There are different tiers of washes depending on what services you'd like to add on. I went for the regular silver wash, which was around $35. The wash was completely hand washed and hand dried, vacuumed, and wiped down. There's a shaded area with seating at the corner of the lot while waiting for the car wash to be completed. My car was shiny and the cleanest I have seen it in a long time. Everyone seemed to have the same idea as me that morning, but it was worth the 20 minute wait. But once I pulled up, I was pleasantly surprised. The setup was clean, easy to use, and the pricing was actually fair. Usually at self car washes, I feel like the timer runs way too fast and I end up spending more than I planned sometimes making me wish I had just gone to a full-service wash instead. But that wasn't the case here. I felt like I got a good amount of time for what I paid, which made the experience feel worth it. Also, the vacuum was way better than most. The biggest thing I've noticed recently is the change in the team's attitude. Before, whenever I asked for a small favor or wanted them to pay attention to something, I sometimes felt like I was being a pain. Lately though, it's been the complete opposite. The staff are much friendlier, easy to communicate with, and most of them speak great English. They actually listen to what you're asking for and make the effort to get it done. The wash might take a few extra minutes now, but I'd much rather have that if it means they're taking their time and paying attention to the details. As someone who's been coming here for years, I finally feel like my voice is heard and that they genuinely appreciate their monthly members. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. If you live anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out. I've seen the improvement firsthand, and I hope they keep it up. Keep up the great work, guys!

Not once, but twice in a row. I came to get my van washed about a month ago with Bronze wash. I always get the bronze wash. They didn't vacuum the rear seats and the trunk. They did not wipe my front console, windshield, front dash, and middle console. They did not wipe down the inside of the doors and hatch where it closes to the car. I gave them a pass. It was a hot day. Today, I came with my wife. We brought both of our cars. This time they took time on my van. My wife's car was out 30 min before mine was finished and hers was washed about 20 min after mine went through the wash. Her car was not vacuumed in the rear, the trunk, and the front and middle console was not wiped down. We can still see fingerprints on the front touch panel. My wife had already left. Got home and noticed all of these things. I complained to the supervisor. I told him I've been coming for 30 years. Told him about my last experience. All he offered was to ask my wife to drive back down for them to clean the rest. He said he will double check my van to make sure it's clean. My wife is already home and has already cleaned the mess they didn't clean. I don't know about any other patrons, but you should not have to double check the work. I never did since 1996. There have been a few missed spots here and there, but it was minor. Something's wrong with the operation. It's not the same. I still have a free wash to claim. We will see if these two stars will go to 5 stars. I wanted to give 1 star, but 2 just because they been better. I want it to get their attention to improve. I visited this car wash on June 22 during a very busy afternoon. There were four separate lines of…read morevehicles feeding into the wash tunnel. After entering the tunnel and placing my car in neutral, I quickly noticed that my vehicle was getting dangerously close to the car in front of me. I eventually had to apply my brakes to avoid hitting it. At the same time, I looked in my rearview mirror and saw that the car behind me was experiencing the same issue. The conveyor continued pushing vehicles forward, and the car behind me ultimately struck my rear bumper multiple times. After several minutes, the staff finally shut down the wash and instructed the vehicle at the front of the tunnel to move forward so the rest of us could exit. Once I reached the vacuum area, I inspected my vehicle and found scratches on my rear bumper. The driver behind me and I were both frustrated and confused by what had happened. More concerning was the fact that no staff member came out to address the incident. We went into the office to report it, but the attendant simply handed us a form and told us they would provide video footage so we could handle the matter ourselves with the vehicle at the front of the line. What was especially frustrating was that the car wash made no apparent effort to stop or identify the vehicle at the front of the line that contributed to the backup inside the tunnel. When we asked about that vehicle, we were simply told that they had already left. No attempt appeared to have been made to retain the driver's information or assist the affected customers in resolving the situation. In my opinion, the car wash allowed vehicles to enter too closely together, leaving very little margin for error if a vehicle failed to exit the tunnel promptly. The incident itself was concerning, but the lack of accountability and customer service afterward was even more disappointing. If you're concerned about the safety of your vehicle, I would think twice before using this car wash.
