Bad experience I put my debit card to get car wash for 4 dollars and I now see they charged my card for 20 dollars I keep calling the number and is disconnected read more

This place deserves a f***ing zero. This place legit charged me 40$ for a carwash that was less than 12 min. ESPECIALLY ONE THAT YOU DO YOURSELF LMAOO. IF I WANTED TO SPEND THAT MUCH ID HAVE SOMEONE CLEAN MY CAR. I will get my money back this is outrageous. Don't ever come here. read more

Marv... stop adding extra charges.. people are dumb but you need to honor what it says for a final price. If it's $11.00 please don't charge me 20. It's fkn weird and disrespectful. You know what you are doing. The better business people are not your friends. I only like to go to this car wash. Come on man.. Treat your customers with respect. It is absolutely insane that you rob us at the card reader! read more

This was an overall awful experience I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. First I get there pay the fee only to realize most of the machines in this station aren't working so I stop it at only $1:30. I then move onto a different spot in the wash and pay the fee once more but stop at $4.00 to give me time to scrub and rinse my car. Once satisfied I paid a third time to give her a deep cleaning using the power rinse and stopped again at $4.00. I have used done this many times before at other coin washes with no problem at all. This service should have costed me no more than $10. Only to realize that each transaction I took Marv's car wash it charged me $20 EACH TIME. Each 3 transactions costed me in total $60!! This is absolutely outrages and a complete scam. If you're looking for convenience I suggest you look somewhere else this place doesn't care about your interests only your wallet. Even most of their equipment is unusable only using 4 out of the wash options on their wheel. I am completely disappointed in what a simple car wash could have been but turned into a huge expense. read more

Absolute GARBAGE! The owner ["Marv"] is no different than a Slumlord, collecting money for ZERO RETURN. His system is archaic, and will automatically bill you for $20 on your Credit Card, even though the actual charge shouldn't be more than $5. You then often have to FIGHT with your Credit Card Company, because "Marv" didn't adjust the charge. It's really a SCAM, and I'd strongly recommend people just shop elsewhere. This place is a complete DISASTER read more

This place is horrible! I placed exactly .50 more for extra time with the vacuum machine which was not sucking in much pressure and only lasted one seat worth of cleaning. read more

Don't go here. Took my vehicle and used their drive through car wash that ended up damaging and scraping all 4 of my wheels. They do not answer any calls and Ive had to reach out to my insurance company for repairs. read more

I was there 2 nights ago. I only used water for 3 minutes. Was using my CC. I went to complain next day. The zombie they hire there had no idea. All he said that they will return your money within 24 hours. It's been more than 24 hours. Rip offs! I will continue to put my reviews till i get the difference of my money!!!!! read more

The hand car wash has very low pressure which takes longer to get your car clean which cost a ridiculous amount. $3.50 for 3 minutes is absolutely unacceptable, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

AS HAS BEEN STATED - Don't use your credit card here. $15.00 charge for 3 minutes!!!! What a rip off.

September 5th 2021 My 9 year old daughter and I went to get my car washed. The young bald guy that was working there was really rude . He looked like he was upset even my child commented on his body language. We felt uncomfortable and we will not be going to this car wash again. I canceled my membership. read more

if you must use this place use cash only. don't use your CC or DC here. they will charge you $15 - $20. No option to pay less

I don't understand all the bad reviews for this place??? It's actually amazing to have a $16 a month car wash program. You can go once a day with this subscription and they even scrub your car before you go thru the car wash. It's absolutely the best deal in town and trust me I have researched the best monthly car wash program. The people that work there are very nice. Just go there with a good attitude and you will get good attitude back. It isn't rocket science, its a car wash. Never had issues with the employees there, all are very nice people. I think the employee (that the bad reviews mention) isn't working there anymore, I haven't seen him at all going by the description of the reviews. Anyhow, get the $16 a month car wash plan, its a great deal especially if you are frequently around this area. Highly recommend this place and their $16 a month program! To get the $16 a month plan, download the EverWash app, select Marv's Car Wash and a plan. Get 50% off your first month using sign up code: 73mcT7 read more

Before you wait in the (sometime) long line: they do not take take credit cards. They do not take bills larger than $50. They do not clean well. Overall I can tell you that the car wasn't that clean. And that the actual internal cleaning is do it yourself. Price is 8.99 for machine wash. And 1.25 for 5 minuets vaccim. read more

