This review is strictly based on customer service, because I have not had any work done on my car here (yet), but I was very impressed with the experience I had when I called to ask about my options for the trouble I'm having with my car. The person I spoke with provided a lot of very valuable information, including recommendations for transmission shops in the area based on my situation. I don't experience that level of honesty and transparency often, especially from auto repair shops, so I think it's important to acknowledge it. Bought it as a 1 owner vehicle in 2020 Has been highly reliable The Lexus dealer gave me a list of repairs and since they did an outstanding job on my SC430, I made an appointment with Logan. They did in my opinion a thorough check up and without pressuring me, shared what's going on. They went over the top to change out the front passenger axle as it was really stuck in the transfer case Because they are people of integrity instead of a $4000 bill, they got it done for about $800! I've been a customer for 14 years and counting! This mechanic is locally owned. They specialize in Honda's/Toyota's/Scions/Lexus which means you get the BEST possible service. They do amazing work, are well informed, certified, educated and extremely friendly! They answer all my questions, explain mechanical stuff, etc and always ask if I have any concerns about my vehicle. All my previous vehicles have ran flawlessly and perfectly well over 125k miles! All replaced parts are OEM and not cheap knock off brands. The waiting room is comfortable, family friendly, free coffee/tea/water, free wifi and a spotless bathroom! Our daughter's Acura was making that knocking sound that fills you with dread. She lives in Santa Rosa and couldn't find anyone she felt comfortable working on her car. I'm tellin' ya... this place is the best. I have brought my Toyota 4Runner here for service a few times and I have had the greatest experience. To start, I normally don't plan well in advance so I normally call the day of to try to get my car into the shop. They have always been able to accommodate me within a few hours of my call. When I drop my car off, I am always greeted with a smile, handshake or some other form of pleasantry. The entire staff here is A+ when it comes to customer service and making you feel like family. I leave my car at Master Techs with an air of calm over me knowing that my vehicle is in good hands and that they will not try to sell me service/parts that I do not need. Whenever I pick up my car they walk me through everything that they did, when they would recommend for me to do future maintenance, and they also de-lime my front headlights. I cannot give Master Technicians a high enough rating! Three years ago I had a total rebuild of my engine on my 1993 Toyota PickUp with 300,000 miles at Master Technicians. It has run great ever since. This year it did not pass smog so I took it in. They replaced the catalytic converter for me but it still did not pass. Stacey told me not to worry, they would get it to pass smog. They kept tinkering on it and trying to get it to pass to no avail. Then finally I got a call that it had passed!! And Stacey did not charge me for all of this work to get it to pass since the catalytic converter was not the problem. I will continue to have Master Technicians take care of all my needs for "Old Blue." They are professional, stay in communication, and are fair with their pricing. They are the BEST. read more

I was at the end of a very long day, I came out to drive home and my car would not start. I tried many things and could not get it to turn over. I was recommended to Master Tech in Auburn from a good friend in the area -- I am very pleased with their work, in fact it exceeded my wildest expectations in terms of not only pricing being fair, and quick turn-around time, attention to detail, timely updates, and so much more. A pleasure working with Stacy and everyone at Master Tech - on my Civic repair, they use original Honda parts, and Master Tech go the extra mile to confirm nothing else of concern should be addressed at the same time. Truly the Best experience I've ever had with my Acura being serviced. Was told by the Acura dealer in Sact. I needed over $3,000 in repairs after they completed the recall work. All I asked for was an oil change and an inspection! Master Tech saved me over $2,000.00 they performed the correct and necessary work including new Brakes. I was down to 25% both front and rear which the dealership failed to comment on or suggest I replace even though they inspected, and stated on work order to check next oil change. Master Tech found I didn't have a broken front motor mount as stated by the dealership...that alone saved me $581.00. I have used Master Technicians for many years because they are reasonably priced, perform excellent work and don't try to sell you unneeded repairs. They have gone over and above so many times I can't count. I have an ancient Lexus RX 300 with almost 300,000 miles on it that has been used hard as a commute car, a dog car, and even pulled my horse trailer for two years. In spite of that, it refuses to die because of the excellent care Stacey and her crew have given it. I would really like it to give up so I could get a new car...but it just purrs along. I do a lot of my own repairs, but when the AC went out I researched where to go. I was sceptical, but I am sure glad I chose Master Technicians. They stand by their word and work. I spent $2,500 for a whole new AC system in March which Master Tech, due to the suppliers mistake, installed the original style compressor and not an improved version. Well, that new compressor seized less than 5 months after install. I brought it back, they checked it and said that it would get fixed. I was afraid to ask the cost, but when I came to pick it up I was told just to sign and got my keys. A whole new AC system, with the updated version compressor, and not a single word on money. The cause of this problem was their supplier giving a bad part, but they held up their part of the bargain which guarantees their work. I would definitely recommend that everyone take their car to Master Technicians for service. read more

We had been bringing our Acura into the master technicians for many years. We will no longer be using their services. They fixed the timing belt at 117,000 miles and it went out at 170,000. They have a warranty for a year which was passed but would not even offer a discount on the work they did if we brought it back. Very disappointing. And one of the owners, a female, is very rude to male customers. She will treat you like a child and an idiot to any car question you ask. To avoid future headaches, chose a different mechanic that will hold themselves accountable for poor work. read more
