It was slightly busy but they seemed to finish the interior very quickly which I was happy about at first. After helping my 8 year old daughter into the rear passenger side door I noticed several little scratches along the door handle and door so I went to ask one of the representatives for help in looking this over because I'm going to have to pay to get this fixed now which he seemed fine about helping check. After looking at it he said this is California and there's nothing that can be done if I don't have any proof. So I have to take photos of my car before taking it to be washed every time?! This was the most ridiculous behavior I've ever experienced and could have easily been resolved in such a better way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO HERE! Once they were done with my car about 45 min later, I noticed the scuff plate on the driver side was completely OFF. I went over to the passenger side and the scuff plate was starting to lift right there too, which it's never done before.i brought it to their attention, the manager said my car isn't a new car and it wear and tear lol my scuff plates were not like this when I handed my keys over 45 min prior . I can feel it super slippery and oily under the scuff plate and they said they don't clean under there, I told them that whatever slippery liquid they use for the inside must have submerged where the scuff plates are at, and it started lifting, the manager really decided to tell me that it's a coincidence that they both started doing it at the same time right after my car was done that they are not responsible for that, and that people come in and out from my driver side and my passenger side so it's wear n tear, I showed him the back seat and the same thing was happening, he continued to say they are not responsible for it because it's not a new car and that it's wear and tear. I swear it feels like if there is a baby oil under the scuff plates and all over my seat, and as you can see the pictures they didn't even do a good job cleaning it. You can see whoever vacuumed. It did a poor job. I do not recommend you coming here. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I took my car here now I am stuck taking my car into the dealer and getting my stuff plates fixed and paying out of pocket at least for now because I am taking further action for this. They had a promo for a free car wash this weekend and it was seamless! I appreciated that they did a pre-scrub before I entered the car wash portal and afterwards, a kind worker wiped down my car. It was a bit of a tight turn around from the moment I was at the kiosk to the tight turn right into the car wash portal. And the portal was a bit shorter than I was used to, but my car came out sparkling clean! Definitely good value! Will check out other locations close by, cause then it may be worth it for me!
