I paid and even tipped without looking at what they actually did (or didn't do) when they detailed my interior and exterior. Call me a fool, but I basically paid for them to leave my car on their lot for 4 hours without being touched. Mind you, my car wasn't exactly dirty or messy before I took it into the shop (which would have promoted them to not pay much attention when "detailing" it, but does it give them the right to just not take a look at it at all? They're pricing is good (much cheaper than the surrounding areas) and they were able to slot me in quickly, but still, paying 165 dollars for what seems to be no work done on my car? When I got there, I also saw where they had placed my floor mats to dry. They were just placed hanging along the railing and on the ground. I pretty much wasted my money and I should have just been patient and paid the extra 20 dollars for some other detailing place in the area. Sorry, but come on guys... read more

I was very impressed and happy with the interior and exterior detail Rubo did. I feel like I have a new car and telling everyone I do! Stains are gone, under the hood looks brand spanking new, and scratches buffed/polished away. Center console, glove compartment, floor mats and all the button crevices are clean! Call ahead to set an appointment and get an estimate. Estimate for my Toyota Corolla was $150 and final cost was $150. Rubo was friendly, honest and a true artist in his work. Rubo does warn that if it's a difficult job, he may need to charge more. I think that's only fair!Location is easy to find. Dropped my car off at opening and it was ready around noon. Amazing detailing shop! I was referred to this place a long time ago but never actually went until now. They did a perfect job and my car is like brand new! They really take good care of your car. So glad I did not go anywhere else. Call them 1 day in advance and bring your car in early at 8am. It took them 4 hours to detail my Honda Civic and costed $150. If your car is in bad shape, or very dirty, they may obviously charge you more. I keep my car very clean so I didn't have that problem. I asked them if they could stick on a decal as well and they had no problem doing that. I tipped $25 and gave $20 too for the decal (even though they didn't charge for it). I looked for detailing places in Glendale, and even only for interiors, other places were charging at least $100. This place charged us $60, cash, and did very well with cleaning the inside. They told us it would take about an hour and a half or even earlier, and the guy was pretty accurate about the timeline. We came back about an hour after and the car was done, and all they had to finish was putting some plastic bags over the seats because some parts were still a little bit damp. The car smelled like it was new and we could tell the the cleaning was thorough. Will DEFINITELY recommend and come back again to this place ! read more

This place was recommended by a friend , so I took my business here having faith they would do a good job. Left my car for two hours they called me when it was done. I noticed "bubbles" on the drivers upper side of the window on the back passenger window and the back window. I asked him about it , he said it'll go away in 5 days and not to roll the windows. I left feeling unsatisfied but drove off believing what he said. Didn't roll down my windows or washed my car for ten days. They diminished a bit, but bubbles are still there. And also I'm not sure what type of cloth he used to clean the windows before applying the film but he left a yellow lint ball in between the film and glass. read more

100% would recommend this place. Here's my story: My 5-month-old French Bulldog vomited in my Audi. All over the front passenger seat, the center console, and all over me and in between the seats. This happened on a Sunday around 3pm. I called Central Auto Detail. They said they were closed and I kindly asked that they help me, as every other shop I called was closed. These guys stayed open for me and did a SPECTACULAR job. The were incredibly nice when working with me and incredibly detailed when working on my car. I would highly recommend this place. I got my tints redone here and I'm happy how they turned out very nice and clean job. Dropped it off took about a couple hours for them to finish due to removing old tint. When I got it back the Door Ajar light stayed on, figured one of my doors was opened, tripled checked the light stayed on. I complained about it took it back the next day and they fixed the issue within 10 mins without any costs. Will update the review if the issue occurs again. PROS: They take pride and joy at what they do and their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with in the Glendale area, in my case that's pretty rare. I don't let anyone touch my car or let alone drive it so I was pretty skeptical about leaving my car there. CONS: There were a few things that they could improve on. When I got my car back, they left over some tint inside my car just on the floor in the back seats and didn't bother to clean it. I had just washed and cleaned my car prior. My car is a manual trans and the times I got it back my clutch didn't feel right, the second time my clutch was depressed and I had to manually pop it back into place and pump the lines. Someone was riding my clutch. Stage 2 clutch isn't cheap at all and I was pretty upset. Every time I left my car some other issue happens. Overall I would recommend this place for tints but I wouldn't take a manual trans car here. One of the employees that helped me is very friendly. So far I'm happy with the result but I didn't like that I had to come back the next day. I'd rather have it done with no issue on a single day. read more

Came in here around 3pm and picked up my car around 5:45pm. I recovered my stolen 2014 Hyundai Elantra and unfortunately recovered it with a bunch of puke, crumbs, dirt and lord knows what else. I called in and spoke to Rubo who was super nice. I brought the car in and definitely felt I could trust him to get the job done and get all the nasty stuff out of my seat.
