While I was away at breakfast, they performed a thorough inspection and discovered some rodent damage in my heater box. I am so glad they caught it! Service Technician Pat walked me to the vehicle and showed me proof of the infestation. They were able so sanitize the entire unit including the ducts and replace the cabin air filter right then and there. It's a huge relief knowing the air in my vehicle is clean and safe again. Professional, proactive and honest service. I'm very happy with the work and highly recommend them to anyone in Auburn looking for a shop that actually pays attention to details!

The person I spoke with provided a lot of very valuable information, including recommendations for transmission shops in the area based on my situation. I don't experience that level of honesty and transparency often, especially from auto repair shops, so I think it's important to acknowledge it. They did in my opinion a thorough check up and without pressuring me, shared what's going on. I took it to Speedee Oil Change…read more Sometime later they called me saying the car was complete and I could come pick up my auto. At the point of picking it up and paying my tab, they then stated that my oil pan had a leak. WELL, they should've called me before they did the oil change and told me that. They could visually see the leak before they started the oil change. Now when I when I go get a new gasket put on the oil pan ( the next day at an auto mechanic) the next mechanic will have to drain the brand new oil out and discard it. So, I had to pay a lil less than $100 for a worthless oil change. Call before you proceed !!!

Even the mid level choice does a good job! The location is great because I always have my oil changed here ( next door..same parking lot). They get busy so go early! You just drive up to the garage, someone comes right out to talk to you about what you need, and then you drive through while they take care of everything.
