Came here for a one time deal for $28 platinum and the service and short interaction I had with Yaida (sorry for the misspell) who explained the works/price was pretty awesome! The person who guided people to have their car in place had cool attitude too. The car wash took like less than 5 mins and car looked great! There were some dust spots that I needed to re-wipe and do some hard rub down.. but for a zippy run, not bad. I have been coming here since the original car wash opened. Lucky that I purchased the monthly car wash since then. It's so expensive now. I loved the car wash. It changed since they initially opened. They have a LOT more blowers on the way out. I think it's to help with the drying line outside. It's so sad that the carpet washing machine is gone now. It was such a great addition. Now they are like every other place. It seems like they are not into up-keeping the facility. One of the 2 towel wringers has been broken for a year or so. Boy oh boy! I'm shocked by all the bad reviews. I've been coming here for about a year now. This place is literally like the Chick-Filet of carwashes. Customer service is superb! - Everyone I've interacted with is always professional. - Employees seem focused and manage everything superbly, even on busy days. - I never see anyone slacking and they seem to have a very well oiled machine of staff here. - When there's a line on busy days, their team is out there organizing the line to make sure it moves. I'd actually prefer coming here instead of a regular carwash where you turn your keys over to someone. I feel like I get to take pride in my car here. Okay I've been trying to come to this place for ages but every time I drive over the line is so long it's literally backed out several cars into the street. I finally came here later at night (about half an hour before closing) and there was no line. I'll start with the bad: - gets packed during the day. If you have to come during the day expect a long wait and possibly difficulty getting a vacuum bay afterward. - The wash was mediocre. For a drive through wash I don't expect it to be perfect, I've had worse but I've also had better. The good: - the vaccuums are great! The bays are large and theres a vacuum on either side of each bay, making it easy to clean both sides of your car. Theres also a trash can at each bay. The vaccuums have great suction with long hoses and are the biggest reason I think this place deserves 4 stars rather than 3. - price: I got the basic wash and forgot how much I paid but it was a decent price for a wash + vaccuums. read more

I spend about $15 with hard labor at a creepy stall when I wash my car so this was a cool upgrade-- and all under 5 mins for a $10 more.. I think it's super worth it. They need to make all lanes accessible to all cars, especially when they are super busy. There's 3 lanes at this location. Only one lane says enter, the other 2 say Unlimited member. So if you don't have a membership, and you get in one of those lanes one of the attendants will tell you you're not allowed in that lane, even though they're empty and the 1 non-member lane is full and they are completely backed up. A lot of people, cars, also cut the line cause they don't want to wait. No one allowed to monitor near the street as it's a liability For the most part, the young kids working here are friendly. read more

I showed up at 5pm on a Sunday to wash my car. $16 for a base plus wash. I wash my car pretty regularly, but it didn't take the spots off my car from birds and stuff. I found a parking spot and started wiping them off. I was there for almost 10 minutes before the employee walked up and said that they were too busy to have me clean it thoroughly. (I visited this location May 2025). This location is located directly off of Valley Blvd, and it's easy to drive past it, even when using a GPS. I was shocked when I arrived and saw a long line of cars. It was packed. There were three aisles for cars to pull into. All three aisles were filled with cars waiting to get washed. I waited in the Unlimited Member line, and a guy walked by with a tablet and scanned my barcode and the barcode of the car behind me, I guess to verify our memberships were active. I guess they have to do that since the clearance bar was already raised. They probably don't use their overhead membership scanner when they have lots of demand. It was a lot. On another note, the attendants were directing traffic ensuring that cars were safely within parameters for the cash wash and ensuring cars could find a parking spot upon exiting the car wash. I was really surprised and impressed with the mat wash machine. The Mister Car Wash nearest me doesn't have a mat wash machine so it was new. I was like a little kid exploring it and happy to see how clean it could get my mats. I think it made a difference but I didn't see some of the deeper stains on my mats removed. Overall, I still recommend Mister Car Wash. They're very popular in California, not sure if they're available within other regions or states. As an unlimited member, I believe the value is amazing. 12/2024 Update: Still a 3.5/5. They did increase their basic price wash by $2. It used to be $8 but now it is $10. I'm assuming the other wash tiers also increased by price accordingly. I came around 8:20 AM this time and there was only one other person in line. When I left around 8:45 AM, the lines were already forming. I would recommend getting there before 8:30 AM if you don't want to wait. The service was good and quick. I went right through to the wash. You can see my previous review for the wash quality. One big difference between last time and this time was that I was able to get a vacuum spot. A majority of the spots were taken but there were maybe about 3-4 spots when I finished my wash. When you pull into the parking spot, there are vacuums located in both sides of your cae. There is also a mini air pressure spray to help get the water out of the crevices or dust from your car. The vacuums are very strong and have an extension that easily gets into the sides and tight spaces of your car. These vacuums were definitely useful. One thing I noticed after pulling into the vacuum area was that other people brought their own towels to wipe off any remaining water stains. That's a good idea for next time. Overall, sad that the price slightly increased but it is what it is for a basic wash. read more

