I kinda lost contact with these guys for some time and now that I finally finished my move to the valley, I figured it would be good to treat my truck to a little spa treatment after having it work so hard for me the past few months. I'll admit that I haven't exactly taken that great care of my truck's paint in the past year or so just due to time constraints and the paint was really showing it. Taking it to normal car washes and coin-op's had left swirls in the paint that even if I were to have taken time myself to address the issue, I would not have be able to correct the damage. So, for the past few days, I've been browsing around for a good detailer in the area and after seeing mostly mediocre reviews, I finally remembered Final Touch Pro. I was able to find their contact information here on yelp and gave them a call to set up an appointment for a full exterior detail. Since with my new apartment, I don't exactly know the rules as far as car washing goes, I decided to drop my truck off at their location. Expected completion time was 3 hours (normal for detail jobs). So, I dropped off the truck, and went off to take care of some other errands with a friend of mine. After completion, I got a call to let me know that it was ready, so I went back over so I can inspect and pay. When I got there, my truck looked better then it was new. Swirl marks GONE. The paint is smooth as glass. The way it should be. The level of detail extends more then just the body. Most people expect the face of their wheels to be clean, but how about the barrel? Years worth of caked on brake dust on the barrel of the wheel gone. Upon closer inspection, caked on dust on the caliper was gone too! Leaving nothing but that bare zinc coated color that I love of brand new brake calipers. And to finish it all off, the proper gloss of tire dressing. I really can't say enough of how satisfied of how my truck came out. They say cheap work is never good and good work is never cheap. Final Touch Pro is not cheap, however what you get in return is excellent work. Your car works hard for you. Pamper it properly and take it to Final Touch Pro. Now, I just need to schedule an appointment to take my wife's car in for the same treatment. read more

Ara at Final Touch Pro takes customer service to the next level, and I am not an easy grader.... The trigger for finding him was the purchase of a new Lexus RX 350 for my wife and wanting to get it started on it's life the right way. Our mechanic recommended Ara and I chatted with him to get his bona fides. I used to detail my own cars when I was younger and know what it takes to preserve, protect and improve a fine car. Ara clearly knew what he was doing and used the right products. He appeared at our house on time and proceeded to make a NEW car look better. He does both the interior and exterior and pays attention to the details (ha ha he's a car detailer), such as making sure there are no swirls or dust left on the paint. He arrives in a truck pulling a trailer with a large container of water, so he doesn't use your water, and he has 2 employees who do most of the heavy lifting. The thing about his two men is they are very engaging, nice men who you feel very comfortable having outside your house. My wife an I were so happy with the job that we engaged him to detail my 8 year old Lexus SC 430. This latter car had never been detailed, had some dents and dings and was looking slightly shabby around the edges. Now the SC 430 is as if new and they were actually able to eliminate some scratches and so forth. Ara pays great attention to the whole job. After he was done and packing his truck I got into the Lexus and turned it on to drive it into the garage. The wipers came on and swept the windshield a couple of times before I stopped them. He bounded up the driveway and had me wait while one of his guys came over and sprayed the windshield and wiped it down to be sure it was perfect. Amazing! Highly recommended! Mig read more

I need to start by saying that I seldom ever let anyone touch my car because I find it real hard to find a place that will have as much attention to detail as myself. I'm the type of person that declines the free car wash from my dealership. That being said I think that I finally have found a place that I trust with my car more then myself. Ara at Final Touch Pro has A1 service. Most places will constantly try to up sell you but not Ara, I find that this guy truly knows his stuff and has the best advice when it comes to keeping your car looking show room fresh. I must admit that it did take some time to finally get an appointment with them but I attributed that to them being that good at what they do and I couldn't have been more right. It was well worth the wait and the results were incredible. I paid extra to get a special wax that should last around six months and after the first rain I was amazed that the car dried looking like it had been freshly detailed.