Why is this place open 24hrs? People live here. Turn off your loud stereo in the middle of the night because no one wants to hear it. Get some headphones. Stop doing donuts in the parking lot and please don't drop off your one night stand and take off on her and leave her crying. Working people with families are trying to sleep and we hear your cars and your music and trust me, we would still rather be sleeping. read more

The guys here are always helpful & sweet. Car comes out cleaner than it came in! Always tip! These boys are out here breaking their backs to scrub bird feces & tree sap off of your car. read more

The young bald guy (Filipino/Thai/Asian) was very very rude, it seems like he didn't like working there. I'm not sure why he works there if he doesn't like the atmosphere. He complained too much when there were only 2-3 cars in the line, you could actually see and feel his anger. There are other $15/hr jobs out there and lots of them are hiring, I have no clues of why he's still there tbh. Idk how he can survive and I guarantee you he won't even stay a day when he gets a stocking job that pays the same lmao. He gives Asian a bad name, shame on you dude... read more

Idk if zero stars was an option....but yea zero stars..apart from the fact that other car washes offer a free scent and vacuum..this place does not and all for the same price as other places...not only that I asked for a receipt...the guy told me he could email it to me and I was like sure (he was out of receipt paper) jst that he can tell me he can't and did not know how to use the machine and how it was my fault for not letting him know ahead of time to tell me he didn't have receipt paper. Umm excuse me very rude...worst experience ever not going to this wash again... read more

AVOID!! First time to go there because some "coupon" convinced me it was decent priced and on my way to a job. They take CASH ONLY - never heard of such a thing before and I'm sure IRS will be interested in that practice! Then the dude is totally rude and way too busy to look cool with his ghetto shades than to decently explain stuff. Then I find out the prices on their sign are the same as on their "coupons" - who do they think they're trying to fool? I'll go to a drive through sooner than to have to deal with some loser attitude. read more

Horrible quarter car wash. They don't give you the 30 second timer like EVERYWHERE else does, so if you get distracted with the machine not working properly you will run out of time and have to put in another $3. I went to use the tire cleaner and of course it was out, but it takes about 15-20 seconds to switch from each selection..... So you just stand there like an idiot as the time is running out while you wait to use a different setting. There's a much better coin-op carwash about a mile west of this one also on Saticoy, i recommend using that one. read more

Best deal in town, they brush your car before you go in. Cheap people like domo t want a full detail for 6.99 pathetic

$7- drive-through exterior only, car wash. How can you beat that? One or two guys soap up your car with a brush and you simply drive-through. I don't even dry afterwards it's that good, no spotting. The equipment is new and my car always comes out very clean. I really like this place. ($4.99 with coupon Fri, Sat, Sun)! read more

The price looks good, and the fellows seem friendly, but don't let that fool you! The communication is poor, and the advertising misleading! I paid for a tire wash and car wash which is on special certain days of the week. Well, the guy giving directions doesn't explain himself clearly enough, so you end up having to back up as he bangs on the window! In addition the tires didn't get washed, because the attendants are too busy talking to each other in a foreign dialect. Who knows what they are saying as they half ass their job! read more

So I've been here a couple times to go through the machine wash instead of hand washing my car when I'm in a rush. Usually the guys that do the bare minimal of scrubbing before putting your car on the conveyor belt are dry in personality but whatever, however the last time I was there the guy who wasn't in the usual orange uniform was such a dick. He was wearing a white shirt and LA SnapBack while being the only one scrubbing the line of cars. Not in uniform but didn't bother me at first. So the car in front of me was some old lady and she had her car at such an angle that she couldn't get onto the conveyor belt without backing up. So I'm the car behind her and the guy in white shirt comes over and simply says "move your car" and let me remind you I have at least 2 other cars behind me. And I tell him to tell the other guys behind me to back up but obvi he doesn't. So I try to reverse a little but the car behind me honks at me. The old lady still can't get her car on the conveyor belt so he comes over again and is like "I told you to move your car" and at this point I had it with the attitude so I told him to get off his ass and tell the cars behind me cuz I'm clearly not the issue here. And he just rolls his eyes so I tell him to fuck off and I pull out of the line. I will bring my car back for me to hand wash it during the summer but never again to get it washed by these cocky ass idiots. For $8 you don't even get a decent basic wash and dry bc there's always water marks and dirt left over and now with this bull shit customer service. I'm good I'll just look elsewhere instead of coming to the hood for crappy ass service. read more

Not a bad car wash. The credit card option is faulty its better to pay with cash. Other than that, a convenient location.
