Turns out that quality is the hallmark of all of the vehicles that Sierra Auto Sales has on their lot. We talked for awhile with one of the laid-back, friendly owners, and Aimal told us how he trawls auto auctions, looking for quality. Sierra Auto Sales doesn't deal in salvage vehicles or cars with questionable records: what they want is to sell good vehicles at a decent profit, and leave all of their customers feeling satisfied. All of their cars come with Carfax reports, which Aimal handed to us before we even test-drove the vehicle. It was great to be able to confirm the low mileage on the minivan and verify that it had been maintained appropriately by the previous owner. Aimal was happy to let us test-drive the minivan, and told us to drive it around as long as we wanted. Before we left he proactively advised us of the vehicles single flaw -- the electric locking mechanism on the door doesn't work automatically. I can deal with that, and I very much appreciate a dealer who tells me what's wrong with the car along with what's right. We felt great after the test drive and bought the minivan immediately. We brought it to a mechanic and discovered no issues. We've been driving it around for a few weeks now and are super-happy with vehicle and the deal. After the sale, Aimal didn't disappear, staying in touch with us on Messenger and asking if we needed any help. Actually, we did. We bought a second used vehicle recently from a different dealer that has minor problems, and I asked Aimal if he knew of any honest, low-cost repair shops. Even though we didn't even buy the car in question from him, he hooked us up with an awesome repair place near to our house with prices that can't be beat. The same day I called, they did the repair for way less than I expected. This sort of support and insider information is extremely valuable, and I sure appreciated it. We had a great experience buying our minivan through Sierra Auto Sales, and we will definitely be shopping on their lot when it comes time for a third car.

Every car in the lot was immaculately clean and detailed...super impressive! We really fell in love with a certain Lexus, but wanted to shop around and see what else was out there. Sergio totally respected our decision, and gave us his card "just in case." We went to most of the other used car dealerships in town, and were surprised to find that their inventories couldn't hold a candle to the one at Pacific Auto in terms of cleanlieness and variety. We ended up going back to look at the Lexus even though it was almost a thousand dollars more than we could afford. Sergio and his Father-in-law, Bruce, (family business, bonus points!) saw how badly we wanted the car, and were able to work the price down to something we were able to afford. I just…read moreremembered, and figured it was time. 2 years ago or so, the starter went out on my 2017 Silverado. I was stranded at home, and couldn't start the car. So, I decided to call the service department at Gold Rush Chevrolet. The guys on the phone was very dismissive, and talked to me like I was brain dead for asking whether it was OK to have the car towed over there outside of business hours. My bad, I'd never had my car towed to a shop before... sorry for asking a question. Anyway I was kind of annoyed, and decided to try and figure out what the hell was wrong with my truck solo. I got my voltmeter out, and pulled out the wheel well covers, and tested my starter. I confirmed that it was indeed a failing starter. Once, I did that, I realized it was very easy to just take it out, so I did that. Once I had it out, I was like "hey, how much does this thing cost?" turns out, it was like $175 or so from O'Reilly's... so I bought it, and installed it. Now, I have a brand new AC Delco starter installed for $175. Amazing! So, again thank you rude service guy for being such a tool on the phone, you literally saved me hundreds of dollars. You guys would have charged me 2 hours of labor at least, and probably a little profit margin on the starter itself, so instead of paying $175 and 45 min of my time, I would have paid $600 or so dollars to you guys! Thank you Gold Rush Chevrolet, you taught a man how to fish, and now I just work on the truck myself whenever I can. God bless.

A big plus is that they only deal with clean title vehicles, so no unpleasant surprises. I personally purchased a Ford F-150 Lariat 2019 with low mileage, and I'm very happy with it. I also liked that they can source a car from auction and handle everything turnkey, which is very convenient if you're looking for something specific. They help with financing even if your credit history isn't perfect, and they clearly explain all available options. Another great advantage is that the staff speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Spanish, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Customer service is solid -- no pressure, they answer all questions and assist throughout the entire process. Overall, a very positive experience, I would definitely recommend them.

But the frame was rusted so badly it was crumbling and spray painted black to cover up the rust. The dashboard lights that would show the check engine wires were CUT. The van supposedly has low miles but there was to many red flags along with him saying there's no warranty. I decided to go elsewhere and think that anyone looking for a car at this dealership needs to be aware especially since "Quality" is in their name they are definitely not quality vehicles. The vehicles on this lot are all just polished junk. Please don't waste your time. This is my personal experience and I hope if you go here you inspect your vehicle before purchasing and have a better experience than us.
