Very nice guy, cordial, friendly, knowledgable and informative. He clearly knows what he is doing. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do...step by step and his attention to the little details was impressive. I pointed out a few little paint blemishes and he was able to buff them out and restore my black BMW to a nearly brand new, showroom look. Exceeded well beyond expectations! Will was very professional and on time with our appointment, booking an appointment was such an ease and was even able to book just 2 days in advance. I wish I took a before photo of my Jeep Wrangler, but to put it into words, I have taken my Jeep camping multiple times, even went off-roading with it and took it on a very-dusty Coachella and Joshua Trip as well... you could just imagine the film of dust on my car and on top of that I also have a pug that sheds like crazy specially during the summer months. After Will was done with my Jeep it looked brand new from the inside and out and it also smelled amazing. He even put a coat on it to protect the paint for 2 months! Ahhh I'm so happy! He even helped fix a few interior spots that I thought were scratches, which I really appreciated. I was especially impressed by how clean he got the Tesla felt carpets, since those are honestly very difficult to clean. The gaps between the seats were also cleaned thoroughly, and that is something most outside car wash shops would never do.
