later (works wash) and this time the presoak did 2 passes but there wasn't any soap spraying in the second pass. This time I wanted to talk to the manager and I was treated badly by the staff. One of the staff was very rude and he gave me a visiting card to contact the manager after I insisted to speak to the manager. However after multiple attempts I was not able to talk to a manager. I have lodged a complaint with the BAR. They have advised me to take the matter up with BBB and Small claims court. I do have all the evidence to show the issues with the wash. read more

These are the jankiest, crappiest pumps I've ever had to use. The last time I was there 2 employees refused to assist me until I after I tried to pump the gas myself 3 times. I hadn't had this issue ever or anywhere else. Today, my mom went there and paid $30 cash for gas only for the pump to stop working at $14 and change. She informed the employee of the issue. He mumbled something and made a motion so as to try again. She did, still no gas. He asked her to try another pump. Still no gas. At this point she asked him to refund the balance and went another gas station. I normally go to Ralph's gas station in Woodland Hills on Topanga and Ventura, and experiences like these are a reminder why. read more

Well, I went back again after calling and being assured that the previous issue was fixed. They flat out lied, still not fixed. I would not use this car wash. It would be awesome if it dried the left side of your car, but it only does the right side. If anybody knows of another one of these systems in the area please let me know. This is my neighborhood Corner store/gas station sometimes twice a day with the kind of work I do. The crew is fantastic and attentive. I left my brand new latter I had pulled from my trunk when clearing it out at the gas pump. I went back two days later and the crew and owner had found it and save it for me. They got the very cleanest and the neatest store in the valley and their restroom are always very clean and tidy. Maybe I'm a wierdo but low-rent indie type gas stations get me really excited, and this one used to be Gas Club. When they made it an ARCO I almost lost it- was driving by the place every day screaming "ARCO, fuck yourself!" really carrying on. When I met the AM/PM team, though, I sang a different turn. They are super organized, get you in and out of line fast and have great coffee. The guys are always available to deal with any pump issues and have your back if a panhandler hassles you. I rely on these guys, I just wish they'd get more donuts. This is my main gas station in the West Valley and if I need a sleaze fix I go to Petrol X on Van Owen, but Arco won me over (within a week) - great team of guys! read more

I think I just got ripped off at the Arco at 19304 Saticoy St. in Reseda, CA. I paid $2 @ $3.77 per gallon, and pumped it into a plastic 2 gallon container. What I ended up with was obviously far less than the .51 gallon that the pump read - more like a third of a gallon. I was told the "boss" was unavailable, and the guy at the counter said he couldn't do anything about it. I've had trouble with this station before it became an Arco too. There was one time a few years back that I managed to get almost 15 gallons into my pickup's 12 gallon tank. I was in a hurry, so I didn't make a fuss about it. I think it was called Gas Club back then. This is the closest gas station to my house, but I won't be buying gas there anymore because I can't trust the pumps (or "the boss") to give me all that I pay for. Anyway, the bathroom was inside the store so I went in and asked to use the restroom, the cashier guy was nice and pointed it out. I went inside and couldn't believe, it was actually clean and even smelled clean! I always try to avoid being in a situation where I have to use a gas station bathroom, thy're usually disgusting and dirty. This one had TP, soap, paper towels and it was clean, amazing! I commented to the cashier how nice and clean the bathroom was and he was smiling ear to ear and being proud, he said they always keep it clean, etc... Scammers ???? 12/11/15 620sh pm First , aside from getting no options with payment -- just debit card on any and each transaction which charges you 35 cents , no clear signs that's what they SCAM you for . Second and DISTURBING scam was ---- I tried to use my debit card on pump and nothing was happening . I went inside to pay with my card (charge $20.35) and when I lifted the gas pump without even putting the nozzle in the tank ? The display meter for gallons and amount gradually kept going to 44 cents . I observed that for a minute and finally put the nozzle on the ground . I went inside and got an employee to look at it .... He said it's the last registered transaction from that pump before me . I said " are you kidding ? Nobody pumps that tiny amount of gas and meters don't start rolling . " I went inside and asked for a refund because I felt being scammed . The employee stated I won't get charge .
