They were not busy when I came so I was able to pull to a gas pump right away. The makeover seem to add more pump station now. It was simple and easy process for me with no issues. I like going to Costco gas station because you don't have to deal with anyone trying to sell you stuff or asking for money. I mostly go to the Simi Valley location since it's across the street from my work or the Pacoima location since it's near my house.

This gas station isn't the best but it was almost an emergency situation. When we pulled into the lot, the first gas pump station we were going to park at was a no go because someone didn't put the gas pump back so it was on the floor. So we went to pump 7 and I didn't want to take the risk of a card skimmer so I paid with the cashier. You can pay outside so that's what I did. If you have the option to go to another gas station then I would recommend that but if you need gas asap then this place is an option since it's near CSUN as well.

This place surely abuses the concept of "Capitalism"! They are the only gas station in a 2~3 mile…read moreradius and they milk it any way they can. Their gas prices are always 50 cents to a dollar higher than other gas stations in the valley. They are also the first ones to raise prices the minute there is an oil supply issue in the world! A pet peeve of mine is that their pumps are always out of paper and if you do need a receipt you need to lock your car and go stand in a line inside the store to get one. You'd think with this kind of pricing they could afford the manpower and rolls of paper to keep their pumps maintained. The convenience store is "convenient", but way overpriced. The only reason I (and I think most other customers) stop here is because of the proximity. But you pay a lot more for the time savings and the convenience. It might just pay off if you bit the bullet drove to another gas station.

I have to first say that I don't live in the area of this Service Station and was only in the area with my kids taking them to lunch and a movie. I began my journey on 6/24/2011 going into this Service Station for a much needed fill up of petro. I was greeted by the attendant Bo who provided me with friendly and efficient service for my gas purchase. Bo also assisted me with directions for another place I was looking for on my journey. Much later in the afternoon after picking up my kids from a luncheon and a movie I needed to use the restroom facilities and decided to go back into the Service Station before heading home. As I approached the door to the service station I was greeted yet again by Bo and a new face, whom I have learned was the Mgr. Rashad. My second trip around is why I decided I had to write this review, to say Thank you! As Rashad opened the door to the station, he greeted me with a smile. There was a sign on the restroom door that indicated that it was out of service. I asked Rashad if I could use the facilities and he said absolutely....and that he would knock the wall down for me. Upon my departure, I purchased three soft drinks and Rashad assisted me with this. He was very complimentary and gave me the best smile. We ended our transaction with a friendly neighborly hug! I don't know about you, but I have never felt led to hug a manager of a Service Station. Not saying this doesn't happen, but this was a first for me. Upon walking to my car, I thought to myself.....I have never been in a Service Station and received such warmth and love. I live 20 minutes from this Service Station and from the service I received, I would actually go outta my way every time I need gas to visit this location. Thanks Rashad for adding such bliss to my day! Thanks for being the Neighborhood Service Station on the corner of Tampa and Nordhoff St. I also have to add....I really was in disbelief of the attentive treatment I received and mentioned this to Bo the attendant...His response summed it up in one sentence.