I noticed this car wash when it opened a year ago but never cared for it until this hot summer day, I was too lazy to wash my own car. You can buy a single wash based on tiers or an unlimited membership wash, also based on tiers. I went with the middle tier single wash to see how well the wash is before committing to a membership. To my surprise it was a decent wash for the price paid and speed of service, definitely worth the price if in a hurry or just want a quick clean. Staff was friendly and answered some of my questions with a smile. I see a lot of people in the reviews complaining about pricing, this sort of business is not cheap to run and expecting to pay next to nothing for a car wash, you need a reality check. Yes it will price out certain people, but will bring in those who don't mind for services being rendered. Those complaining that it does not clean their cars right, sounds like you need a coating applied to your vehicles paint. I can't speak on the vacuum area as I do that at home but there was plenty of stalls to use. My car is ceramic coated and the wash left my car looking like new again. Warning this place does get packed with the car queue spilling out on Valley Blvd. Do not go if you're in a hurry! I happened to drive by doing errands and saw there was no line on a Wednesday 4pm; so I drove over and queued up for my car was ready for a good scrubbing. This car wash is run automatically with the usual jet streams of water and roller brushes. With bird poo crusted on my windows and a spider nest setup on one of my rear lights, I was curious if this place's machines could blast them away. And for sure enough, it actually did! Moreover, I was super impressed that the vacuum stations are wide and there are two vacuums for each slot, no more wrestling with the vacuum hose to get it to reach the other side over here. Another cool thing I found about this place is their floor mat cleaner. I had never used one before so I decided to treat my mats with some better love than the usual treatment I do to it (vacuuming the life out of it) . I couldn't tell if it cleaned it well because I had already vacuum my floor mats and rid of some my dog's hair. The vacuum power here great. Very strong suction, much stronger than the Arcadia Car wash on Santa Anita. I could see the dog hairs from my carpet being sucked away, so I appreciate the equipment they have here. Tl;dr - pricing is standard $10 for basic wash. $15 for basic plus tires. $25 for monthly membership. I think it's $43 for the premium wash. Go here if you want a good vacuuming time. Wash was pretty good too, it took away most of the offensive bird poop on my car. But don't go here if you're short on time. read more

