So I will be making this my regular car wash place these guys really know how to clean a car, I would give it 5 stars, but I still need some clarity from the manager. I spent over an hour getting the basic car wash. I mentioned some process improvements to the cashier(who seemed like an owner) and he thanked me for bringing it up. It's pricey so you expect quality which I normally get but not today. It's like they didn't move the carpets to vacuum. The interior is dusty and I really don't like writing this but I paid over $45 for the second next to top tier service. Also, no air freshener at all. My paint job is janky so I don't expect miracles but I spend a great portion of my day driving daily and I like it to be clean. The tires and windows are good but my doors have weird spots of cleaner. I'm really bummed about this morning.

On July 29, 2026 I went to my nearest Luv Car Wash, which is on Topanga Canyon Boulevard next to In-N-Out Burger. I left a five star review not long ago for the same location, but on 7/29/26 I was given more reasons to give them another five star review. Every time I come to Luv Car Wash, I always see all staff diligently working. When I arrived to the license plate scanner, Nico was standing there, making sure things went smoothly. Warm greeting. I appreciated. I always look at everyone's name tag, because I appreciate how hard everyone works at this location. PABLO is the OG. FOCUSED, COMMITTED, and always ready to help if it's ever needed. I think he set the example for everyone else I've seen come after him. And then I see Alonso, Brandon, Chris and Juan Jr. working just as hard, just as committed, and offering attentive customer service. I've been coming here for years--since it was Topanga Car Wash. And I appreciate how far this location has come, and how well they staff. Whoever hires these people needs a raise.

The parking is usually always filled to beyond capacity because people have a tenancy to park there and detail out their own cars. I've also seen plenty of guys just parked there catching up with one another for a long time. Odd place for that. I've never gone without a wait to park and towel off the car. Free towels are a must so that's good but the staff that work there mainly just look at their phones. Zero customer contact unless you're texting them lmao.

Terrible customer service…read more I had a coupon for a free Pro Wash. When I entered the wash area, I noticed they had me down for a basic wash. I immediately asked the employee about it, and he gave me an attitude and asked, "Do you still have the barcode?" I explained that I had already shown it to the woman at the entrance. He then walked away. I spoke to the manager, who offered to let me go through the wash again. As I was going through, the same employee told me that he had supposedly already changed my first wash to the Pro. I told him I wasn't aware of that because you walked away without saying a word. Rather than acknowledging the obvious miscommunication, he continued to be rude and defensive. Then, while I was in the vacuum area cleaning the inside, the manager told me to hurry up because other customers were waiting. I looked around and noticed multiple empty vacuum spaces. So apparently I was expected to rush through cleaning my own car even though there was plenty of available space. I came in with a coupon for a free wash and left with the distinct feeling that I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. There are plenty of car washes that will gladly take my business without the attitude and hassle.
