The person I spoke with provided a lot of very valuable information, including recommendations for transmission shops in the area based on my situation. I don't experience that level of honesty and transparency often, especially from auto repair shops, so I think it's important to acknowledge it. I will definitely bring my car here in the future and recommend them to others!!

They did in my opinion a thorough check up and without pressuring me, shared what's going on. They went over the top to change out the front passenger axle as it was really stuck in the transfer case Because they are people of integrity instead of a $4000 bill, they got it done for about $800! This shop is the real deal! Thank you Logan and Staci and your technicians for your perseverance in this repair. Steve

Well, yes! Lonnie Frazier has proven over the last few months (three different cars in for various maintenance and repairs) to be every inch the reliable, knowledgeable, personable car shop guy that we'd come to love about the previous owner. And a few inches on top of that, because, well, he's a lot taller than Russ. I appreciate that he refers us out to other mechanics when it's not something he can do. He's a straight shooter, and explains things clearly. Gets along great with both myself and my husband (sometimes that's a tall order). Auburn Autohaus is in good hands, and your car will be, too, when you bring it here. Also thrilled that mechanic Steve is still working here under Lonnie, and doing an excellent job, as always!

I had just bought a used car and it already broke down; Autohaus gave me a full inspection and explained everything in full detail, showing me my engine and explaining. He has righteous behavior and is clearly focused on helping others. Service is incredible and generous. If you want fair pricing and great service, come here.

The best part was that he came to my home and the price was no more (actually less) than it would have been if I had taken it to a shop. Super trust worthy stand up guy. My husband called Ryan and talked with him. My husband, having done a fair amount of research, had the idea of doing a pretty large modification, mostly for safety and comfort sake. Ryan explained to him why he would not do much of the work that my husband was thinking of having done. He gave my husband clear understanding of what actually needed done based upon his experience with his own van and how my husband described how we would use the van. He did not try to upsell us on anything, and in fact undersold us, but the end product ended up being exactly what we needed. His shop did great work, they were super fast and the price was more than reasonable. We couldn't be any happier with the work that Ryan and his team did-they made the whole process seamless between them and Scenic Vans. We were able to pay without even coming into the shop.