I agree with most of the Yelp reviews here--this car wash was underwhelming. My car wasn't that dirty to begin with, but it still came out with dirt spots. For $20, it felt more like a basic rinse than a proper car wash. That said, finding a decent car wash for $20 these days is nearly impossible. I'm giving it 1 star for the water and 1 star for the self-vacuuming stations. Would I come back? Probably, but only because of the price. When this place first opened there was so much soap, wax and you could smell it on your car. Nice vacuum set up. So what happened under this new ownership / management? We have no more access to the computer screens. Instead we have a person standing there with a tablet hopefully inputting the correct car wash. I've been a long-time customer, even back when this was Cruiser's Car Wash. I'm happy to see the improvements--wash quality and tire shine are noticeably better. That said, a couple of suggestions: 1. The previous franchise had this issue too--after membership scans, a clearer traffic flow would prevent line-cutting and ensure everyone gets the correct wash and avoid awkward customer to customers confrontations I have noticed. This will streamline everything. 2. Add a 5-10 minute timer at the drying bays to prevent congestion from extended detailing. As a long-term member, I'd love to see a loyalty program--maybe free towels, air fresheners, or bonus incentives. On a positive note, seeing upper management interacting at the bays shows you care, and the team's upbeat attitude is fantastic. Apparently, Cruizers Express Car Wash was bought out by a publicly traded company Mister Car Wash (NYSE: MCW). I was shocked to find out the change because, I did liked Cruizers Express, it was relatively quick, more affordable, and dispenses an extra amount of soap during the washing process. Well, we usually like these automated car washes for the free vacuums. Cruizers were very strong in its suction while Mister Car Wash seems a bit downgraded. Cruizers had the basic $7 car wash and now with Mister's, they raised it up to $8 for the basic tier wash. $1 more, fine no biggie but I would at least expect more outta that dollar. Instead, come to find out this place isn't operated well. Mister Car Wash here in Alhambra is always packed. Forget about the weekends, there's a line that stretches to Valley Blvd. It sucks because, motorists will be waiting in line for vacuuming. The operations are run poorly here and there's always a huge bottleneck at the payment gate. I think they should just let all the lanes open for members and regular customers like how Cruizers once did it. Some of the microfiber flaps are dirty and I'm not quite sure if they even change them or at least degrease them. Overall: I wouldn't pay extra for the other tiers, I think the base $8 will do but, definitely a huge downgrade from the amount of soap and customer service. I rate this 2/5 stars because of the value proposition. $8 basic wash with free vacuum is still great but, just knowing it was once better and cheaper really sucks. Also, Mister does offer the air compressor spray when I think Cruizers didn't offer it. You also must have a lot of patience as it takes an average about 35 minutes or more from entering in line and finishing the Wash cycle. Another queue for vacuums. read more

2.8 stars Drive-thru car washes are usually not great &, in this case, the $8 car wash is just ok. No frills, bells or whistles. The lines are long at 7:30am & vacuum-parking spaces are limited. People park there to vacuum their cars & wipe down the wet spots...which, unfortunately can be quite significant for larger vehicles. So, I wish the wind tunnel at the end of the car wash was longer & reaches the back of the vehicle. Other than that, they have higher-tiered $$$ car washes that allows one to get wax & other car-stuff (I wouldn't know too much about). In the end, it's all the same because people still need to get out of their cars to wipe up the wet spots. Also, it's bring your own towels. My nephew's car was filthy - it looked terrible with baked dust on his car. Rather than work the "elbow grease" in washing and scrubbing the car, I figured it would be easier to just take it to a car wash. Based on reviews, we drove over and it was a good choice. Pretty efficient and quick, with a few glitches. Depending upon the time you visit, it will take some time - multiple line merge into one and workers with Pads walk up to you to ask you what options to choose. The merging of lines can make for some irate customers so don't be in a rush. Make your selection and pay by credit card. Drive up to the car wash and another attendant guides you into the line - put your vehicle in NEUTRAL and enjoy the wash cycle. There are signs (in English and Chinese) instructing you to how to approach the line - best to heed. After your vehicle exits, you can take advantage of a free vacuum to clean the interior of your vehicle. It is where the line can stall and bunch up as it takes longer to vacuum the interior of your vehicle than cars exiting the car wash. Again, have patience, the vacuums are good and sucks up all the little items that find its way into crevices. Just be careful as it make vacuum up something you want to keep! Overall, a decent wash for a decent price - wash itself quick, the process may take a bit of time. My nephew was glad - his car was washed and he did not have to wash it himself. Would I return?
