They took my truck in, I went to the restroom and finished the paperwork at the counter. By the time I sat down they said your truck is ready! Wow that was fast. I'm not sure what's changed here in the last year or so but the service and customer treatment are now despicable . When I pulled up around 2pm they had a few cars they were working on but no line. There were several employees eating and walking around inside but absolutely no one greeted me outside, only gave me angry glances, so I got out and went inside. The older man inside (name tag said Brian) was a perfect representation of the overall unhappiness of all the employees. He was extremely rude, didn't want to answer my questions, practically rolled his eyes at me, and made snide comments behind my back to another customer about being in a hurry. This man continued his angry complaints inside to other customers who commented on his attitude and he said "that's life". Later he complained about having to hurry and was upset basically that there was too much business. I'm a nurse... I can only imagine if I delivered the same type of customer service to my patients... honestly it's sickening. I will not come back, I do not deserve that kind of treatment, and they do not deserve my good business. read more

Non-local--took my suv here on my dad's advice for oil change. Immediate service was nice. Guy came out to greet seemed miserable. Young lady inside was very pleasant and had great customer service. However, I specifically asked her about filling my tires which she assured me would be done. The service guys were nice in saying good bye. Absolutely devastated we bring all of our vehicles to quick lube and have for a very long time, recently brought in my Ford 7.3 and paid $170 dollars for a oil change, when I left and got home I noticed my air filter box was broken into pieces and have been out of a vehicle for a week now. It has been a absolute shit show trying to even get them to buy a part for me horrible attitudes and no help will not let me contact owner, manger says she's paying out of pocket when it should be the company absolutely ridiculous. Says they found a new one for $120 it's a diesel ford not a Honda civic parts are very expensive. They don't understand. Have lots of young people working there do not support the business unless you want shit broken and only offer to buy a used pick and pull part, also if they had told us they broke it in the first place we would be handling this a lot different. Stopped by first thing Saturday morning and got in right away. This place has old school customer service - they take care of you the right way. While I was there a customer came in with a car that had the oil change needed reminder on, but she had recently had the oil changed at the dealership. They checked the oil and told her it was clean so no oil change needed. The oil was a tad bit low though so they topped it off. Did not charge for doing that for her. Pricing on my oil change was very reasonable, as was the charge for an engine air filter I needed. In addition to checking and topping off all my fluids they vacuumed the vehicle interior which was much appreciated. Definitely my new go-to place!! read more

Was in Sacramento to get an oil change but the quotes were $130 to over $160 so I passed. this place charged $95 for 7 quarts of synthetic for my Dodge ram 1500. Just for that they get a five star. The service was quick and painless. Just like I expect when I get a oil change. read more

I needed an oil change on my Jeep and usually drive to Roseville but wanted to give my business to a local shop. I called Quick Lube and the man I spoke with was very friendly so I thought I'd give them a try. When I got there, there were a few cars ahead of me and someone came out right away to explain the process. The office was nice and cool during this warm day and Loretta was really friendly and knowledgeable as she went over the list of services they provided. I ended up paying even less than what she quoted because my tires didn't need to be rotated. I was impressed with their friendliness, honesty and professionalism. They even vacuumed and it really needed it. I'm very particular about who works on my vehicles and was very pleased with the service I was provided. I stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation prior to my Thanksgiving travels and received courteous service and a free cup of coffee. As I mentioned, I was searching for a quick oil change and tire rotation prior to holiday travels and the dealership could not fit me in. I called this location, inquired about the wait time and was told there wasn't one. Upon arriving about 10 minutes later I was told that they were closing for lunch. They were courteous about it however. I left and returned and waited about an hour for a 45 min service that I was told would be 15 minutes. To be fair though, I was able to have a cup of coffee in a warm lobby while watching tv. The price was a bit steep (over $100 for a tire rotation and oil change). They were able to squeeze me in, were courteous and even vacuumed out my car. I'll be back next time and will update my review. read more

Really!! I have been coming to you for 10 years. You know I can hear you when you say to each other that you don't want to do a tire rotation because you want to go to lunch. Don't treat me as stupid. Don't tell me that rotation is supposed to be based on tire tread depth when my Subaru maintenance schedule says I need to rotate based on mileage. read more

This was the absolute worst service I've EVER received from anywhere. I went into the shop to get a simple oil change. Nothing else. about two weeks later when I'm moving and getting everything packed into my car I started driving towards my last destination where I needed to pick up the last few things. I start smelling this absolutely horrendous smell and it gives me a raging headache within 2 to 3 minutes of smelling it. I ended up getting to the location that I was supposed to be at and saw that my car has been leaking for a while now and what looks like over an hour. Thank God my boyfriend was there because we came to find out that my differential fluid FILLER bolt was GONE?!!! The only place I've gone to to even get an oil change was that place, then shortly after that my filler bolt just falls off!!? I'm sorry, but that makes absolutely no sense, people are normally supposed to have the filler bolt last until the car is done (cars whole life), not having to worry about that bolt because it's supposed to be so TIGHT that it won't even budge. If I were you, I would suggest going to a different place or shop. Just so your car doesn't get messed up. If I didn't catch that I would've been 2 grand for possibly more in debt with my car. I'm so unbelievably upset with this company and beyond disappointed this in the service they have provided. Please check your car and everything they do to your car before you leave. read more
