My husband called Ryan and talked with him. My husband, having done a fair amount of research, had the idea of doing a pretty large modification, mostly for safety and comfort sake. Ryan explained to him why he would not do much of the work that my husband was thinking of having done. He gave my husband clear understanding of what actually needed done based upon his experience with his own van and how my husband described how we would use the van. He did not try to upsell us on anything, and in fact undersold us, but the end product ended up being exactly what we needed. His shop did great work, they were super fast and the price was more than reasonable. I showed up to get my car tuned and they inspected it before putting it on the dyno to make sure the engine was ready to be tuned. They found some issues that needed to be fixed before tuning. I had a kinked fuel line and the tgv started acting up when they were trying to tune the car. They were able to repair all the issues and still get my car tuned in the same day. I live 3 hours from them and they worked as hard as they could to make sure my car was repaired and tuned so I wouldn't have to make two trips back.
