So today I accidentally hit my garage pillar parking and it left that white on it. I called Auburn Body Shop & Brett said to come by and see if they could just buff it out for me and if not what an estimate would be. I went and not even 20 minutes, all the white was off. There's a scratch on it and they said to go to the dealership and they might be able to help out. When I get the money to fix it though I will DEFINITELY be coming here and paying them directly. My wife has a Lexus which had some separation of a lower bumper panel after a trip. Took it in to Auburn Body shop with no appointment and the boss said sure they could fix that. Directed me over to the shop door and had one of the body shop experts bolt it back together. Took all of 5 minutes. And you know they didn't even charge me. I'd give this shop ten stars if I could!! I took my dually in for a broken fiberglass bedside repair. First I took it to another body shop and, after some time waiting to hear from them, they called to say they couldn't get a replacement part due to the part manufacturing being discontinued, and also they weren't going to be able to get to it any time soon in any case. So I took it over to the Auburn Body Shop team, and they were able to take my truck in shortly thereafter and did an excellent job of repairing the fiberglass portion of the bedside! I can't say enough about how they kept me apprised of their work in progress, and JESSE did an excellent job... 10 Stars for JESSE and for the entire & incredible Auburn Body Shop team!! You know......if I could have I would have given these guys 10 stars as opposed to the five above! I took in my 54 Chevy pickup for a complete paint job and they did a wonderful job on it. Dave's only caveat was they would work on it to fill in in around their normal production. I didn't have a problem with that as it's really difficult to find somebody to paint classic cars. The whole process took about a month, during that time Dave would send me pics of the truck and tell me how it was going. During the process they disassembled it (bed, hood and fenders) stripped it all down and started from the ground up with paint. Even though it's going to be my daily driver the paint came out show quality. I thoroughly recommend Auburn Body Shop it's a great family owned shop that's been in Auburn since the early 60's . I took my Nissan Marano in to have a new front bumper put on and some detail work done on the quarter panel. Just picked up my 2005 Toyota 4Runner, this shop painted and installed a rear spoiler (I provided the spoiler). The install was done perfectly, which included wiring the brake light on the spoiler itself. The paint job is flawless and a perfect match to the color of my car. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! What a thieving piece of shit! Brought a car there after a wreck and one of the first questions was "do you want to take the battery?" I said now why would I do that? They said "sometimes they go missing. I thought that was odd but because we couldn't drive the car we kept it there. The car had no damage to the hood so I made sure the hood was closed and we left. Once they took my car and I gave them my claim number I never had to deal with the insurance again. Howard the owner started the business in 1964. Howard still comes in and Dave, his son works alongside his Dad and then Dave's son works in the painting department. When I came in to pick up my car, which was perfect, Dave's daughter was working there too. They have friendly and polite employees. Howard and Dave went the extra mile and fixed a scratch on the opposite fender to the damaged one. Howard also shows his classic car at Cruise Nights.
