Basically, when you go to Auburn Auto Drs., you will get a business willing to communicate, listen, and do the right thing - and this is very important, is worth more than GOLD. I recommend them as a solid business that is going to be around for a long time, and will not let you down!

For my newest edition to my car fam, I decided to bring it here instead of sitting at the dealership for hours and hours. As you pull up for service, someone comes up and checks you in. They get your name, number, and license plate number. Then, you hop out and leave your key in the car. You have the option of sitting outside, or even inside. Inside is a tight squeeze, but there are multiple seats available. I was quoted an hour and a half. I decided to walk to grandma's house while I waited for Speedee Oil to call. After 2 1/2 hours, I was starting to wonder why I was still waiting. So I headed back over to Speedee Oil.. on my long journey of 5 minutes. When I spoke to the woman behind the counter, it turns out they put my phone number in wrong. Checking out did take about 15 long minutes. They have a new system they were still trying to figure out. They were not able to print me a receipt, but they emailed it to me, so that works. Everyone here was nice, and I even ran into a few people from around town that I know. Although I waited, I was not in a rush that day, so it was not a big deal. So Speedee Oil wasn't Speedee today, but their customer service today and my past experience here is enough to keep me coming back. 2 weeks later, my check oil light came back on. I called the shop and spoke with Sarah, who told me to stop back by at my convenience. It only took her 2 minutes to see that the mechanics forgot to reset my vehicles milage. She fixed that for me and I was on my way.

My husband called Ryan and talked with him. My husband, having done a fair amount of research, had the idea of doing a pretty large modification, mostly for safety and comfort sake. Ryan explained to him why he would not do much of the work that my husband was thinking of having done. He gave my husband clear understanding of what actually needed done based upon his experience with his own van and how my husband described how we would use the van. He did not try to upsell us on anything, and in fact undersold us, but the end product ended up being exactly what we needed. His shop did great work, they were super fast and the price was more than reasonable. We couldn't be any happier with the work that Ryan and his team did-they made the whole process seamless between them and Scenic Vans. We were able to pay without even coming into the shop. My first experience at this shop was exceptional. Great…read morework, timelines met, very reasonable pricing, and a spotless shop. The owner clearly knows foreign cars -- my 2015 Jaguar was in excellent hands. I recommended this place to everyone. Unfortunately, the repeat visit was the opposite. The owner wasn't there, and we dealt only with employees. The car was kept for weeks, forcing me to rent a vehicle because I was never told to expect such a delay. The jaguar mechanic only worked several days/week. Several routine maintenance items we requested weren't completed (and while we weren't charged, they simply weren't done). When we picked up the car, the door alarm mechanisms no longer worked and new parts had to be ordered. One of the original reasons for the visit was a window mechanisms issue. The car needs to go back. The level of service, communication, and attention to detail was nowhere near what we experienced when working directly with the owner. It was a night‑and‑day difference.
