My car was unfortunately hit and run in the Target parking lot so I had to get the bumper fixed and repainted. Lucky for me, this meant another visit to James to get the bumper recoated with ceramic! As always, very pleasant experience with him - his price for recoating was very affordable and he even checked, re-sprayed, and washed the whole car for me for free. Highly highly recommend taking your car to him!!

This was my first time getting my 2017 Honda Civic detailed since I first purchased it. It had a few stains here and there, but looks brand new again thanks to James! James is the best. I messaged him to help undo ceramic coating that I got done a week prior by someone else who left swirl marks all over my brand new car and did a poor job. He offered to do a test spot prior to booking the service, and with the two step paint correction the paint on the car looked much better. He changed towels constantly ensuring that the towel in hand was never dirty to ruin the car. He also does car washes, details, etc etc. Definitely will be back and also will recommend family and friends. Thank you!

Excellent work, professionalism and prices. James is also a great guy. He ceramic coated both our Teslas in one extremely long day. I was so pleased with his work that I recommended him to my neighbor who also had his Tesla ceramic coated. I then recommended James to my brother-in-law who also had James ceramic coat his Tesla. He'll soon be getting calls from my friends for their black BMW, another friend for her black Range Rover, and a co-worker for her Lexus RCF. I wouldn't trust my car's paint detailing to any body else but James! read more

I must say this is the most professional auto detailing company I have ever seen and used. James' arrived on time and provided a price that did not deviate too much from what was given over the phone. My car was extremely dirty so I would not have been surprised at all had the price been double. Either way that was no issue. Haven't been driving much since quarantine started so my car had been neglected, covered in L.A. dust and ash from the recent fires. James did an amazing job making it look like it came right off the lot. He even buffed out a paint transfer scratch for me. And Steven came by multiple times to touch up different spots that required different materials than they had on hand. I spent a while researching ceramic coating places in LA and that's when I found James's business. He had great reviews but not as many as the big shops, but I decided to message him and he was immediately friendly, responsive and priced competitively. I recently bought a brand new 2021 Mazda CX-5 and I wanted to get it ceramic coated to protect it. I dropped my car off this past weekend and James spent a good chunk of his day working on it. When I picked up the car, it looked flawless. James even explained how I should wash my car to protect the coating, recommended products he uses (and even emailed me links the next day) and demonstrated the results. Established in 2020.

Doc Auto Spa started middle of 2020, but detailing was something I was doing before as a hobby. I really enjoyed working on cars on the side, and over time friends, family, and referrals started keeping me busier than I expected. Eventually it got to the point where I realized I could turn this into a full-time business. I decided to leave my regular full time job and made detailing my career. Since then, the focus has been simple—do great work, take care of customers, and try to just perfect the craft as I go.

It turned out the mat got clean but the corners looked sanded/grinded and the rest of the mat has a design of some sort. I messaged the guy at pick up, who said the design will go away when dry - it didnt! Then upon drying, i took the mat to show him the design and sanded corners and he said it will go away with use - i dont believe it! It's hard to believe this business cause the goal post keeps moving. No amount of brushing the mat is making the pattern go away. The more concerning thing is that the owner completely disowned his business when i called him, he gave me a run around and then hung up on me. His employee made him call me back and he talked to me like he did me a favor by cleaning the mat?!!! His tone was offensive and rude and he obviously didnt take accountability of whatever happened to the mat. I would have liked the business to replace the mat THEY damaged or reimburse me for it. That would be the right way to handle an incident as such! The owner was in not apologetic of what happened, instead deflected what happened.

Ultimately I declined their touch up because of this interaction. I truly wish I could have my money refunded and pay someone else.

AMAZING work. First and foremost, they are 100% honest as to what they can do and what they can't do. There is a difference between a person who grabs some expensive products and slaps it on your car and there is Final Touch Pro who takes their time and thoroughly takes care of your car like it is a newborn baby. Love the quality of work. You can go elsewhere and save $50 - $100 on a job but you best believe that your car will need work on it within a month, or you can pay the price and go with FTP and know that your car is in the best possible condition it can be for the longest amount of time possible.

Where do I begin? I cannot thank James enough for his great work. He took my 89 Camaro's 32 year old original paint job and made it look like new again. Not only is he great at his craft he is also a great person! From the moment we began communication he showed me that he truly cares about his customers. He responded very quickly to each of my texts and answered all of my concerns. He even walked me through his process and showed me up close what to expect. He did a one step paint correction and brought the shine back brighter than I ever expected. He also let me pick up my car late in evening when most people are in bed!! James is incredible at what he does ! My Infiniti was looking a little dull after a few years of ownership, but James restored my q50 and it's looking nicer than ever before !!
