They were the most understanding and tried their best to accommodate my schedule, so that was a great sign even with my late responses due to work. So Julio came to get work done on my car, and he was really friendly. I gave him a heads-up on certain areas to be careful because I had gotten some work done on my rims recently. Also mentioned a small stain that needed attention. Then I left my car with him, and I went for a walk around the neighborhood. About an hour and a half later, I got a message that my car was ready to go. My car was looking brand new! Honestly speaking, I never really wash my car because I am super lazy. Exterior and interior both looked perfectly new and shiny! The stain I mentioned was barely even noticeable, so I was very satisfied with the outcome. Julio showed me the equipment he used (I think it was a steamer) and that he tried his best to get it out. I was thankful because I wasn't expecting him to remove it because I already had work done for it, but now it's unnoticeable. I venmoed the total, which was $110 for the service I chose prior to making an appointment, and I also tipped him for an awesome work. It was 10 AM in the morning, and the weather was pretty warm too. Highly recommend 5 de Mayo Mobile Car Wash to anyone who needs some serious work done. I got my car inspection done 2 hours after the wash, and I had no ding with zero charge, which is awesome! disappointed doesn't even come close. the attention to detail was lacking in the detail and paint…read morecorrection. there was a huge scrape under the bumper when the car was returned to me. there was residue in between the panels from the buffing. he didn't remove the license plates to buff out and apply ceramic coating to the whole car in those areas. he left some fuzz behind from the cloths. these things are fine for a car wash, but not for an $1100 detail. this guy drove my car 100+mph for pickup and drop off which i could see from the tesla app. he was clearly driving recklessly which felt unprofessional and made me feel really upset for trusting this person with my car in the first place. when i got back in my car to drive, i noticed a banging sound underneath the car. upon further inspection, there was a piece that had been totally messed up from going over a speed bump of something similar. this guy denied everything and tried gaslighting me making bizarre claims about how i treat my car and that it was my fault for the new damage. the entire thing was really outrageous and upsetting. sadly i don't have photographic evidence of the moment of impact (how would i) and he is being very rude about the entire situation. i truly do not know how he has a good rating on yelp :(
