YES the place here's busy and there's a long line. But they have 3 LANES!!! 3 LANES: 1 line is for non members and the other 2 lines are for members. QUALITY: The organization of the line got better in my opinion... TIME OF ARRIVAL: Sunday afternoon. We were car number 6 in line. I was pretty happy about that. Then, I saw a nice and hardworking lady carrying a tablet and going to ASI the cars in line. It felt like the SAME organization system used at IN 'N OUT BURGER! That was pretty cool!!! It made the line go a bit faster. We waited for about 20 minutes... VALUE: It's pretty pricey $16 for a base wash. But, I like the machine and it really CLEANS well in my opinion for a small SUV. However, I do see a lot of BIG TRUCKS in line so I think I can only speak for mid size and compact cars... Once you get to the front there's another hardworking MISTER that tells you which car you WILL go after... However, there were no empty shots for DRYING or VACUUMING :( wah wah wah... (sad cello music)... VERY ORGANIZED MISTER CAR WASH!!!!!!

A very so-so experience. I think small businesses should be supported, but I think there are…read moredefinitely a couple issues that need to be ironed out first with this business. Let's start with the good. I spilled some smelly food on my passenger car seat on Friday night and contacted several businesses to get a quote. Frank was one of the first to respond, offered a fair price, and was available to come out the next morning to help clean my car. He was prompt, professional, and seemed to do a decent job. I tipped him for the service and let the car dry out with the windows down for the next few days, as directed A few days later when the car had dried out, I noticed the smell had improved, but was still present. I contacted Frank asking nicely if he would be able to come back and do a second round of cleaning, stating that I understood that this was just a particularly stubborn food spill and offered to pay him again for his time (I also left it open ended so he could name an appropriate price). This received no response. I followed up again, again to no response. I was turned off by this lapse in communication and went on to seek another company to help do further cleaning - which they did two more times, and with prompt and clear communication. Overall, I give this guy credit for doing a decent job the first time around, but all subsequent interactions pointed to a disregard for customer retention

The biggest thing I've noticed recently is the change in the team's attitude. Before, whenever I asked for a small favor or wanted them to pay attention to something, I sometimes felt like I was being a pain. Lately though, it's been the complete opposite. The staff are much friendlier, easy to communicate with, and most of them speak great English. They actually listen to what you're asking for and make the effort to get it done. The wash might take a few extra minutes now, but I'd much rather have that if it means they're taking their time and paying attention to the details. As someone who's been coming here for years, I finally feel like my voice is heard and that they genuinely appreciate their monthly members. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. If you live anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out. I've seen the improvement firsthand, and I hope they keep it up. Keep up the great work, guys!

I don't know what happened to this place. I've been coming here for 30 years with over 10 different…read morecars. This year (2026) is the first time I have experienced a a bad service. Not once, but twice in a row. I came to get my van washed about a month ago with Bronze wash. I always get the bronze wash. They didn't vacuum the rear seats and the trunk. They did not wipe my front console, windshield, front dash, and middle console. They did not wipe down the inside of the doors and hatch where it closes to the car. I gave them a pass. It was a hot day. Today, I came with my wife. We brought both of our cars. This time they took time on my van. My wife's car was out 30 min before mine was finished and hers was washed about 20 min after mine went through the wash. Her car was not vacuumed in the rear, the trunk, and the front and middle console was not wiped down. We can still see fingerprints on the front touch panel. My wife had already left. Got home and noticed all of these things. I complained to the supervisor. I told him I've been coming for 30 years. Told him about my last experience. All he offered was to ask my wife to drive back down for them to clean the rest. He said he will double check my van to make sure it's clean. My wife is already home and has already cleaned the mess they didn't clean. I don't know about any other patrons, but you should not have to double check the work. I never did since 1996. There have been a few missed spots here and there, but it was minor. Something's wrong with the operation. It's not the same. I still have a free wash to claim. We will see if these two stars will go to 5 stars. I wanted to give 1 star, but 2 just because they been better. I want it to get their attention to improve. At $35 for bronze service, you guys be the judge.

What I really like is that you have an option choice so you don't have to get everything offered, i.e. water, soap, wax. The water pressure hose was so strong it almost knocked me down! For $3 (4 1/2 minutes), all dirt was completely gone. I then used my own chamois to wipe it down and my mini vac when I got home. Compared to reviews of other places, this one was clean and easy to navigate!
