I needed to kill time and I was in the area. I decided to give this car wash a try. The entrance is on Atlantic and the start of the wash is located in the back. They have a waiting area inside that has vending machines dispersing snacks and beverages as well as plenty of outdoor seating available. There is also an ATM to withdraw money from right inside next to the cashier. The price was pretty reasonable, being something like $30 for the highest package. I must've been here more than 20 times now and haven't had any issues with the service! The car wash is consistently good and efficient, and my car comes out squeaky clean with no damage no matter how dirty it was before the wash. Every cashier staff has been so friendly, too. Perhaps not the cheapest in SGV but the location is central and convenient, and I love that there's an indoor, air conditioned waiting area with ample seating--that alone is worth paying a little more IMO, given how hot SGV is for a good half of the year and how long the wait can get at some understaffed car wash spots. I came in for a basic car wash. The interior cleaning was adequate. I will have to finish cleaning it myself giving it the finishing touches. In that sense I would have felt cheated. Okay let me start by saying that maybe 15 years ago this was the car wash spot. Now... not so much. I went on Sunday mid morning to get my black car washed. It was dusty but nothing too crazy. I pull up ask for the "Luxury Wash" whatever that is; costs $35 dollars. Walk inside go pay, they pull up my car, a man starts drying it, and doing whatever the luxury part of the wash is... honestly I had no idea. I sit there no more than 10 minutes when I get the wave that my car is ready. I tip the man get in my car notice my passenger door was wiped but my driver door isn't. How do I know this you might ask? Well my passenger door is shiny af, the driver door is as matte as those setting powders advertise. At this point I'm like whatever, let it slide. I get home & I get off my car I notice water streaks from my door handles down each door. WTF? So disappointed. Safe to say I will not be returning. For $35 + tip I rather drive down to Montebello on Beverly & Poplar where they truly excel at washing cars. *Also, I have all weather mats & they didn't even wipe them down, left them dusty on vacuumed. read more

I believe i got the $29 one with inside vacuum and a/c air freshener. I was worried that I was going to take 40 minutes or so but I was in and out in about 25 minutes and I love the new car smell and the car feeling. they make you step out of the car when they vacuumed so you have to go inside the building and then you'll see the car go through the car wash and then wiped and waxed by some hard-working folks. I always try to tip those guys as well. Because I always end up happy with their work. A little gift shop after you watch your car go through the automated giant brushes. read more

I requested the express hand wax and paid $55.99 for my service. I was very disappointed in the quality of work put in after they had my vehicle for 1hour. When my vehicle was "done" I found dirt not cleaned off, wax not wiped or worked in, mirrors and windows still dirty, windshield not cleaned inside, the dash halfway wiped down, and wheels still dirty. This level of service was very disappointing after especially after having my wife's car done really well with the same service, which is why I returned. Not sure if I could recommend or come back if the level of service is going to be that inconsistent. read more

My inner console was scratched (not sure how since they use rags) and my windows were left dirty. I asked the dryer guy to clean them again and he said they were hard water stains and needed to use chemicals to remove them along with sap. He told me that I needed to pay extra in order for them to clean it properly. When I got home I was able to see my car in better light and noticed my front window was completely dirty on the bottom. Such a lackluster job at what they do. June 19, First time coming here because Temple City Auto Spa was closed, so we decided to give it a try. Bought a deluxe car wash that comes with a vacuum, freshener and exterior wash. First of all, they didnt vacuum my trunk at all. There was nothing in there too; I had even cleared it out beforehand so it would be easier for them to clean but they didn't even open my trunk at all. The interior was still dirty and there were still dust and crumbs on the seats and floor. And worst of all, they didnt even give me my air freshener. I could've paid for a normal wash for the same BS they gave me, but I paid extra for a terrible car wash. Horrible. I wasted my money so don't waste yours. My windows where dirty wax was poorly done splattered bugs still on grill... inside was still sticky and when I told the guy he gave me an attitude saying I put my finger there. Stopped by this morning for the basic wash , as it was my first time . I typically like to see the standard service care before purchasing larger packages. Upon Finishing the inside was not cleaned properly, vacuuming was subpar. Didn't have the courtesy to re-attach my all weather Matt's properly . Seats were still shifted forward . Zero Quality inspections . As for the Exterior, inside windows weren't cleaned properly , leaving scuffs present . Over all not happy with this experience.
