I was referred here to purchase a certified used Subaru.Since that purchase, I have had to replace an alternator a radiator trouble with the air-conditioning and ended up having to put in a rebuilt used engine. AFTER ONLY OWNING IT 15 MONTHS!!!! I most recently moved to the Fresno area. A fantastic auto shop in that area. Replaced the radiator in the car in MARCH! Three months after the radiator, the engine was blown so I had to have it towed back up to Auburn California for all-terrain motors to Install a rebuilt used engine. i was charged $3500 dollars for a rebuilt 1 year only warranty. I am now at present over $6000 to this vehicle. last Tuesday prior to driving back to the Auburn area to visit my mother in the hospital, I had the car checked that all of my fluids were at appropriate levels for travel. upon inspection, the coolant was empty and had sprayed all over my engine. I immediately drove straight to the shop who put in the new radiator and they proceeded to do an investigation on the radiator itself as it is still under a one year warranty. They discovered there was no cap on the radiator and are 99% convinced it was not the same radiator they had put into my car 5 months ago. Upon further inspection, they highly advised that I get out of this vehicle immediately as there are potentially thousands of more dollars of problems awaiting my future.I AM ON DISABILITY AND HAVE A FIXED INCOME. I LIVE IN A WORLD NOW EVERY TIME I GET INTO THIS CAR I WONDER IF I'M GOING TO ARRIVE SAFELY AND PLAN CERTAIN ROUTES SO THAT MY FAMILY MEMBERS CAN GET TO ME AFTER HAVING IT TOWED. I cannot sell the vehicle because I owe more than it s value. I asked the owner Daniel to please just pay off my loan and take the car back-so that I can get into another vehicle that I can be safe in. I have lost income. I have lost time with my mom. I have been broken down with my grandbabies in the car with me. All I want is for this loan to be paid off and for all-terrain motor to take this car back. I'm not even asking for additional damages at this time just to pay the balance of the loan. they are not responding to me. I say again. Ryan explained to him why he would not do much of the work that my husband was thinking of having done. He gave my husband clear understanding of what actually needed done based upon his experience with his own van and how my husband described how we would use the van. The owner clearly knows foreign cars -- my 2015 Jaguar was in excellent hands. I recommended this place to everyone. Unfortunately, the repeat visit was the opposite. The owner wasn't there, and we dealt only with employees. The car was kept for weeks, forcing me to rent a vehicle because I was never told to expect such a delay. The jaguar mechanic only worked several days/week. Several routine maintenance items we requested weren't completed (and while we weren't charged, they simply weren't done). When we picked up the car, the door alarm mechanisms no longer worked and new parts had to be ordered. One of the original reasons for the visit was a window mechanisms issue. The car needs to go back. The level of service, communication, and attention to detail was nowhere near what we experienced when working directly with the owner. It was a night‑and‑day difference.
