I went to Bob to have a fuel pump custom machined and found it to be done to exacting tolerances and with impeccable fit and finish. Also he showed an over abundance of knowledge and expertise in the machine and aerospace industry industries. I found everything there from NHRA Top Fuel fuel and clutch system parts manufactured by him, to lawnmower rebuilds. The spectrum of work was incredible. I took my truck in to have tie tire rod ends to be installed on the truck and a front in alignment…read moreI got the truck back they only put two rods on no alignment and charge me the same price In the process they're supposed to put a gearbox on they didn't bleed the system properly that caused the brake booster to go out and a power steering pump to go out they done this twice I got the truck back from them no power steering and no brakes and they broke the power steering reservoir box and tried gluing it back together instead of replacing it like they should have Too much prior to taking the truck in I had brand new calipers rotors drums and pads a complete brake job put on the truck they showed me a report that said that I need a new brakes on my truck I looked at them like they were crazy because they are you can see that everything is brand new they were trying to sell me something that I didn't need a complaint was filed with the bureau of automotive repairs I'd be scared to let these people work on my grandbabies tricycle

Luckily we were referred to Superior and Abel showed up within an hour to help us out. They diagnosed the problem and even had Bill the service manager drive out to the roadside as well. Nearest turbo was in Las Vegas so Abel drove that night roundtrip to get the part back to us ASAP. With the motorhome safely waiting repair at the Superior shop, the staff were professional and courteous while we waited for the turbo to arrive. The mechanics were great and knowledgeable, hardworking guys that worked around the clock. Corbin took over afterhours and finished the job so we could get back on the road. A huge problem took these guys less than 24 hours to resolve and our family was able to continue on with what ended up being one of our best vacations. Thank you so much for coming to the rescue

One of the guy kinda acknowledge us but proceeded to eating their sandwich and watching Tv. The other guy didn't say anything at all. The guy who kinda acknowledge us said to help ourselves to look around. We were both shocked . So we did look around. Finally, the guy (I think he's the manager) stood up and talk to us, and my husband says "I have no clue what kinda of fishing boat I should get" and he said "Just go on YouTube and what you like" lol . My husband was trying to ask for help but still insist to go to YouTube and go to the boat site to figure out what he likes for different options and they can order it for him. We are looking for some direction and customer service and what we have experienced at this place was we felt like we are a bother to them and not wanting to sell a boat. We are both so confused when we left. So, we drove to West Coast Boat center in Rocklin. We were welcomed and they took the time to show the features online to us and right there and then we bought the boat. We felt both welcome and willing to help us at least have a good conversation and effort to find what we are actually looking for even if it is online.

From the moment you walk in, the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and just easy to work with. You can tell they actually know their stuff and take pride in what they do. Pricing on wheels and tires was very reasonable, and everything was explained clearly--what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what could wait. No pressure, no surprises. I think the head suspension tech/owner (Jim) might be the Michael Jordan of tire, wheel, and suspension installation. When I had an issue with something in my suspension, he showed me the part and explained why it needs to be addressed. I know a little bit about cars but Jim would explain an issue in a digestible way that someone with no car knowledge or mechanical aptitude could understand. That's a rare gift in the automotive repair industry. What really stood out to me is they don't move forward with any additional work unless you give the green light. That level of transparency and respect is rare. Also--random but worth mentioning--they have the cleanest restroom I've ever seen in any mechanic or retail shop. That alone says a lot about how they run their business. I'll be honest, I spent a bit more than I expected on both visits--but I left feeling 100% confident my vehicles were safe and the work was done right. That peace of mind is worth it.
